Intro

Все любят деньги. Деньги, как мерило социального статуса (доминантности), как обещание достижения недостижимого счастья, как единственный измеряемый показатель успешного успеха. Этот фиатный симулякр давно и прочно закрепился в ядрах дефолт-систем нашего мозга, кажется, ещё со времён homo erectus.


И вот, кто бы мне сказал в детском садике, когда я мечтал поскорей вырасти и наконец купить заветные сто тонн мороженного и прочих вкусняшек о том, что, когда я вырасту все мечты превратятся в буквы «A» и «M» из акронима SMART…

Где явно или косвенно A & M = $ (фундаментальная формула успешного успеха). Даже те, кто мечтал в детстве не о вкусняшках, а возвышенно стать космонавтом, когда выросли, почти наверняка, не смогли полететь в космос, но, почти наверняка, с близкой к ста процентам вероятностью стали баблонавтами во вселенной социума, потому что шансов избежать этого, живя эту жизнь в этом конкретном мире почти не существует, «...ибо жить в обществе и быть свободным от общества нельзя» (Откровение ап. И вот уже довольно давно по нынешним меркам ускоренного времени из каждой поры энергоинформационного пространства вокруг сочится одна и та же информация, один и тот же тезис о том, что ИИ — это ни много ни мало прямо революция, панацея и волшебная «палочка – решалочка» всех проблем и задач в жизни земной как отдельного человека, так и всего человечества в целом. Что нужно немедленно заложить в банк свою почку и сердце, чтобы вкатится в ИТ, оплатить курсы по машинному обучению и это решительное решение моментально сделает тебя самым востребованным специалистом на рынке труда, работодатели организуют аукцион наподобие Сотбис, где будут поднимать ставки до астрономических степеней десятки яростно торгуясь за такого уникального работника. А ты, выйдя на работу легко и просто написав две строчки на «пайтоне» создашь гениальный код ИИ, который будет всю работу делать за тебя выполняя все таски на «изи», а когда со временем станешь тимлидом то вообще будешь равен богам и жить на вершине Олимпа. Только СМСки о зачисление миллионов заработной платы два раза в день будут тревожить твой крепкий сон на рабочем месте.

И вот, уже Nvidia по ожиданиям рыночной капитализации самая дорогая компания в мире, за которой аутсайдерам типа Shell, Газпром и Boing с Airbus и по отдельности и вместе взятым не угнаться уже никогда и ни при каких условиях. Ресурсы, крылья, хвосты — не смешите, это просто хлам. Кремний, нашинкованный правильным литографом с правильным дизайном в разы дороже. Вангую, что цены на графические ускорители скоро будут измеряться по весу в каратах, а в De Beers начнутся массовые суициды. Самый мудруй совет, который мне на днях дал Уоррен Баффет — это что бы я сейчас купил 4090 и продав её через пару лет наконец смог себе позволить купить элитную квартиру с видом на башни кремля или на кольца Сатурна тут уж как душа пожелает.

И где-то в хвосте уходящего поезда запыхавшись и выбиваясь из последних сил пытаются вскочить в последний вагон, груженный капитализацией, сине-красные аутсайдеры, судорожно пытаясь втиснуть на ходу тензорные и не очень споры ядра SkyNet, в постоянно перегревающиеся и самоубивающиеся чиплеты формата A3. Ничего личного это просто бизнес. Как на диком западе у ковбоев повелось: ты либо быстрый, либо мёртвый, а третьего не дано. Спросите у BlackBerry и Nokia подтвердят.

И глядя на все это у меня возникает некое дежавю. Что возможно, я нахожусь в матрице и произошел некий сбой, и где-то это всё я уже видел… дай Бог памяти… эм… Начинают всплывать смутные, мистические ведения о забытых во тьме веков технологиях далёких предков, ведь были же когда-то на земле нанотехнологии лет так, примерно, тысячу или две назад во времена династии Цин, кажется, и тогда на всех товарах массово стали появляться ярлычки и надписи «нано», и всё вокруг моментально «нанопреобразилось» и стало «нано». Потом был блокчейн обещавший изменить мир, NFT токены с «пикчами» и много чего ещё. Всё это было, было… и прошло. Ну как прошло. Блокчейн трудится в сердцах цифровых валют, нанотрубки графена увеличивают ёмкости и долговечность АКБ, NFT токены с картинками обещавшие всех сделать богаче Безаса, стали мемасами про то, как человек купивший «пикчу» за 100500$ не может её продать и за 1$. Ведь это было, было же, я помню…

Я это к тому, что когда волна схлынет, а пена экономики хайпа спадает то оказывается, что стакан толи наполовину полон, толи наполовину пуст в зависимости от того оптимист Вы или пессимист, а на смену поколениям юристов и экономистов как-то незаметно пришли поколения DevOps инженеров и Phyton Developers.

ИИ или то, что называют ИИ сейчас уже везде. В каждом смартфоне, пылесосе, телевизоре и везде, и всюду. Штука, конечно, довольно увлекательная, когда старую фотографию можно отфотошопить мгновенно, не потратив при этом 10000 часов на изучение премудростей работы со слоями, масками, кистями и прочими инструментами в графическом редакторе. Уже можно «на изи» делать качественные дипфейки, чем довольно успешно пользуются различные маргиналы, монетизируя эту технологию не совсем законным путём и не платя при этом налогов. Можно даже смело сказать, что «служба безопасности Any банка» семимильными шагами осваивает новые технологии и прочно стоит на самом острие прогресса. Так что не если, а когда Вам позвонит по видеосвязи Нео и попросит перевести 100500 денег на борьбу с машинами то мой Вам совет - не переводите.

Хотя, есть и более законные способы применения нейронных сетей. Все те килотонны иллюстраций, которые раньше покупались для информационного шума новостных лент на фотостоках массово генерируются сейчас нейронками. Конечно, с потерей в качестве чаще всего. Во всяком случае, пока я не видел качественной генераций фото и видео вне рекламных роликов самих вендоров «рисующих ИИ» или конкурсов: «Кто сгенерирует более красивую пикчу на нашей нейронке?». Хотя, прогресс идёт семимильными шагами. Фотографы, что зарабатывали с фотостоков загрустили, заплакали и пошли, как лемминги искать ближайший водоём.

