Проблема (не) в ИИ?

«Разгон» — авторский формат моего ТГК, в котором я НЕ стремлюсь давать исчерпывающие ответы или окончательные выводы. Это способ структурирования собственных мыслей вслух, упорядочивания и поиска критики, обсуждения и живого диалога. Приятного прочтения! :)

Давайте начистоту. В воздухе геймдев-сообщества, да и в целом, витает страх. Такой густой, почти осязаемый, что его, кажется, можно намазать на хлеб вместо масла. Он сквозит в каждом втором треде на X (бывшем Твиттере), в приглушенных спорах Discord-каналах и в заголовках статей не самой умной прессы. И имя этому страху — Искусственный Интеллект.

И знаете что? Говорить об этом мне дико абсурдно. Не потому, что я не вижу проблемы, а потому, что мы обсуждаем вообще не то. В самом ИИ нет никакой проблемы, как нет её в молотке, электричестве или в самом коде. Проблема не в инструменте. Проблема в руке, которая боится его поднять, и в глазах, которые боятся увидеть, что именно этот инструмент подсвечивает.

Поэтому я хочу вынести эту дисскусию в другую рамки и обсудить с своей точки зрения. Да, я понимаю, как это звучит из уст человека, который кличит себя Гейм-Дизайнером.

«Почему ты вообще лезешь в эту тему, которая, кажется, больше про художников и программистов?»

Ответ до банального прост: Потому что гейм-дизайн — это в первую очередь работа с системами. С правилами, циклами, взаимодействиями, с тем невидимым клеем, который превращает набор ассетов и строчек кода в опыт. И когда на горизонте появляется новая, фундаментальная система, способная изменить сами правила игры, мой профессиональный долг — не прятаться от неё в ужасе, а разобрать до винтиков и понять, как она работает. И, что важнее, как заставить её работать на себя.

Именно поэтому родился этот разгон. Это не очередная попытка отбелить ИИ или, наоборот, закидать его камнями. Таких статей — вагон. Это попытка порасуждать и, скорей даже, просто посмотреть на него через единственную важную для меня призму: Призму системного дизайна и ответственности творца. Мы не будем обсуждать, хорош или плох ИИ. Мы будем говорить о том, почему панический отказ от него — это признак не высокой морали, а творческой стагнации.

Система, систему, системы.

Давайте на секунду забудем словосочетание “Искусственный Интеллект”. Оно перегружено голливудскими образами, страхами перед Скайнетом и псевдофилософскими спорами о “сознании”. Это все шум, информационный мусор, который мешает нам, как дизайнерам, увидеть суть. Давайте посмотрим на это явление так, как мы (гейм-дизайнеры) привыкли смотреть на любую игру: Как на систему.

Ведь что такое любая игра? Это набор правил, механик и циклов обратной связи. И “ИИ” в этом контексте — не исключение. Мы в геймдеве работаем с его предками (алгоритмами!) десятилетиями, просто называли их иначе. “Режиссер” в Left 4 Dead, который анализирует состояние игроков и генерирует на их пути орды зомби — это системный “ИИ”. Процедурная генерация уровней в Spelunky или генератор историй в RimWorld, которые следуют набору строгих правил и ограничений, чтобы создать уникальный, но играбельный опыт — это тоже системный “ИИ”. Процедурная генерация, алгоритмы, логика врагов, это всё с натяжкой можно было бы назвать “ИИ” теперь. Мы никогда не боялись этих систем, потому что понимали их цель и их ограничения. Мы знали, что это не “творчество”, а сложный, но предсказуемый алгоритм.

Так вот, современные большие языковые модели (LLM), которые и вызывают всю эту панику — это просто следующая, экспоненциально более сложная итерация той же самой идеи. И тут я не скажу что-то новое, а лишь повторю слова некоторых других статей, так вот: ИИ — это не разум. Это невероятно мощный движок вероятностных совпадений. Он не “понимает” ваш запрос. Он проанализировал триллионы текстов и научился с поразительной точностью предсказывать, какое слово должно идти следующим, чтобы результат был похож на то, что написал бы человек.

