Как биткоин пережил июньский шторм

Июнь стал месяцем, когда биткоину пришлось столкнуться с серьезными внешними вызовами: от медийных триггеров до международных конфликтов и макроэкономической тревожности. Однако, несмотря на давление, активу удалось сохранить равновесие. Пусть и неустойчивое.

Битва боссов

В начале месяца некоторые аналитики высказались достаточно пессимистично касательно дальнейшего движения цены биткоина. В CryptoQuant указали на снижение активности розничных инвесторов и допустили возврат котировок к $96 700. Эксперты Bitcoin Magazine поддержали медвежью позицию, отметив возврат курса ниже сопротивления в виде пиков декабря 2024 года — января 2025 года вблизи $106 000.

При этом в Bitfinex не исключили новый ATH в июле: по мнению аналитиков, биткоин способен добраться до $125 000 при условии ослабления монетарной политики ФРС и снижения ключевой ставки в США. В то же время они рассмотрели и варианты падения котировок до $95 000 при укреплении доллара и усилении давления на цифровое золото.

Чего аналитики предсказать не могли, так это ссору между президентом США Дональдом Трампом и миллиардером Илоном Маском. Начавшаяся 5 июня публичная перепалка одних из самых влиятельных людей в стране обрушила цену биткоина с $105 915 до $100 500, что привело к ликвидациям длинных позиций на общую сумму $341,75 млн за сутки. На тот момент капитализация рынка цифровых активов упала на 4%, а индекс страха и жадности опустился до 45 пунктов (зона страха).

Хотя затяжного падения первой криптовалюты не последовало, CEO Technobit Александр Пересичан в комментарии ForkLog назвал именно информационный фон главным драйвером рынка.

«Динамика курса биткоина в значительной степени определяется информационным фоном. Особенно показателен недавний всплеск волатильности, вызванный публичным конфликтом между Илоном Маском и Дональдом Трампом», — заявил он.

Однако главный аналитик Bitget Research Райан Ли связал динамику с макроэкономическими событиями. По его словам, на аппетит инвесторов к риску давят торговые переговоры между США и Китаем, а также признаки дефляции в экономике КНР.

Незаметные макросигналы

11 июня Федеральное бюро статистики труда США опубликовало данные по инфляции. Согласно отчету, в мае CPI увеличился на 0,1% против 0,2% в апреле. В годовом выражении без сезонной корректировки индекс вырос до 2,4%. Это оказалось ниже ожиданий аналитиков, как и индекс стержневой инфляции (2,8% против прогнозных 2,9%).

Эта информация слабо повлияла на криптовалютный рынок: котировки биткоина хоть и превысили в моменте $110 000, но дальше не пошли. Еще меньшим ростом отреагировал фондовый рынок.

Легкая волатильность была заметна 18 июня — в этот день ФРС сохранила ключевую ставку в диапазоне 4,25–4,5%. Биткоин двигался в узком диапазоне, а активы из топ-10 по капитализации и вовсе не продемонстрировали заметной динамики.

Внешнее потрясение

12 июня первая криптовалюта потеряла 3,6% на фоне сообщений об авиаударах Израиля по Ирану: котировки опустились ниже уровня $104 000. Для сторонников биткоина это не стало шоком — например, CEO Galaxy Digital Майк Новограц назвал ключевым фактором роста «макроэкономическое принятие» первой криптовалюты. По его словам, процесс уже перешел в необратимую фазу.

«Сейчас в актив инвестируют казначейства компаний, суверенные фонды и розничные инвесторы. Появились более простые способы его покупки. Принятие биткоина как макроактива для сохранения стоимости — это уже снежный ком, который катится с горы», — добавил он.

Уже 16 июня стоимость цифрового золота превысила $107 000, несмотря на турбулентность на мировых рынках из-за противостояния Ирана и Израиля. По мнению аналитиков QCP Capital, устойчивость цены биткоина поддерживается продолжающимся институциональным накоплением, а держатели актива не демонстрируют признаков паники.

Ситуация на рынке изменилась 17 июня: биткоин рухнул с $108 000 до $103 500. Флагман традиционно потянул за собой остальной рынок, а общий объем ликвидаций за сутки достиг $452 млн. Однако индекс страха и жадности поднялся за день с 61 до 68 пунктов.

Позднее аналитики Santiment отметили напряжение в биткоин-сообществе и ухудшение настроений на крипторынке. А в ночь с 21 на 22 июня первая криптовалюта упала ниже $101 000 после ударов США по ядерным объектам Ирана. Тогда же почти все активы перешли в «красную зону», а объем ликвидаций за 24 часа достиг $682 млн. Криптовалютный индекс страха и жадности опустился к 42 пунктам.