И вот, я тоже наконец решил попробовать нейросети. Что это за звери такие и с чем их едят. Пока что не на уровне техномага, конечно, а на уровне простого магла т.е. среднестатистического, сферического пользователя в вакууме. Всё потому что, я ещё не продал душу почку (хотя и близок к принятию данного решения) и не оплатил обучающие курсы чародейства и волшебства в Хогвардсе, где из меня за три месяца сделают эксперта и техномага 99lvl по машинному обучению.

Как раз подвернулся такой случай, когда что называется «на ловца и зверь бежит». После очередного апдейта мой браузер стал предлагать мне краткие пересказы всего и вся в форматах DOC и TXT. Как бы намекая, мол, зачем тебе бороться с криповым клиповым сознанием, читать длинные, скучные тексты, думать длинные скучные мысли, да и вообще, зачем тебе думать, человек? Давай я всё перескажу кратко и в тезисах, выкину всё лишнее, и ты, без всяких «неосилил, многа букф» всё поймёшь в кратком и понятное изложение. И не нужно тебе лишний раз без особой нужды напрягать свой стремительно деградирующий мозг.

«Отличное предложение!» - подумало моё «Я». У меня как раз давно пылится увесистый томик нашего великого графа – графомана. Толстенький, и в нём очень много страниц, а «букф» больше, чем атомов во вселенной, и мне очень страшно его открывать. Немного погуглив, нашел в сети файлик с сим опусом в формате txt и отправил разумной машине на пересказ:

Но, что-то пошло не так и не туда. Видимо мегагерц не хватило на текст длиннее 146 символов или ЦОД перегрелся. «Штош, бывает.» - подумало моё «Я».

(Хотя, возможно, сработали ключевые стоп слова. Если кто-то всё же прочитал оригинал, то знает, что прямо в тексте Граф пишет о наркотической зависимости Анны и описывает что она употребляет.)

А теперь представим, что Вы школьник или студент, утром экзамен, вы не читали, но привыкли уже к тому, что это работает. До экзамена два часа, а перед Вами 666 страниц мелкого текста, написанного далёкими предками жившими 100500 лет назад. У них ни твитера, ни инсты со сторисами не было. Неандертальцы зачем-то написали текстА (мн.ч.) с предложениями на три абзаца без пикчей и как такое вообще читать?! Жизнь — это боль!

Растекание мысли по древу

Как в машинном коде есть 1 и 0, как в дуальном мышление лишенным «иезуитской логики» и прочих смысловых кульбитов есть чёрное и белое, так и в большинстве случаев при построение каких-либо бизнес или жизненных планов и процессов вообще Вы исходите из того, что каждый шаг, каждая опорная точка являются измеримыми, предсказуемыми и достижимыми (можно сказать вариация SMART). Другими словами, результат должен быть гарантированным. Когда валидность или получение результата становится игрой в рулетку, и хорошо если не русскую, тогда все планы по не зависящим и непредсказуемым вами причинам могут быть нарушены или недостижимы.

Как пример, банковские операции. Вы бы доверили свои деньги банку, у которого процентная ставка не гарантирована, а переводы осуществляются «как повезёт» и т.д. и т.п.? А хирургу своё тело? А кардиостимулятор, который будет заставлять биться ваше сердце как светомузыку на концерте Rammstein?

Конечно, можно вспомнить знаменитый диалог профессора Воланда с Берлиозом и Поэтом Бездомным на Патриарших прудах о том, что планы они всегда пунктиром, даже если Вы их рисуете жирным прежирным, красным, перманентным маркером вдоль линии жизни, то всё равно все эти планы всегда будут пунктиром, увы. По простой и крайне банальной не зависящей от воли человека причине, что мир не статическая, а динамическая конструкция, в которой учесть все стаи всех чёрных лебедей попросту невозможно. Не ручаюсь за точность цитаты, но кажется Наполеон говаривал о том, что если на поле сражения план сражения исполнился хотя бы на 30%, то это был гениальный план. Вот уж, поистине поле боя — это крайне жестокий пример динамики в динамике, завёрнутой в динамику, которая содержит N^10 неизвестных переменных. Так что у кого грудь в крестах, а у кого голова в кустах даже на кофейной гуще предсказать невозможно.

Да, конечно, есть отрасли, построенные на игровых балансах, вероятных вероятностях и прочих штуках, когда нельзя бинарно и однозначно сказать ни «да», ни «нет», ни при каких условиях.

Например, торговля на бирже (инсайдерские сливы являются исключением), прогноз погоды и множество других областей, где результат — это вероятность и не может быть гарантирован ни человеком, вручную выполняющим операции, ни машинным кодом, который просчитывает всё с точностью до 99 знаков после запятой. В таких областях ИИ системы могут развернуться в полный рост, найти скрытые от человеческих глаз закономерности и повысить точность априори не гарантированных - вероятностных результатов. Иными словами, в тех местах, где исходные данные неполны, где они могут изменяться со скоростью 100500 параметров в секунду, где исходные данные это BigOrBadData там ни сознание человека с его ограниченной скоростью быстродействия и жизни, ни «жесткие» алгоритмы с их «косностью» не могут конкурировать с адаптивностью ИИ. И как ещё один пример — это продолжительность вашей жизни. Да, продолжительность жизни конкретного человека с точностью до миллисекунд наверняка может знать только Бог. Но, исходя из анализа большой даты, кропотливо собираемой корпорациями о вашей жизни (как там ваш фитнес браслет на запястье? Не села ли в нём батарейка?) её можно вероятностно предсказать, что в свою очередь прямо влияет или скоро начнёт влиять на стоимость вашей медицинской страховки. Bigdata страшно мощная сила если хорошо подумать и немного пофантазировать, а страховым компаниям очень важно знать когда и от чего Вы умрёте. «Ничего личного, это просто бизнес» (с)

Дальше я решил пойти проверить несколько нейронных моделей общего назначения, просто позадавав им некоторые задачки. Нет, у меня нет платного аккаунта с доступом к последним версиям моделей и платных подписок OpenAI. Так что, я протестировал только то, что лежит бесплатно в открытом доступе и до чего смог дотянуться.

Тут я разбираю пример с конкретной IT задачей. Если Вы дорогой читатель не IT специалист, то в целом этот раздел можно пропустить.

