Как 1С-нику попробовать ChatGPT без VPN или для чего мы встраиваем в MAKER инструменты LLM?

В этой статье расскажу, какие задачи можно и даже нужно делегировать искусственному интеллекту, в чём трудности применения Chat GPT в России. Попробуем составить полноценное ТЗ для создания мобильного приложения на базе 1С:Предприятие с помощью ИИ и сервиса MAKER-STUDIO.

Пролог

Искусственный интеллект раскинул свои нейросети практически по всем направлениям деятельности человека, всюду предлагая свои возможности и умения. И, пускай полностью на 100% заменить собой того или иного специалиста он в ближайшее время точно не сможет, но в качестве быстрого помощника – это приемлемый инструмент. Рынок оперативно наполнился широчайшим набором программ и сервисов с модной приставкой Ai, так например давеча DeepSeek загнал в красную зону добрые 90% S&P 500. Главное – научиться и подобрать оптимальные и работающие промты, роли и контексты, при этом не отдаваясь на все 100% этому троянскому коню. Подробности далее.

Рассмотрим наиболее популярную и нашумевшую генеративную модель - ChatGPT. Пока существуют определенные ограничения его применения в РФ. Приходится пользоваться VPN, искать пути обхода запрета оплаты через российские платежные системы. В этой статье расскажу, как 1С-нику существенно сократить «танцы с бубном» и начать пользоваться возможностями нейросети в своей повседневной работе максимально быстро и комфортно. В финале создадим ТЗ для разработки мобильного приложения, обратившись за помощью к ChatGPT в роли аналитика.

Глава 1. Зачем 1С-нику ChatGPT

Начнем с примеров того, для чего 1С-ку может потребоваться AI-помощник? Давайте опишем наиболее часто встречающиеся задачи, которые можно попробовать в определенной степени делегировать искусственному коллеге:

- Анализ готового кода. Начиная с версии 3.5 и выше, ChatGPT умеет делать такую рутинную работу, как создавать подробное описание и детализацию кода, находить в нём ошибки, генерировать документацию и пользовательские описания, и даже предоставлять рекомендации по улучшению. В этом ключе ИИ для новичков может выполнить функцию своеобразного наставника или помощника.

- Написание кода или проведение анализа кода на других языках программирования. Иногда 1С-нику приходится иметь дело с кодом на другом языке, например, python. В такой ситуации ChatGPT станет настоящим спасителем.

Реальный кейс: в одну из отраслевых 1С был встроен код на JavaScript. Однако, методика расчета, заложенная в скрипт, была не известна и команда ушла. С помощью ChatGPT было проделано:

1. Передан кусок кода с запросом «Ты – опытный программист на JavaScript. Опиши подробно что в данном фрагменте кода выполняется: «….код….»;

2. Так мы перебрали ключевые фрагменты и нашли тот, который является определяющим и путем различных вопросов разобрали заложенную в него логику;

- Кодинг. Целиком и полностью взять на свои цифровые плечи такую задачу нейросеть пока не может при условии определенного уровня качества, но способна выдать подходящую заготовку кода с применением рядовых шаблонов, функций и процедур.

- Создание инструкций и документаций. Если Вы аналитик, которому предстоит подробно расписать некий сложный процесс с учетом отраслевой специфики, то нейросеть является хорошим помощником для поиска терминов и определений, а также создания четких алгоритмов и последовательностей.

- Обработка любой прочей информации. При правильном и точном запросе GPT-ассистент решит за вас практически любые задачи, в том числе бытовые: посчитает финансовый результат по вкладу при «плавающих» условиях или сумму переплаты по ипотеке при ежемесячном увеличении платежа; даст рекомендации по изменению питания и пропорциях КБЖУ для снижения веса на 5 кг за 2 месяца; составит оптимальный график для достижения нужного уровня трудозатрат в коллективе из 20 человек, работающих удаленно в разных часовых поясах и т.п.

Пример из жизни:

«Посчитай сколько процентов по вкладу я получу если положу сроком на 2 года 790000 рублей под 16% годовых, но в конце каждого месяца буду уменьшать вклад на 35900 рублей»

Ответ:

Хорошо, давайте рассчитаем. Учитывая, что вклад уменьшается ежемесячно, нам придется учитывать это изменение каждый месяц. Для простоты и точности мы будем считать проценты ежемесячно:

1. Годовая процентная ставка = 16%

2. Ежемесячная процентная ставка = 16% / 12 = 1.33% (приблизительно)

Начальная сумма вклада = 790,000 рублей

Каждый месяц вклад уменьшается на 35,900 рублей

Будем использовать следующие переменные:

- ( P ) - начальная сумма вклада

- ( r ) - ежемесячная процентная ставка

- ( M ) - ежемесячный вывод

Обозначим месяца от 1 до 24 (так как вклад сроком на 2 года).

Пусть ( P_n ) - сумма вклада в начале ( n )-ного месяца.

Глава 2 – Трудности применения ChatGPT в России

Западные ограничения. Многочисленные санкции включают в себя самые разные инструменты негативного влияния на работу ИТ-сервисов на территории РФ. Не мало американских и европейских компаний ушли с рынка и прекратили поддержку пользователей по географическому признаку. В том числе ChatGPT тоже оказался среди «запрещенных». Естественно, тут же начали появляться способы обходить данные ограничения, однако, чтобы такие методы работали, приходится идти на выполнение ряда обязательных условий. Например, постоянно включенный стабильный VPN (на борьбу с которым, кстати, Роскомнадзору выделили около 60 млрд рублей), создание прокси-сервера или переход на отечественные аналоги, которые при всех своих плюсах пока, к сожалению, уступают в качестве.