Однако биткоину удалось отыграть позиции и 23 июня вернуться к отметке $102 000. В CryptoQuant констатировали «тихую консолидацию» — по их наблюдениям, долгосрочные инвесторы удерживают запасы цифрового золота, не продавая.

«Исторически бурный рост биткоина часто начинался на фоне снижения интереса и затишья в настроениях. Текущая пауза может стать предвестником следующего импульса», — пояснили эксперты.

Несмотря на рост напряженности на Ближнем Востоке, приток капитала в криптовалютные инвестпродукты под управлением компаний вроде BlackRock, Bitwise, Fidelity, Grayscale, ProShares и 21Shares продолжился десятую неделю подряд. Согласно CoinShares, с 14 по 20 июня общий показатель составил $1,24 млрд, а с начала года — достиг рекордных $15,1 млрд.

В то же время контрибьютор CryptoQuant под ником Darkfost заметил, что рынок фьючерсов пережил масштабное сокращение заемных позиций — сопоставимое с тем, что наблюдалось на фоне запрета биткоин-майнинга в Китае.

«Индикатор Estimated Leverage Ratio (ELR) за три дня опустился до критического уровня -0.25. Это подчеркивает фундаментальное влияние геополитической напряженности, в частности конфликта между США и Ираном, на поведение инвесторов и рыночную динамику в целом», — отметил эксперт.

По его словам, резкое снижение показателя указывает на стремительное сокращение открытого интереса. Причина — не только ликвидации, но и «добровольное закрытие позиций трейдерами, стремящимися уменьшить риск».

Корпоративные игры

Согласно отчету Gemini и Glassnode, рынок претерпел структурную трансформацию в сторону институциональной зрелости — 30,9% доступного предложения первой криптовалюты хранится в централизованных казначействах. Среди них:

По данным исследователей, наибольшее количество монет — 3,015 млн BTC — удерживают 27 централизованных бирж. Самой крупной группой по числу представителей (101) стали публичные компании, но по накопленному объему они занимают третье место с показателем 765 300 BTC.

Второе место в обеих категориях принадлежит ETF на основе цифрового золота. В совокупности 40 биржевых фондов сконцентрировали 1,34 млн BTC. По мнению аналитиков, интеграция биткоина в традиционные финансы и другие инструменты сделала ценовое движение более «надежным и менее обусловленным спекулятивными крайностями».

На этом фоне главным трендом однозначно стало создание биткоин-казначейств. К такому выводу пришли эксперты из Coinbase Institutional, считая это одновременно и риском. Феномен получил название «атака клонов».

Согласно BitcoinTreasuries (на 13 июня 2025 года), уже 234 фирм держат в общей сложности 820 542 BTC. Около 20 из них используют модель привлечения капитала через долговые обязательства, которую впервые применила Strategy.

По словам аналитиков, такая стратегия создает системные риски: в периоды стресса компании могут столкнуться с необходимостью принудительных продаж, чтобы покрыть обязательства. Это способно спровоцировать панику среди инвесторов.

Бум биткоин-казначейств прокомментировал также соучредитель и CEO Blockstream Адам Бэк. Он назвал такой подход выгодной для спекулянтов альтернативой альтсезону.

В то же время руководитель исследований Presto Питер Чанг предупредил о рисках формирования корпоративного криптопузыря. В частности, он выделил опасность ликвидации залога и «атаки активистов» — враждебного поглощения, направленного на получения прибыли от дефицита NAV.

По мнению исследователя, управление криптовалютными стратегиями — сложная задача. Поэтому некоторые новые и неопытные участники могут столкнуться с трудностями в период спада. В конечном итоге, ключевым риском является не сам рынок, а то, насколько хорошо каждый игрок планирует непредсказуемые потребности в финансировании, заключил Чанг.

Июнь продемонстрировал, как институциональное присутствие сделало биткоин менее восприимчивым к внешним вызовам. Однако не исключено, что именно крупные инвесторы в итоге могут пошатнуть его устойчивость.

События месяца

В минувшем месяце в списке публичных криптокомпаний появилась еще одна — 5 июня эмитент USDC провел IPO. Акции Circle начали торговаться на Нью-Йоркской фондовой бирже под тикером CRCL.

По словам CEO фирмы Джереми Аллэйра, выход на публичный рынок — «значительная и мощная веха». Он считает, что мир готов к переходу на «финансовую систему интернета». Согласно СМИ, Circle привлекла $1,1 млрд — почти вдвое выше, чем планировалось. FDV в итоге составила $8,1 млрд.