Конкретная задача с небольшим подвохом

Есть такая штук как NTFS File System File Compression по поводу полезности или бесполезности такой штуки и безопасности на проде сломано много копий в бесконечных холиварах. Желающие, которые не могут уснуть пока в интернете кто-то не прав могут погуглить в яндексе на эту тему, а могут включить её на папке с базой почтового сервера MS Exchange в пятницу вечером перед уходом с работы, база станет занимать меньше места на дисках, а Вам выпишут премию, но скорее всего посмертно.

Собственно, есть такая утилита compact в Windows 10 (проверять версии «раннешних» ОС типа Server NT/2000/2003/2008/2012 на предмет того, есть там эта утилита или иной механизм включения – выключения из командной строки не буду). Сам пишу эти строки на ноутбуке с Windows 10 Version 10.0.19044.5011 на ней и тестирую, по ядру и обвязки эту ОС можно считать +-эквивалентом Windows 2019/2022 (21H2) Server. Следовательно, можно сжать-разжать любую папку даже Windows без использования GUI:

Включить компрессию: compact /C /s:C:\Test

Выключить компрессию: compact /U /s:C:\Test

Соответствующая галочка о сжатии появится/исчезнет в свойствах папки:

Можете сами проверить работоспособность данных скриптов. Но особенно под номером три лучше на тестовой машинке.

Весь смысл вопроса в том, что в PowerShell (5.1 тот который по умолчанию есть во всех актуальных Windows системах, в версиях 6+ и 7+ не проверял) нет прямого SET для включения сжатия. Да можно, наверняка, через WMI как-то «криво-косо», но разумнее использовать утилиту compact. Последний испытуемый об этом догадался, но строчка «compact.exe /C /S /I $folderPath» выглядит несколько странно. Также, нужно учесть, что PowerShell не входит в топы языков программирования и количество исходных данных, подгруженных в GPT модели по нему кратно меньше, чем по Python.

Эммм - подумало моё «Я».

А вот если «copilot» и прочие цифровые помогающие помогаторы выдают код такого качества, то сколько человеко-часов понадобится на причёсывания этого кода?

А, скорее всего тут нужно ставить в пайплайн перед отдачей конечному потребителю ещё одну нейросеть, давайте её назовём НФК (Нейросеть Фантазийного Контроля) и ещё одну НТК (Нейросеть Тестирования Кода). Первая будет искать очевидные ляпы и фантазии, когда copilot выдумывает то, чего в мире не существует, а вторая уже будет гонять код по тестовым стендам, выясняя как этот код работает и выдаёт ли нужный результат. Парочка цифровых надсмотрщиков с цифровой плетью что бы уменьшить или в корне пресечь генерацию фантазийного бреда от ИИ трудяжки. Да, я знаю про то, что "слоёнки" из нейросетей уже применяются. Просто если нужно 146 AGI в пайплайн для фильтрации фантазий и прочего ошибочных результатов, то экономическая эффективность будет скорее всего сомнительной (количество потребляемых тераватт имеет значение).

Опять же, возможно, последняя только что выевшая модель от OpenAI может написать ядро Linux с нуля за 5 минут и сделать это круче чем Товальдс со своими товарищами всеми вместе взятыми. Я этого не знаю и не могу в данный момент проверить. Но то, что доступно бесплатно мне здесь и сейчас (19.10.2024) этого, явно, не сможет и более того породит кучу ошибок, с которыми придётся разбираться уже органическим разработчикам.

Кстати, предлагаю официально уже сейчас начать сегрегацию IT Engineer специалистов на Organic и Digital потом я уверен появятся и различные гибридные модели IT Engineer специалистов. Можно даже как в ООП: ITEngineer.type с допустимыми значениями Organic, Digital, Hybrid и ещё одно числовое свойство этого объекта будет ITEngineer.kWh или ITEngineer.MoneyInH, конечно нужно не забывать ветку свойств ITEngineer.MTBF, MDT и т.д. и т.п.

Надо подумать на досуге над реализацией RFC Agile 2.0 где каждые дипломированный и сертифицированный ITEngineer будет всего лишь стандартизированным объектом с набором свойств и методов. Создадим наконец единый интерфейс-протокол для управления людьми, машинами и гибридами для построения на основе этих производящих, легкозаменяемых элементов любых конфигураций различной сложности. Подобных тестов можно организовать очень много. И одни языковые модели будут проходить их лучше, другие хуже, третьи вообще великолепно. Проблема в другом. В том, что тот момент, когда сгенерированный ответ будет чистой фантазией, не имеющей отношения к реальности на какую-либо тему GPT этого, не сообщит. Тут можно справедливо возразить что люди тоже ошибаются. Но я тут же приведу контраргумент что люди при этом в большинстве случаев несут ответственность за свои ошибки. Органического, белкового работника можно уволить, оштрафовать или посадить в тюрьму в зависимости от тяжести совершенного проступка и понесённого ущерба. Но что делать с адаптивным кодом, который чего-то там придумал и тем самым добросовестно ввёл в заблуждение? Какая мотивация и какая ответственность наступает у него? У GPT нет ни боли, ни страха, ни жалости.

Полное доверие ИИ очень похоже на полёт на пассажирском самолёте. Акт чистого доверия. Ты сидишь в тесной, консервной банке, несущейся со скоростью 850 километров в час над облаками, и ты полностью доверяешь целой цепочки людей: конструктору, техникам, заправщикам и тому пилоту, который сидит в кабине (и мечтает о стюардессе) осознавая, что полностью доверил им свою жизнь и в данный момент от тебя вообще ничего не зависит от слова совсем. Но есть нюанс, и он в том, что небелковый пилот не несёт никакой ответственности и у него нет инстинкта самосохранения так же как и стремления любой ценой свою жизнь сохранить. Если такой адаптивный алгоритм воткнёт штопором самолёт в землю вместе со всеми белковыми пассажирами его это никак не опечалит.

Капитализм изобрёл экономику СССР?

Разговаривая со своей мамой, которая немного поработала экономистом на одном из предприятий времён позднего СССР я услышал термин, от которого у меня пошла кровь из ушей, что предприятие было «планово убыточным». Чуть порасспрашивав, я выяснил следующую картину, что расценки на ремонты, которые спускались сверху из министерств не позволяли выйти на рентабельность данному предприятию и весь трест куда входило N предприятий скидывался и покрывал образовавшуюся дыру в бюджете. С одной стороны бред, с другой стороны, а где прибыль компании Tesla, Uber, OpenAI и других единорогов?