Так же в интернете можно найти статьи, в которых рассказываются способы обхода блокировок через подмену IP-адреса, установку специальных приложений и расширений браузера. Но и в этом случае придется отыскать страны с наиболее стабильными IP. К тому же, нельзя исключать сценария, при котором надежную, но внезапно засбоившую Бразилию придется оперативно менять на какую-нибудь Португалию в самый неподходящий момент.

Помимо всего прочего, если вы выполнили все необходимые для доступа к ИИ условия, обязательно встанет вопрос по расширению функционала через платную подписку. Но, учитывая всё те же западные ограничения, пользователю придется заводить банковскую карту другого «разрешенного» государства со всей вытекающей из этого суетой.

Глава 3 – ChatGPT для 1С в России без VPN с МИРом.

Итак, когда мы что-то придумываем и разрабатываем, то всегда тестируем и реализовываем на собственных продуктах, в частности на нашем сервисе MAKER, который является инструментом быстрого прототипирования форм и приложений на базе 1С, инструментом создания диаграмм BPMN, написания текста и генерации готового технического задания. На сегодняшний день мы сделали Телеграмм-бота GPT MAKER, позволяющего свободно пользоваться ChatGPT для выполнения всех, описанных в первой главе, задач. В ближайшем будущем запланировано встраивание ИИ непосредственно в MAKER с полноценным прямым взаимодействием внутри программы.

ТГ-бот https://t.me/GptMAKER_ai_bot не требует ни VPN, ни подмену IP-адреса, ни банковский счёт в зарубежном банке. Вы просто подключаете бота и пользуетесь без каких-либо ограничений. Более того, мы унифицировали API YandexGPT и ChatGPT, то есть программисту нужно реализовать интеграцию с единым форматом API и не подстраиваться под каждую конкретную ИИ модель.

Особым пунктом следует выделить функцию присвоения ролей. А именно, при том или ином запросе пользователь выбирает, для кого GPT будет формировать ответ: программисту 1С, аналитику и другим, адаптируя свою генерацию под конкретного специалиста с определенными требованиями и задачами. Можно создать свою роль, описав единожды GPT «кем она является».

Использовать GPT можно через API интерфейс, интегрировав с 1С, корп. порталом и т.д., при этом, как было уже сказано, MAKER-GPT приводит API различных моделей к единому стандарту:

Глава 4 – Практика применения

Для наглядной демонстрации работы, выступим в роли аналитика, которому необходимо подготовить техническое задание программисту для разработки мобильного приложения по автоматизации контроля при сборе яблок в саду. Определение\формализация роли – это очень важный нюанс, так как нейросеть на один и тот же запрос будет давать разные ответы, в зависимости от роли, в «образе» которой, она (GPT) находится.

По сути мы получили ТЗ на запрос по составлению ТЗ :-) Воспользовавшись подсказкой, поясняем нашему AI что хотим и вводим в суть задачи:

Как вы думаете, сколько времени потребуется человеку, чтобы составить на основании такого запроса полноценное ТЗ? MAKER AI всё равно быстрее в сотни раз. Готовый результат технического задания получился таким:

Весь этот текст переносим в проект сервиса MAKER в раздел «Документация». Следом перейдем во вкладку создания прототипа мобильных форм и с помощью простого встроенного редактора и готовых шаблонов создадим визуальную модель будущего приложения, а также прототипы всех основных окон, которые описаны в ТЗ.

Важно отметить, что данные формы мы моделировали в MAKER не только потому, что сервис позволяет сделать это легко и быстро. Дело в том, если мы создадим данные формы внутри того же проекта, в котором уже лежит текстовое ТЗ, и расшарим этот проект для доступа к нему программиста, то последующие правки, комментарии, доработки и согласования обе стороны смогут продолжить осуществлять внутри MAKER и максимально наглядно друг для друга. Кроме того, там же, внутри сервиса при необходимости можно:

- добавить к проекту BPMN-нотацию с алгоритмом действий пользователя при работе с будущим приложением

- включить связь форм для получения кликабельной версии приложения и демонстрации её клиентам или заказчикам

- организовать командную работу, добавив всех необходимых исполнителей, наблюдателей и прочих участников, в том числе, предоставить возможность каждому оставлять комментарии, делать правки и следить за всеми этапами в режиме реального времени.

- на любой стадии выгрузить проект в форматах DOC или PDF, если вдруг кому-то зашло, забирайте ;-)

После всех вышеописанных действий у нас на руках будет техническое задание, которое создано общими усилиями человека и нейросети в примерной пропорции 50/50, а именно:

MAKER AI:

- план-подсказка для ТЗ

- текстовая часть ТЗ

Человек:

- запрос ИИ на создание ТЗ

- написание оглавление и двух-трёх собственных дополнений

- создание трёх визуальных форм прототипа будущего мобильного приложения

- BPMN диаграмма бизнес-процесса

Эпилог

Опираясь на собственный опыт, отмечу, что реальная экономия времени может достигать нескольких часов и даже дней (в зависимости от задачи, квалификации, правильно сформулированного ПРОМТА и накопленного контекста). Качественно кодить на 1С:Предприятии GPT еще не умеет, но пояснить код, выдать заготовки текста, написать примеры, определения и проч. – очень даже.