И если мы смотрим на него как на систему (ведь аллегориями легче мыслить, а мне ещё хочется приплести сюда гейм-дизайн), мы можем разбить её на знакомые нам механики:

  1. Промпт (наш контроллер). Это наш способ взаимодействия с системой. И как в любой хорошей игре, результат напрямую зависит от качества нашего ввода. Задать кривой, общий вопрос — это как беспорядочно жать на все кнопки геймпада и удивляться, почему персонаж не делает то, что нам нужно. Сформулировать точный, многослойный, контекстуальный запрос с указанием роли, цели и ограничений — это как выполнить сложное комбо. Ответственность за результат лежит не на системе, а на операторе.

  2. Модель (набор правил). Это, по сути, “физика” нашего нового инструмента. Нам не нужно знать, как устроен каждый транзистор внутри, точно так же, как нам не обязательно разбираться в коде физического движка Havok, чтобы использовать его. Но мы обязаны понимать его свойства: Его сильные стороны (структурирование, брейншторминг, поиск неочевидных связей), его слабые стороны (галлюцинации, отсутствие реального понимания, фактические ошибки) и его врожденные ”предубеждения”, основанные на данных, на которых он обучался. Игнорировать это — все равно что проектировать платформер, не понимая, как в твоем движке работает гравитация.

  3. Результат (цикл обратной связи). И вот самое главное. То, что выдает ИИ — это не финальный продукт. Это первая итерация. Это “процедурно сгенерированный” черновик, который мы, как дизайнеры, должны проанализировать, раскритиковать, доработать или полностью отбросить, взяв из него лишь одну крупицу полезной мысли. Работа с ИИ — это не делегирование, это начало нового ”игрового цикла”: «Запрос -> анализ ответа -> уточнение запроса -> новый анализ».

Когда мы раскладываем ИИ на эти составляющие — “контроллер”, “правила” и “обратную связь” — вся мистическая шелуха слетает. Он перестает быть угрозой и становится тем, чем и должен быть: Ещё одним инструментом в нашем арсенале, как Unreal Engine, Figma, Notion и т.д. А ценность любого инструмента определяется не его сложностью, а четким пониманием того, какие именно задачи в нашей работе он способен решить лучше, быстрее или глубже, чем все, что было у нас до этого.

Вопрос наконец смещается с:

«Что это такое?»

На единственно важный:

«Для чего это нужно мне?»

Самый массовый инструмент.

И вот мы подходим к самой опасной иллюзии, в которую угодило большинство. Из-за того, что порог входа в ИИ обманчиво низок — открыл чат, задал вопрос, получил ответ, у многих сложилось фатальное заблуждение, что на этом его изучение и заканчивается. Что это не инструмент, который нужно осваивать, а просто говорящая коробка.

Это чушь. Абсолютная.

Никто в здравом уме не откроет Blender, создаст стандартный куб и решит, что освоил 3D-моделирование. Никто не запустит FL Studio, накидает пару нот из готовой библиотеки и назовет себя композитором. Мы понимаем, что за кажущейся простотой этих инструментов лежат годы практики, изучения, выстраивание рабочих процессов и формирование собственного стиля. Так почему мы отказываем в этой глубине самому новому и потенциально самому мощному инструменту из всех?

И сразу ответ: Потому что эта глубина не похожа ни на что, что было до этого. ИИ не примитивен. Наоборот, под капотом его простого интерфейса скрывается сложность такого порядка, с которой мы как массовые пользователи ещё не сталкивались. Именно этот парадокс — невероятная сложность, завернутая в максимально простой интерфейс и порождает иллюзию полного понимания. Мы за пару лет эволюционировали от простых чат-ботов к "агентам" — системам, которые могут самостоятельно использовать другие инструменты для решения задач. Но большинство до сих пор не понимает, как их использовать, и продолжает обращаться к ИИ с просьбами вроде: “напиши поздравление для друга на день рождения”.

И даже так, для любой задачи сложнее этой, ИИ не выдаст вам конечный результат. Никогда. Ресерч придется проводить и верифицировать самому. Тексты — полностью переписывать, чтобы они обрели стиль и смысл. Картинки — долго и мучительно подгонять, чтобы получить нужную композицию и эмоцию. Код — рефакторить, потому что он часто неэффективен и плохо расширяем.