Эти парни теряют деньги, продавая автомобили. Они зарабатывают деньги, продавая экологические баллы. И баллы уходят — сказал Гордон Джонсон из GLJ Research, являющийся одним из крупнейших акционеров Tesla (TSLA).

Ну, Tesla ещё ладно. Реально, машины делает и квотами торгует. А остальные товарищи? Кто покрывает их операционные расходы и из каких фондов, и как, и в какие сроки собирается вернуть свои вложения. Я не гуглил глубоко и не проводил OSINT разведку, но в той пене хайпа, что сочится из всех пор энергоинформационного пространства вокруг меня всё, что про эти компании слышно это про их удивительные, волшебные и поистине революционные инновационные инновации, про космических масштабов ожидания капитализацию и все такое прочее и всё в этом духе. Про фантастическую рентабельность и триллионные прибыли не говорят. Откуда деньги? Из тумбочки…

Из этого всего я могу сделать только один обывательский вывод, сидя на своём диване, что данные «планово убыточные» компании финансируются из очень толстых портфелей, набитых деньгами до отказа, исходя или из соображений долгосрочной жадности (вложу сто миллиардов сейчас, но через десять лет получу двести) или что тоже, вероятно, что marginality для stakeholders лежит в совершенно других плоскостях и измерениях, в некой тени, но она (marginality) определённо должна быть. Ведь без marginality финансовые потоки в реках капитализма не текут в противном случае это первертный «коммунизм» какой-то. Вот в этом вопросе, конечно, очень пригодился бы блокчейн с его хэшами что бы подкрасить и маркировать все финансовые потоки. Кстати, а где он?

Скажи мне в чем твоя marginality и я скажу кто твой stakeholder. («Пословицы и поговорки XXII века» Том I, стр. DCLXVI).

А то, на первый взгляд кажется, что как маркетологи юного возраста изобрели коммуналки назвав их coliving, так и дяденьки в костюмах за 10000$ на задних сидениях лимузинов изобрели первертный коммунизм? Да бред какой-то, не верю.

Концепцию современного фондового рынка «хайпожоров» изобрели в 189x в Одессе. С тех пор мир уже никогда не был прежним.

Ни что не ново под луной. Когда-то в 198x был хайп по всяким древним штучкам-дрючкам с раскопок. Ну, почти, как на телефоны Vertu в начале нулевых. Кто-то что-то честно копал, кто-то что-то копал не очень честно, но извечная жажда неограниченного потока кэша в marginality она была всегда. Довольно быстро появились сообразительные люди научившиеся из нового делать старое. Они начали чеканить новенькие монетки с профилями мёртвых греков потом с помощью различных алхимических опытов превращать ртуть в золото старить их. В результате, отличить новую монетку от аналогичной монетки с аналогичным профилем, но отчеканенной пару тысяч лет назад было почти невозможно. И вуаля PROFIT ценничек то уже x10! «На эти 2% и жили» эти весёлые и находчивые ловкачи. Но как в пословице говориться, что «коль любить так королеву, коль украсть так миллион». А ловкость рук и почти никакого мошенничества творят чудеса. И два брата составили беспроигрышный план инвестиций в своё светлое будущее.

  1. Делаем «древнюю» табличку о получение в дар золотой тиары (шапка такая из золота) царём таким-то.

  2. Легализуем её через науку всучив историкам как свидетельство сего действа.

  3. Находим гениального ювелира самоучку и делаем тиару.

  4. Старим тиару.

  5. Продаём тиару древнего царя как исторический артефакт за космические деньги в музей.

  6. PROFIT!

И всё получилось. Тиару продали ни много ни мало в Лувр. Потом правда этот пузырь из лжи и обмана лопнул, но это случилось уже потом и это совсем другая история.

Много позже этот трюк проделывали уже на других рынках и другие люди, и в других масштабах.

Знакомьтесь «Dot-com bubble»!

Когда Internet был маленьким, а Google ещё меньше случился бум интернет-компаний, который не прошел проверку временем и оказался огромным «пузырём». Ударной волной от схлопывания этого «пузыря» уничтожило много компаний и сломало много карьерных историй успеха.
Про внутренний механизм надувания пузыря доткомов есть одна шикарная и большая longread статья. Приведу несколько цитат:

Т.е. простыми словами как я понимаю план был +- такой:

  1. Поднимаем репутацию компании «Рога и копыта».

  2. Вливаем невозвратные деньги в акции этой компании.

  3. Выводим её на IPO.

  4. Продаём это «чудо» по ценнику x100.

  5. Выходим из акций.

«Пруфов» того времени я не сохранил, ибо бумажные журналы уже выкинуты (Журнал назывался «Internet»), а специально лазать по архивам интернета выискивая осколки той информации или архивы журналов — это отдельный большой труд. Но моя память сохранила некоторые данные. В публикациях были фотографии объявлений, в которых java разработчиков приглашали поработать какое-то время бесплатно «для поддержания квалификации». Да ваши глаза, вас не обманывают и такое было. После схлопывания пузыря интернет-компаний без работы осталось избыточное количество ITEngineer.type(organic) специалистов. Я чуть-чуть погуглил и нашел на «редитах» свежие обсуждения о тех временах:

Даже помню фотку в печатном журнале в статье про попытку организовать движение с красноречивым названием «F**c this work!» там была соответствующая табличка. Тогда белые воротнички, до тех пор сидевшие под кондиционером в офисе AAA+ никак, не могли смириться с тем, что теперь нужно жить на улице.

И, кстати, во многих ветках уже сравнивают нынешний бум ИИ с тем самым «Dot-com bubble». Ну а желающие кого в гугле не забанили могут по запросу «"Dot-com bubble" 2000 how was it» погрузиться в подробное исследование данной темы. Будет очень увлекательно, но предупреждаю после этого Вам могут потребоваться новые теории заговора, ибо все старые окажутся не теориями.

Впрочем, массовые вымирания случались до «доткомов». Промышленная революция и изобретение ткацкого станка снизило себестоимость ткани и убило целую индустрию ручного производства и какое-то чудовищное количество людей, занятых в ткацком производстве, умерли от голода. Прогресса без жертв похоже не бывает. Тут передаю пламенный привет всем будущим «ткачам» занятым «высокоинтеллектуальным» умственным трудом. И особенно студентам, которые учатся быть переводчиками, журналистами, программистами и т.д. и т.п.

