Израиль конфисковал USDT на сумму 1,5 млн долларов

  • Израильская NBCTF заморозила 187 криптокошельков, связанных с Корпусом стражей исламской революции (КСИР).
  • Через эти кошельки были проведены транзакции на сумму 1,5 млрд долларов.
  • Tether внес в черный список 39 кошельков, заморозив около 1,5 млн USDT и запретив дальнейшие транзакции.

Национальное бюро по борьбе с финансированием терроризма Израиля (NBCTF) опубликовало список из 187 криптовалютных адресов, которые, по его словам, связаны с Корпусом стражей исламской революции (КСИР). Организация находится под санкциями и признана террористической в США, Канаде, Великобритании и ЕС.

По данным аналитической компании Elliptic, на изъятых адресах с течением времени прошло 1,5 млрд долларов в USDT.

Однако соучредитель Elliptic Том Робинсон отметил, что не все замороженные адреса могут иметь связь с Корпусом стражей исламской революции.

Министр обороны Исраэль Кац пояснил в Постановлении об административном аресте:

«В соответствии с моими полномочиями, предоставленными согласно разделу 56b Закона о борьбе с терроризмом 5776-2016, и будучи убежденным в том, что криптовалютные кошельки, указанные в списке, являются собственностью признанной террористической организации Корпус стражей исламской революции Ирана или имуществом, используемым для совершения тяжкого террористического преступления, как определено законом, я настоящим распоряжаюсь об аресте имущества».

Что гласит приказ NBCTF

Согласно приказу, криптовалютные кошельки признаны имуществом КСИР либо активами, использованными для тяжких террористических преступлений. Документ действует два года или до момента окончательной конфискации. Владельцы кошельков вправе оспорить изъятие, направив возражения в NBCTF в течение двух месяцев.

Ранее Минюст США изъяло $584 741 в долларах США у гражданина Ирана Мохаммада Абедини. Абедини является основателем компании, производящей навигационные системы, используемые в программе КСИР по созданию военных беспилотников, включая БПЛА «Шахид».

В декабре 2024 года Минфин США добавил в санкционные списки криптовалютные адреса на 332 млн долларов. Эти адреса были связаны с Саидом Ахмадом Мухаммадом аль-Джамалем, который сам попал под санкции за передачу десятков миллионов долларов хуситской группировке боевиков в Йемене («Ансараллах») в сотрудничестве с высокопоставленными должностными лицами Корпуса стражей исламской революции — «Кудс» (КСИР-«Кудс»).