Так в чем же его первостепенная задача, если он не делает за нас финальную работу?

Люди пытаются заставить его быть исполнителем, но его главная функция — взять на себя всю “грязную” когнитивную работу, которая тормозит творческий процесс. Рутинный поиск информации, структурирование хаотичных заметок, перебор сотен скучных вариантов в поисках одного стоящего — всё это ИИ делает быстрее и эффективнее. Он освобождает наш собственный “процессор” для самого главного: Для генерации уникальных идей, принятия стратегических решений и, что самое важное, проявления вкуса. Мастерство владения этим инструментом — это умение грамотно делегировать машине всё, что является рутиной, чтобы оставить для себя всё, что является искусством. Это искусство проектирования диалога, который расширяет границы вашего собственного мышления.

Когда в любую экосистему — будь то онлайн-игра, социальная сеть или теперь ИИ — приходит новый мощный инструмент, мы наблюдаем предсказуемый паттерн поведения. Это негласное правило "1-9-90", которое гласит, что в любом сообществе 1% людей создают контент, 9% его комментируют и модифицируют, а 90% просто потребляют. Упрощенно говоря, в контексте ИИ это разделение выглядит так:

  • 90% — Потребители. Это люди, которые видят в ИИ конечный продукт. Их модель взаимодействия проста: Запрос = результат. Они относятся к нему как к поисковику или автомату с газировкой. Их разочарование искренне, потому что инструмент не оправдывает их ожиданий — не выдает готовый шедевр по простому запросу. Они не плохие, они просто используют инструмент, не вникая в его истинную природу. От того может родиться и страх, ведь если ты не понимаешь как он работает то откуда тебе знать как он может быть применим?

  • 9% — Операторы. Эта группа освоила базовый цикл. Они поняли, как генерировать контент в больших объемах и делают это. Их фокус — на количестве и скорости, а не на качестве и смысле. Не обязательно из злого умысла, просто такова их стратегия. Именно их деятельность создает тот самый “информационный шум” и тонны однотипного контента, который пугает первую группу.

  • 1% — Дизайнеры. Они единственные, кто понял главное: ИИ — это не источник конечных ответов, а полигон для вопросов. Их модель взаимодействия — это диалог, итерация, эксперимент. Они не просят “сделай за меня”, они говорят “помоги мне”. Они используют ИИ, чтобы получать сотни вариаций, видеть неочевидные связи и тестировать свои самые смелые идеи, чтобы потом своей волей, вкусом и опытом отобрать единственную крупицу золота и довести её до совершенства. Они не делегируют творчество. Они его проектируют.

На самом деле, мы (не я и моё поколение… Я тогда ещё не родился, а скорей “мы” как люди) уже проходили через это. С интернетом. Его тоже боялись, пророчили ему смерть социальных связей и замену реальной жизни. И к чему мы пришли? Для 90% общества он так и остался инструментом потребления — бесконечная лента социальных сетей и развлечений. Для 9% он стал цифровой пустошью для эксплуатации — бессмысленные видео, тупиковые сайты, спам, кликбейт и мошенничество. И лишь для того самого 1% (что в реальности, со временем, станоиться всё больше, но никогда не перерастет отметку 9%) по-настоящему любопытных людей он стал важен. Платформой, на которой они построили новые экономики, создали новые формы искусства и получили доступ ко всей сумме человеческих знаний, чтобы творить немыслимые ранее вещи.

Казалось бы, вот и ответ. Нужно просто стремиться быть в этом одном проценте. Искать не ответы, а лучшие вопросы. Но что происходит, когда этот самый 1% — те немногие, кто понял правила игры — вынуждены работать в эпицентре шторма?

Потому что прямо сейчас мы в нем и находимся. Это настоящая золотая лихорадка, где каждый пытается застолбить свой участок. Технологию в спешке впихивают в каждую возможную щель — от вашего умного холодильника до текстового редактора, зачастую без малейшего понимания, какую реальную проблему это решает. Грань между осмысленной интеграцией и бездумным маркетинговым хайпом стирается на глазах.