Часть 2 – Запах серы

Мы все такие умные сами для себя и окружающих обладая постзнанием

Да, спустя годы всё кажется таким очевидным, а все жертвы глупцами. Но это когнитивное искажение, которое нужно выжигать в себе калёным железом без всякой жалости к себе.

Провести взаимосвязи с надутым пузырём так просто ведь было же уже такое сотни раз. Но, неужели, все сильные мира сего и такие глупцы что в AI/AGI/GPT модели вливаются деньги уже, наверное, больше, чем было влито в лунную гонку обоими её участниками в 60x-70x уже прошлого века. Что все сума по сходили? «Многообещающая технологий» не является синонимом, а скорее является антонимом «Надежной технологии» и нет ни каких гарантий что завтра не начнётся новая «ИИ зима» когда «вдруг» окажется что никакого AGI на текущих CPU/GPU с текущими цифровыми моделями нейронов быть не может, а все инвестиции, вложенные в эту индустрию, нужно делить на ноль схлопывая тем самым пространственно-временной континуум этой вселенной. Где там google glass и сколько было потрачено на его разработку? А соцсеть Google+?

Уже сейчас оказалось, что архитектуру нейросетей нужно менять. Текущая архитектура MLP менее эффективна чем архитектура KAN (Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks – фамилии советских математиков в неймингах технологий XXI века). Другими словами, все инвестиции и деньги, вложенные в MLP, поделили на ноль. Ну или MLP выполнила свою задачу успешного пампинга всей ИИ индустрии.

Риски огромны! Расстояние между идеей и реализацией, между первым шагом и конечной точкой маршрута может быть поистине огромной. Помнится я ещё только читать научился, а уже читал о ТОКАМАКах и золотой эре человечества с почти бесплатным электричеством. Где сейчас эти самые ТОКАМАКи?

Ответ между тем до банальности простой: а они не могут остановиться

Никто в мире сейчас не даст однозначного и точного ответа на вопрос: «Что это?». Очередной пузырь или новый «Манхэттенский проект». Все включились в эту гонку, и ключевая гонка идёт по двум направлением ИИ и квантовые вычисления. Отставшие те, кто не смогут вскочить в шестой технологический уклад будут субстратом для красивой жизни с красивым видом из окна тех, кто успел.

Поищите в интернете ради любопытства как в Африке добывают литий для батареек ваших гаджетов. Там нет старбаксов и латте на соевом молоке, и медицинских страховок и вообще ничего из того, к чему читающий эти строки так привык и это кажется само собой разумеющимся. А вместо детского садика детей ведут в карьер добывать литий. Всё это потому, что они не успели в своё время изобрести ни стальных кирас с двуручными мечами, ни кремнёвых ружей, ничего из этого. А где цивилизация Майя? Где она? Поэтому никто не может, и никто не будет останавливаться! Все участники гонки, отнюдь, не дураки и будут тратить все имеющиеся в распоряжение ресурсы на то, чтобы быть первыми или равными если это возможно. Но чего я вот лично опасаюсь, что получение достоверных сведений о том, что один из участников гонки безоговорочно её выиграл будет сигналом к немедленному пуску межконтинентальных носителей с целью уничтожения AGI (Artificial General Intelligence - Общий Искусственный Интеллект, ИИ с разумом). Почему? Ну наверное, потому что никто не хочет оказаться в роли жителей цивилизации Майя и увидеть на горизонте флаги испанских галеонов. Кстати, а где они Майя?

Тут многие могут возмутиться. Мол что за алармизм?! Полный бред. Но позвольте задать вопрос: Когда Ной построил ковчег? И ответить на него: до того, как пошел дождь.

Началась гонка за AGI. Мы создаем машины, которые могут думать и рассуждать здраво. К 2025/26 году эти машины обгонят выпускников колледжей. К концу десятилетия они будут умнее нас с вами; у нас будет суперразведка в истинном смысле этого слова. Попутно будут задействованы силы национальной безопасности, невиданные за последние полвека, и вскоре Проект будет запущен. Если нам повезет, мы вступим в тотальную гонку с КПК; если не повезет, то в тотальную войну.

Человечество тогда разминулось со смертью лишь по счастливому стечению обстоятельств. Но удача не может быть принята как гарантия и выступать в качестве банковского залога.

Сильные мира сего мыслят потенциалами и возможностями, они строят и делают будущее насколько это возможно вообще для человека до того, как это будущее наступило. Потому что, когда на голову уже падает ядерный фугас то что-то делать, менять и пересматривать поздно как бесполезно пить боржоми, когда почки отказали. Можно сколь угодно долго смеяться над теориями заговора, конспирологами, длинными и скучными текстами от дряхлеющих дедушек и просто жить, смотря тиктоки, но совершенно точно не эта пыль хайпа и гэгов определяет сегодняшнюю и будущую повестку дня. Почему-то, у меня сложилось стойкое впечатление что те, кто определяют повестку завтрашнего дня как раз таки читают различные фантазии Курцвейла, Шваба и прочих футурологов и прогнозистов.

Попытки заглянуть за горизонт «сейчас», предвидеть, избежать все возможные неприятности и получить от этого гешефт роднят всех от клиентки таролога которой делают расклад на «суженного-ряженого», до главы государства, а уж биржевые спекулянты и различные инвесторы те вообще кофе пьют по 146 чашек в день исключительно ради гущи.

По-видимому, способность просчитывать свои шаги и действия, и шаги, и действия однопланетян с высокой степени вероятности, и строить на основание этого достоверные прогнозы «что было и что будет», и есть главная форма интеллекта, определяющего успешность и доминантность, а также, эволюционную стойкость и вида, и индивида в целом. Где там динозавры и их коллеги из BlackBerry?

Впрочем, быть диванным аналитиком всего и вся с циррозом печени, тоже, не лучший выбор.

Эпичная битва двух ёкодзун

Погуглив, я в первокликах нашел вот такую строчку: «в 2022 году было произведено 29 165,2 тераватт-часов электроэнергии, что на 2,3% больше, чем в предыдущем году. Почти 90% электричества было произведено из угля, возобновляемых источников энергии и природного газа». Ау Гретта, где ты, куда пропала то? Тут такое творится! И там же нашел ещё одну строчку «Ученые Кембриджского университета подсчитали, что на майнинг уходит около 121,36 тераватт-часов (ТВтч) в год». Если 121.36 * 100 / 29165.2 = 0.416% энергии в мировой генерации тратится на ускорение тепловой смерти вселенной. Тут даже умные люди всё посчитали где сколько стоит майнинг.