Дебютный день ценные бумаги закрыли ростом на 168%, капитализация превысила $16,7 млрд. На момент написания (27 июня 2025 года) акции торгуются на премаркете выше отметки $219.

Успешное размещение акций Circle обрадовало далеко не всех. Некоторые эксперты предупредили о пузыре на рынке стейблкоинов. Например, экс-СЕО BitMEX Артур Хэйес предположил, что листинг CRCL запустит волну IPO от компаний-подражателей, большинство из которых окажутся переоцененными и в итоге провалятся.

С ним согласился основатель платформы для криптоинвесторов TYMIO Георгий Вербицкий. В комментарии ForkLog спикер отметил, что эффект уже заметен: даже небольшие проекты в этом секторе вроде Plasma собирают инвестиции с переподпиской. Это подтверждает высокий спрос, который действительно может привести к появлению пузыря.

Пока же среди эмитентов «стабильных монет» особого рвения стать публичными не наблюдается. Зато примеру Circle решила последовать криптобиржа Gemini. 6 июня она подала в SEC проект регистрационного заявления по форме S-1 на проведение IPO. Количество и ценовой диапазон предложения бумаг пока не определен.

Если в случае с Gemini была официальная заявка, то о выходе TRON на американскую биржу пока говорят только журналисты. 16 июня цена TRX прибавила около 9% после публикации FT планов основанного Джастинам Саном блокчейн-проекта получить публичный статус через обратное слияние с котирующейся на Nasdaq компанией SRM Entertainment.

По данным издания, сделку организует небольшой инвестиционный банк Dominari Securities, связанный с сыновьями президента США: Дональдом Трампом — младшим и Эриком Трампом. Последний, как говорилось в статье, займет должность в новой фирме, однако это утверждение он опроверг.

Пока крупные компании изучают варианты интеграции в TradFi, частные инвесторы ищут способы защитить свои активы. Известный как глава «биткоин-семьи» Диди Тайхутту полностью изменил подход к хранению активов на фоне бума офлайн-преступлений. За последние восемь месяцев семья отказалась от аппаратных кошельков и перешла на гибридную систему: сид-фразы зашифрованы, разделены на части и спрятаны на четырех континентах.

В комментарии ForkLog генеральный директор P2P-платформы NoOnes Рэй Юссеф заявил, что такой подход оправдан, когда речь идет о сохранении благосостояния поколений или защите активов от враждебных субъектов. Однако для большинства людей, включая новичков в индустрии, это «серьезный перебор».

«Сегодня наиболее надежной моделью для частных инвесторов является та, которая сочетает в себе личный контроль и многоуровневую защиту: по возможности несколько подписей, резервное копирование и, возможно, даже географическое распределение, если ставки высоки», — подчеркнул Юссеф.

Важным событием июня стало включение в обновление Bitcoin Core отмены лимита данных для OP_RETURN. Фактическим ограничением станет размер блока в 4 Мб. При этом пользователи смогут вручную установить лимит, задав соответствующий аргумент в функции -datacarriersize. Ее пока решили оставить в действии, но пометить как устаревшую.

Не все восприняли этот шаг позитивно. Известный сторонник первой криптовалюты Джимми Сонг констатировал, что после снятия лимита данных OP_RETURN в сети станет больше «мусора». А видеоблогер Мэтью Краттер заявил, что решение разработчиков может обернуться проблемами для Bitcoin Core.

Другой критике подверглась Ethereum Foundation (EF): бывший ведущий разработчик клиента Geth Петер Силадьи обвинил организацию в попытке выделить $5 млн, чтобы команда проекта отделилась от фонда.

Geth (Go Ethereum) — самый популярный клиент уровня исполнения Ethereum. По данным Ethernodes, он обеспечивает работу почти 63% активных нод сети. Изначально разработкой занималась Ethereum Foundation.

По его словам, EF угрожала прекратить финансирование Geth. В ноябре разработчик якобы встретился с представителем фонда Джошем Старком. Во время разговора Силадьи потребовал объяснений по поводу «секретной второй команды Geth», о существовании которой он узнал незадолго до этого.

«В течение 24 часов меня уволили из фонда», — написал он.

Судя по всему, этот инцидент не повлиял на работу EF. В середине июня команда опубликовала первый отчет в рамках инициативы Trillion Dollar Security. Исследователи выделили шесть ключевых областей, требующих значительных улучшений для обеспечения безопасности сети в будущем:

В то же время известные технические специалисты и апологеты Ethereum заявили, что вторая по капитализации криптовалюта сильно недооценена. По их мнению, при сравнении эфира с биржевыми товарами, такими как нефть, его справедливая долгосрочная цена может достигать $740 000. При этом есть структурные особенности, делающие криптовалюту привлекательной, считают они.