И в этом хаосе рождается самая несправедливая и контрпродуктивная реакция — огульное порицание. Когда в одном котле смешиваются БУКВАЛЬНО ВСЕ и ВСЁ, толпа с факелами перестает разбираться, кто есть кто. Она просто хочет сжечь всё, что связано с новой, непонятной и пугающей технологией. И вот здесь мы подходим к сложной части.

Я мог бы пропустить эту часть. Честно. Высказав все системные аргументы и сразу перейти к финалу. Но в этом и кроется загвоздка. Моя цель — не переубеждать и не перетягивать кого-то из одного лагеря в другой. Это глупо. И вилять хвостом, пытаясь угодить всем, я тоже не собираюсь. Значит нужно принять сторону, так?

Я прекрасно понимаю каждого, кто видит в ИИ проблему. Кто с раздражением смотрит на главную страницу Steam и видит, как выросло количество откровенного шлака, собранного “вайб-кодерами” из сгенерированных ассетов и бездушных картинок. Я разделяю эту боль, потому что она бьет по самому важному — по ценности вложенного труда и таланта.

Но я так же понимаю и тех, для кого ChatGPT стал новым Google. Тех, кто спрашивает у него совета, какой фильм посмотреть вечером, исправить предложение, решить задачку за них, просит помочь закончить сухое рабочее письмо начальнику. Они не творят зло. Они просто используют новый удобный инструмент, который экономит им пять минут жизни.

И те, и другие — части одной картины.

Все познается в сравнении. То чудесное и будоражащее ощущение от твоего первого промпта уже не вернется, оно ушло. Точно так же, как когда-то ушло волшебство от первого запроса в поисковой строке у наших родителей или старших коллег. Это стало обыденностью.

И если уж сегодня и нужно принимать какую-то сторону, то я приму сторону тех, кто не пытается отрицать очевидное. Можно бесконечно копаться в деталях, и этот разгон как раз о них, но глобальная картина проста: ИИ из нашей жизни уже не исчезнет. Он станет таким же фоном, как электричество или интернет.

И вот здесь, на этом пепелище старых споров, перед каждым из нас встает главный выбор. Не что делать с ИИ, а кем быть в эпоху ИИ. Воспринимать ли это время как конец чего-то старого и знакомого или как хаотичное, но полное невероятных возможностей начало чего-то абсолютно нового?

Цитата выше — это самый удобный самообман в истории. Люди просто не смотрят себе под ноги. Мы живем не на обочине, а в эпицентре творческого взрыва, в самом авангардном отрезке истории, когда рождается большая часть ВСЕГО искусства, которое мы знаем и любим.

И вот в этот самый момент нам в руки дают новый, необузданный, фундаментальный инструмент. И что мы слышим? "Это убьет душу", "Это не настоящее".

Отрицать ИИ сегодня — это не просто консерватизм. Это как если бы первые кинорежиссеры отказались от монтажа, потому что он "убивает душу единого театрального дубля". Как если бы музыканты отказались от электрогитар, потому что они "искажают чистый звук акустики". Да, ИИ может генерировать бесконечный поток брейнрот-животных и прочего шума. Но молотком можно забить гвоздь, а можно разбить шедевр скульптора. Инструмент не определяет результат, его определяет намерение творца. Разница между бессмысленной генерацией и произведением искусства — это воля, вкус и видение человека, который стоит за процессом.

Страх окружающих заключается в том, что ИИ сделает творчество ненужным. Но реальность ровно обратная. Когда генерация "чего-угодно" становится тривиальной, ценность осмысленного, отточенного и прочувствованного произведения взлетает до небес.

Теперь это значит только одно — оправданий больше нет. Отсидеться не получится. Не бойтесь, что ИИ убьет творчество. Бойтесь мира, в котором правила его использования и этику его применения напишут те, кто в творчестве ничего не понимает, пока вы стояли в стороне. Раньше можно было сказать “у меня нет возможности, чтобы воплотить идею”, теперь единственный честный ответ — “у меня нет идеи, достойной воплощения”.

Когда магия стала доступна каждому, настоящим волшебством оказалось наличие мечты и воля воплотить её в реальность.