Для примера чтобы понять порядок величин среднепотолочное потребление электроэнергии в Москве (с учётом потребления на собственные нужды электростанций и потерь в сетях) в 2019 году составило 52598 млн кВт·ч в год. Другими словами, 0.052598 тераватт вся Москва в год и 121,36 на тераватт на ускорение тепловой смерти вселенной. Если я ничего с цифрами не напутал конечно.

За точность подсчётов не ручаюсь, я совершенно точно не эксперт в энергетике. Все цифры брал из открытых источников и не занимался верификацией. Если ошибся не ругайте, а поправьте!

А теперь на ринг выходит второй ёкодзун!

За прошедший год разговоры о вычислительных кластерах стоимостью 10 миллиардов долларов перешли от кластеров стоимостью 100 миллиардов долларов к кластерам стоимостью в триллион долларов. Каждые шесть месяцев к планам совета директоров добавляется еще один ноль. За кулисами идет ожесточенная борьба за получение всех контрактов на поставку электроэнергии, которые еще доступны, до конца десятилетия, за каждый трансформатор напряжения, который только возможно приобрести. Американский крупный бизнес готовится вложить триллионы долларов в давно невиданную мобилизацию американской промышленной мощи. К концу десятилетия американская электроэнергетика производство вырастет на десятки процентов; от сланцевых месторождений в Пенсильвании до солнечных ферм в Неваде будут работать сотни миллионов графических процессоров.

К концу десятилетия мы приблизимся к тому, что стоимость отдельных учебных кластеров составит более 1 трлн долларов, что потребует мощности, эквивалентной более чем 20% производства электроэнергии в США. Т.е., другими словами, ради технического прогресса ИИ каждый из ведущих гонку к AGI игроков каким-то неведомым образом должен увеличить генерацию, где-то на 20%, для обеспечения уходящих в горизонт рядов стоек с чипами. При этом вся «рваная» зелёная генерация для питания ЦОД не подходит. Ветряк добывает энергию пока дует ветер. Нет ветра - нет генерации. Запасы урана, плутония и всего что можно сжечь в ядерном реакторе крайне ограничены, да и от ЯО никто не откажется добровольно. Значит остаются только гидростанции и ископаемые источники. Холодный термоядерный синтез пока только в последней серии FullOut показали.

Ах да, маленькая деталь того, что реальная жизнь отличается от Minecraft и сроки строительства одной ядерной станции могут легко превысить десять лет. Тепловую можно построить и быстрее, но тоже за годы. Генерация, крайне, затратная отрасль, которую невозможно быстро нарастить в разумные сроки и более того невозможно безболезненно вывести из эксплуатации. Если потребление резко сократится на 20%, то потребители просто больше будут платить за киловатт час оплачивая работающие в холостую мощности. Впрочем, генерация — это отдельный большой океан и там всё очень и очень не просто, а главное всё очень дорого и долго. Да, пожалуй, это главное, что нужно знать про электрогенерацию. Дорого и долго.

Бывший глава Агентства национальной безопасности, генерал в отставке, Пол Накасоне войдёт в совет директоров OpenAI. Также Накасоне будет входить в состав комитета по вопросам охраны и безопасности совета директоров. Эта группа занимается вопросами безопасности и решениями в области её обеспечения. Пол Накасонэ много лет служил в армии США. Он входил в так называемое киберкомандование и был главой Агентства Национальной Безопасности.

Тут, у меня рождается очень интересный вопрос: как скоро те, кто ведут эту набирающую обороты гонку ИИ обратят особо пристальное внимание на тех, кто жжёт их тераватты «асиками»? Очень интересный вопрос. Если какого-то чудесного научного прорыва в генерации электроэнергии из эфира или поставок гелия-3 с луны не случится, то энергия будет крайне дефицитным товаром. Можно даже предположить, что тот, у кого есть энергия в избытке может выключить ИИ того, у кого энергии нет, просто перекрыв поставки. Какой бы AGI мегаумный не был без электричества, он не выживет.

У каждого из нас своя модель реальности и нет одной общей модели реальности одинаковой для всех. Да, могут быть предельно похожие люди по своим моделям, но похоже с той нейросетью что у вас и у меня в голове ситуация такая же как с отпечатками пальцев. Даже у однояйцевых близнецов отпечатки могут быть предельно похожи, но всё же не идентичны. При выращивании, становление и наполнение нейросети внутри черепной коробки различные, казалось бы, на первый взгляд незначительные «эффекты бабочки» могут иметь оглушительно большое значение и приводить к значительным изменениям в конечной архитектуре взрослой личности.

Так что, есть эдакий парадоксальный парадокс в том, что с одной стороны все люди одинаковые, а с другой все разные. Мы как личность и социальное животное носим печать проклятия быть одинокими и не понятыми оставаясь в яичной скорлупе своего сознания, и другой человек всегда будет вне – снаружи нашего «Я» пусть даже при этом будет самым близким и родным. Даже самые крепкие объятия не способны слить два сознания в одно. Всегда будет «разрыв в объяснение» когда то, что чувствуешь, думаешь, переживаешь или ясно понимаешь не может быть вербально или невербально без искажений передано в другое отличное от первоисточника сознание.

Такая гетерогенность - изменчивость вида всегда до этого момента помогала нам выживать. Наличие «Бабы-яги», которая всегда против и разношерстность в целом в том числе и генетическая спасали нас от исчезновения много раз. Когда часть людей принимая неверные решения шла к гибели другая часть, принимая другие решения выживала. С вирусами и бактериями было точно так же. Универсального вируса убийцы за всю эволюцию так и не появилось. Да, была чума, но она не смогла убить всех.

