Как персональный контекст и ИИ помогают в самообучении: простой путь к знаниям

Введение


Современные ИИ, такие как Claude, Grok, DeepSeek или ChatGPT, умеют отвечать на вопросы и объяснять сложные темы. Но у них есть проблема: они "забывают" всё после окончания диалога. Каждый раз приходится заново рассказывать, кто вы, что знаете и как любите учиться. А что, если ИИ мог бы помнить ваш путь обучения и подстраиваться под вас, как хороший учитель? Это возможно с технологией персонального контекста — простым способом сделать ИИ вашим помощником в самообучении.


В этой статье я расскажу, как это работает, чем отличается от привычных методов и как начать использовать прямо сейчас. Основа — открытая технология Personal Context Technology, а примеры — из моего опыта, частично описанного в прошлой статье на Habr («Как я учился учиться»).



Что такое персональный контекст?


Персональный контекст — это файл (например, в формате JSON), где собрана информация о вас: ваши цели, уровень знаний, стиль обучения и прогресс. Вы передаёте его ИИ, и он использует эти данные, чтобы давать полезные советы. Главное:


  • ИИ помнит ваш контекст между сессиями.
  • Вы сами выбираете, где хранить данные — на компьютере или в облаке.
  • Инструкции в файле говорят ИИ, как вам помогать.

Это как дать ИИ карту вашего обучения, чтобы он не блуждал в догадках. Подробности — в официальной документации.



Чем это лучше других способов?


Посмотрим, как персональный контекст сравнивается с тем, что мы обычно используем для самообучения:


  • Книги и заметки: Вы сами выбираете материалы, но организовать знания и следить за прогрессом приходится вручную.
  • Онлайн-курсы (Coursera, Udemy, Другие): Всё структурировано, но подход один для всех — ваши особенности никто не учтёт.
  • ИИ без контекста: Быстро отвечает, но забывает вас после каждой беседы. Приходится повторяться.
  • ИИ с персональным контекстом: Учитывает ваш стиль, помнит прогресс и предлагает идеи, основанные на ваших данных. Можно адаптировать под вас персонально.

Читатели моей прошлой статьи просили больше примеров. Вот один: без контекста я спрашиваю у ИИ "объясни системное мышление" — и получаю общий ответ. С контекстом ИИ знает, что я люблю схемы, и сразу рисует визуальную карту понятий.

Мой план обучения


Моя цель — разобраться в мире и людях. Для себя я получил план, пример дорожной карты:


  1. Ментальные модели (сейчас изучаю)


    • Системное мышление
    • Мышление второго порядка
    • Задача: Проанализировать своё решение с помощью этих идей.

  2. Поведение людей


    • Основы психологии
    • Когнитивные искажения
    • Задача: Понять, почему я иногда спорю зря.

  3. Природный мир


    • Научный метод
    • Системы в природе
    • Задача: Связать науку с погодой за окном.

  4. Социальные системы


    • Экономика
    • Медиа
    • Задача: Разобраться, как новости влияют на меня.


ИИ с контекстом помогает: объясняет через схемы, задаёт вопросы для проверки и связывает темы. Как персональный учитель адаптируется под меня.



Плюсы и минусы


Плюсы:


  • ИИ подстраивается под вас.
  • Прогресс сохраняется — не нужно начинать заново.
  • Удобно использовать проверенные методы вроде повторения через интервалы.

Минусы:


  • Надо обновлять файл, когда вы что-то выучили.
  • Иногда ИИ ошибается — проверяйте важное в книгах или интернете.


Как начать?


  1. Скачайте шаблон.
  2. Заполните свои цели и стиль обучения (можете об этом попросить ИИ (в шаге 3), он так же может перевести на русский или любой другой язык. Ключи в документе переименовыать с английского не рекомендую).
  3. Отправьте файл ИИ (например, Grok, Claude, DeepSeek) с вопросом: "Как мне выучить [тему]?"
  4. Обновляйте файл, когда продвигаетесь.