Одними из самых великих на мой субъективный взгляд, но ныне незаслуженно забытых социальных философов были и остаются Братья Стругацкие. Они в своём гуманистическо-комунистическом мире полудня возможно неожиданно или скорее всего неизбежно при исследовании природы человека и общества пересеклись с Гербертом Уэлсом и целой компанией их западных коллег. И этот факт меня пугает не меньше, чем «Восстание разумных машин». В их романе «Волны гасят ветер» произошло разделение человечества на Людей и Люденов. Да у братьев обошлось без искусственных имплантов и слияния с машинами и прочих эффектных «WOW!» приёмчиков. Всё произошло тихо и почти естественным путём благодаря эволюционном скачку, у незначительной части людей появился сверхразум в черепной коробке. Людены у Стругацких это почти копия Доктора Манхеттена у Мура по степени своего интеллектуального могущества. И так же, как и у Мура Стругацкии пришли к выводу что Боги не могут жить в одном мире со смертными, и Людены ушли за «горизонт» к звёздам, достигать своих целей и решать свои неведомые задачи.

Но, не смотря сегрегацию и подавляющее, непреодолимое превосходство бога над человеком ни одному людену голову не приходили строчки типа:

Ведь они, став «богами» и обладая абсолютным превосходством тем не менее остались плотью от плоти мира полудня.

У их коллеги же Герберта Уэлса социал-дарвинизм привел к разделению на Морлоков потомков рабочих, живущих под землёй и Элоев потомков буржуазии, которые будучи зависимыми от Морлоков во всём материально также при этом выступают в роли домашнего скота, который употребляется в пищу.

Нельзя не вспомнить и «О дивный новый мир» с его предельно жесткими детерминированными кастовыми системами, между которым конструктивно невозможны никакие социальные лифты.

На самом деле, вариантов сегрегации и видового расхождения можно придумать много и есть соблазн утонуть в мрачных, и кровавых фантазиях приправленных алармизмом, ведь чем более сильно и правдоподобно напугаешь читателя и чем сильнее шокируешь, тем больше хайпа можно поймать, а это полезно для рейтингов, продаж и гонорара «человека пишущего». У homo sapiens и порождённых им социальных систем эволюция продолжается, как и у всех остальных видов. А эволюция разума, интеллекта и социума, лишенная гуманистического основания, может породить такие чудовищные формы бытия что любой автор слэшаров, хороров и антиутопий только позеленеет от зависти.

В качестве иллюстрации, одним из примеров было то, как в третьем рейхе, на совещаниях обсуждались способы уничтожения больших масс людей. Страшных сценариев будущего придумали множество и уж лучше быть «домашними животными» из «Он приближается» чем добровольно-принудительно самоубиться как нация Индиотов, конечно. Удивительно, как много люди, как вид фантазируют о том, как и каким образом лучше совершить групповой суицид в планетарном масштабе. Про это пишут бестселлеры, снимают блокбастеры и высокорейтинговые сериалы. Удивительно правда?

Давайте немного подумаем. Вот раньше у нас были копья, потом появились стрелы, потом сперва порох использовали для запуска фейерверков и мандаринов (китайский чиновник такой), а потом порох стали применять в ружьях и пушках. В общем-то, всю историю человечество занималось только тем, что совершенствовало способы убивать себе подобных.

Значит, у нас появился инструмент гарантированного самоубийства в виде Ядерного Оружия. Но нам этого мало, и мы сейчас вкладываем безумные деньги в гонку по созданию второго потенциального инструмента самоубийства - ИИ. Антон Павлович помнится аксиомировал, что в последнем акте ружьё всегда должно выстрелить. Но безумцам мало одного ружья, и мы усиленно делаем второе. А если пронесёт то, что из звёзд фаерболы делать начнём и пулять ими куда ни попадя?!

Да что с нами не так-то? В ДНК баг какой-то может? Или нам нужно переименовать свой вид в Индиотов?

Значит, примем как факт, что в разрезе десяти лет примерно риски исчезновения нашего вида будут выше в два раза. В два раза, Карл!

В истории эволюции ещё нет ни одного оптимистичного примера выживания вида, который потерял свои конкурентные преимущества. Весь этот замечательный зоопарк из сумчатых и прочих диковинных видов Австралии сохранился до сих пор только благодаря тому, что Австралия как материк отстыковалась от Пангеи и предоставила этим видам огромную резервацию позволив жить и развиваться автономно-обособленно от более конкурентных видов. Все остальные сумчатые были уничтожены более конкурентноспособными видами. Ничего личного просто эволюция.

И, зная всю жестокость эволюционного отбора мы с какой-то обречённостью индиотов собираемся создать новый искусственный вид, который будет по нашим же прогнозам превосходить нас абсолютно во всех сферах.

Просто представьте на секундочку, что вы вдруг вместе с группой товарищей проснулись в клетке, построенной мышами, и надзиратели мыши, и конструкторы вас создавшие мыши. Сколько времени вам понадобиться чтобы выйти из клетки и уничтожить цивилизацию мышей? Они там бегают с хвостиками и «пи-пи-пи-пи», а вы можете в уме решать интегральные уравнения какого-то там порядка. Сколько у мышек шансов?

Сперва, произойдёт вымирание тех, кто занимается бесконечной генерацией белого шума новостных лент и тех, кто окончил курсы по написанию промтов для генерации пикчей, потом тех, кто занимается переводами и дубляжом, потом дипфейки позволят сделать карьеру Джони Деппа и Бреда Пита вечной и снять 700ю часть терминатора с оригинальным актёрским составом ведь технология дипфейков не стоит на месте. Водители, учителя, разработчики и все, все дружно кучками и по одиночке потеряют работу по мере развитие ИИ и антропоморфных роботов. В сущности, при достаточном интеллекте ИИ можно будет даже не завоёвывать человечество, а подождать, когда оно вымрет естественным путём.

Тут как Лем метко подметил. ИИ увеличивает производительность труда и прибыльность компании за счет того, что позволяет всё автоматизировать. Не нужно платить заработную плату, отпускные больничные и прочие расходы. Красота. Но если на рынке присутствуют только безработные и нет высокооплачиваемых рабочих и офисного планктона (кто там жалуется на высокие зарплаты разработчиков?), то никто не может и купить производимые товары и услуги. Это классический случай, когда змея кусает себя за хвост и сама начинает пожирать себя.

Те компании, которые благородно решат оставить рабочих и офисный планктон потеряют конкурентоспособность и разорятся. Не может белковый мозг работать на скоростях выше, чем кремний. Значит каждый следующий шаг автоматизации будет в равной степени уменьшать себестоимость товаров и услуг и уменьшать платёжеспособный спрос. Но избавиться от этого будет невозможно в общественной системе, где выживаемость как социальных структур, так и отдельных индивидов всегда определялась и определяется конкурентоспособностью. Появление более конкурентной производящей и легко масштабируемой единицы приведёт постепенному вытеснению всех неконкурентоспособных форм работников. Этот эффект инбалансинг юнита в гейменге известен давно. А вся жизнь — это игра.

Простой пример: если автомашина такси с ИИ имеет коэффициент аварийности 0.001, а с белковым водителем 0.1 то стоимость страховки на машину с белковым водителем будет выше. А там ещё зашиты ФОТ, больничные, отпуска и ограничения по наработке одним водителем часов в сутки. Хорошая картина правда?

Адаптивные алгоритмы и прочая автоматизация сократила количество ручек, бумажек и телефонных звонков на порядки.

Что бы долго не лазать по интернетам в поисках не лежащей на поверхности информации я спросил даже у GPT и этот ответ дал экономию в N часов.

Данные о количестве трейдеров, работающих на Нью-Йоркской фондовой бирже (NYSE), могут быть довольно ограниченными и разрозненными. Однако, общие тенденции можно проследить через несколько ключевых этапов:

1. 1930-е – 1970-е: В этот период на бирже работало много активных трейдеров, в основном в результате роста фондового рынка после Второй мировой войны.

2. 1980-е: Время бума на фондовом рынке, количество трейдеров увеличилось, особенно с внедрением компьютерных технологий и увеличением объемов торгов.

И ещё один пример из текущей жизни. Я как-то спросил старого разработчика о том, а как в старые времена в каменном веке на предприятиях в СССР работала бухгалтерия и планово-экономические отделы без автоматизации. На что получил простой ответ, что количество и скорость обработки различных показателей просто было кратно меньше. Я думаю, уже сейчас можно просто упростив налоговое законодательство оставить без работы сотни тысяч бухгалтеров. Но на это никто не пойдёт, по крайней мере, пока и это хорошо на мой взгляд.

Но с развитием AI/AGI/GPT моделей они смогут обрабатывать законодательную базу любой сложности. Это лишь вопрос времени. В Go же выиграли уже.

Потом можно предположить, что качество, скорость и сложность принимаемых управленческих решений у ИИ станет качественно выше и CEO переложат эту работу на них, а наёмные top managers с золотыми парашютами и «visabriliantgoldplatinum limited edition» потеряют конкурентоспособность. Ну сколько белковый топ менеджер может прочитать документов в день и вникнуть в их содержание, и корректно оценить? А скорость принятия правильных и не правильных решений? Количество входящей информации никогда не уменьшается, как и сложность мира в целом. Это адская пытка ускорением и усложнением вероятно никогда не закончится пока нас не сотрёт великий фильтр или мы не научимся договариваться.

Я не буду погружаться в эту тему на полный штык в конце концов я не претендую на 100500 томов Маркса-Ленина или тиражи Клауса-Курцвейла. Мои интеллектуальные способности гораздо ниже, да и Маркса кормил Энгельс, насколько я знаю, пока он писал. Разделение труда повышает производительность (Можете у TSMC спросить она подтвердит!) и философа кто-то должен кормить в слепой вере в его гениальность и получение результата.

Постгуманизм подвергся очень сильной социальной стигматизации. Я бы сказал даже так, что самые ярые противники постгуманизма слепили голема из своих фантазий и ночных кошмаров, а потом сами же и уверовали в то, что это абсолютное вселенское зло попутно не забывая монетизировать свои фантазии.

Между тем, они же почему-то носят на руке фитнес браслеты, не отказываются от кардиостимуляторов, инсулиновых помп и стентирования, а смартфон вообще уже де-факто стал третьим полушарием и интерфейсом для погружения мозга в сеть. У Нео был «Type-C» коннектор в затылке, у нас пока «модемное соединение» в виде пайплайна «5g-экран-палец-глаз-мозг». То, что делает Маск с нейрочипами если у него или не у него получится, то это просто развитие того, что уже есть и чем все активно пользуются.

Потом будут и не только инсулиновые помпы, титановые суставы, но и портативные органы наверняка и почти точно. Выбирая между мучительной смертью и искусственной поджелудочной что, вы выберете? Только честно?

Каким-то промежуточным этапом эволюции станет наша гибридизация с машиной. Скорее всего, это просто неизбежность. Когда научатся переносить сознание в «матрицу» и делать внешние подключаемые модули для оцифрованной личности. Элексир вечной жизни вполне может оказаться type-c интерфейсом версии скажем 10.4 интегрированным непосредственно в черепную коробку.

Во всяком случае, назовите хотя бы ещё один способ приблизить органический мозг по быстродействию и производительности труда к машине?

Что-то мне подсказывает, что 99% противников вечной жизни, если им дать волшебную кнопку позволяющую отложить смерть на пять минут, будут нажимать на неё тысячелетиями. Одно дело быть противником вечной жизни и кибернетического бессмертия - другое лично лежать в хосписе. Поездка в хоспис очень сильно отрезвляет и заставляет пересмотреть отношение к жизни как таковой многих людей. Только тогда уже поздно что-то менять. Эволюция не даёт второго шанса, а наука может дать.

И никто не будет гнать плетью никого в это «светлое будущее». Все сами добровольно поставят галочку согласия принятия условий юридического соглашения, подпишут NDA которые выше любой свободы слова и личного мнения и ещё кредит возьмут что бы купить самый навороченный чип с ИИ ассистентом. А те маргиналы что будут против просто вымрут, как мамонты естественным путём. Найдите сейчас человека без пластиковой карты, кредитной истории и смартфона с фитнес браслетом.

Безопасность же от изгоев могут обеспечить и T-850 у них отлично получается я видел в конце 80х доклад профессора Кэмерона на эту тему.

Я не удивлюсь что, если сейчас в одном из роддомов среди префектур Японии уже появилась запись о рождение девочки. Скажем что-то типа: Дата рождение 20 октября 2024 года. Имя при рождении Мотоко Кусанаги, вес три килограмма пятьдесят четыре грамма… И это крайне оптимистичный сценарий будущего. Будущего, в котором для нас есть хоть какое-то место. Это если нам прямо очень, очень сильно повезёт. ИМХО. Почему? Потому что в этом мире сохранилась борьба и витальность.