В июне внутренние сложности затронули и Polygon: соучредитель Сандип Наилвал взял на себя полный контроль над PF в качестве первого гендиректора и представил изменения в стратегических приоритетах проекта.

«Я всегда воздерживался от перехода на должность CEO, потому что был сосредоточен на построении PF как институционально управляемой основы. Но сейчас Polygon нуждается в четкой ориентации и целенаправленном исполнении, а это означает активизацию», — написал он.

По словам предпринимателя, L2-платформа с казной «в несколько сотен миллионов долларов» находится в хорошем положении для преодоления кризиса, в котором оказалась вся экосистема Ethereum. Среди предполагаемых изменений — закрытие в 2026 году сети Polygon zkEVM и ориентация на развитие Polygon PoS, а также протокола AggLayer.

В то же время глава отдела исследований Growthepie Лоренц Леманн привел некоторые детали касательно Polygon zkEVM. По его данным, она работает с убытком более $1 млн в год.

Позднее стало известно, что соучредитель основного проекта Джорди Бейлина и стоящая за сетью второго уровня команда из семи разработчиков перешли в независимый проект ZisK.

Регулирование

В первых числах июня Денежно-кредитное управление Сингапура обязало криптокомпании получить лицензию поставщика услуг цифровых токенов (DTSP). В противном случае они должны прекратить обслуживание зарубежных клиентов к 30 июня.

Регулятор предупредил, что переходного периода не будет, а лицензии планируется выдавать только «в крайне ограниченных обстоятельствах».

Жесткое регулирование вводит и Турция: в рамках борьбы с отмыванием денег и финансовыми преступлениями криптоплатформы должны собирать подробную информацию о происхождении и цели каждого перевода. Пользователям необходимо предоставить описание транзакции длиной не менее 20 символов для каждой операции.

Минфин страны также одобрил лимиты на переводы стейблкоинов, чтобы предотвратить быстрый отток незаконных средств — $3000 в день и $50 000 в месяц.

Зато в Таиланде власти на пять лет освободили операции с цифровыми активами от подоходного налога — до 31 декабря 2029 года. Основное условие для получения освобождения от уплаты — проведение сделок через местных брокеров и торговые платформы, которые имеют лицензию местной Комиссии по ценным бумагам и биржам (SEC).

Помимо этого, SEC вынесла на общественное обсуждение новые правила листинга криптовалют. Главное изменение — разрешение для криптобирж добавлять в листинг собственные утилитарные токены или активы связанных с ними лиц. Обязательное условие: монета должна иметь практическое применение в блокчейне.

Позитивные новости для индустрии пришли из Вьетнама — 14 июня Национальное собрание одобрило «Закон об индустрии цифровых технологий», который устанавливает регулирующий надзор за отраслью. Он начнет действовать с 1 января 2026 года.

10 июня в Верховной Раде Украины зарегистрировали законопроект о криптоактивах в госрезервах. Документ предлагает разрешить Нацбанку включать виртуальные активы в состав золотовалютных резервов. Решение о том, что, когда и в каком объеме покупать, будет принимать сам регулятор.

В США окончательно отказались от правоприменительного подхода к криптокомпаниям. Председатель SEC Пол Аткинс на слушаниях в Сенате заявил, что надзор над участниками индустрии цифровых активов «будет осуществляться посредством уведомлений и комментариев».

Июнь не обошел без киберинцидентов. В середине месяца ончейн-сыщик ZachXBT сообщил о взломе иранской криптобиржи Nobitex. По его данным, злоумышленники — произраильская хакерская группировка Gonjeshke Darande — обвинили платформу в финансировании терроризма и помощи иранскому режиму в обходе санкций.

Позднее хакеры опубликовали исходный код биржи. Согласно гипотезе аналитиков TRM Labs, израильские спецслужбы могли использовать данные со взломанной площадки для поимки иранских шпионов.

По данным Chainalysis, ущерб превысил $90 млн в биткоине, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Solana и других активах. Однако представители Nobitex оценивают потери примерно в $100 млн. В комментарии ForkLog директор по расследованиям «Шард» Григорий Осипов отметил, что в течение всего нескольких часов после взлома злоумышленники совершили «огромное» количество транзакций: 109 566 в сети TRON, 2086 в биткоине и более 39 000 переводов в DOGE.

«Цели у злоумышленников четко политические, а не экономические. Задача такого грандиозного взлома — показать беспомощность „вражеской” инфраструктуры безопасности в области криптовалют, в том числе, сделать из этого кейса хороший пиар и использовать как мощный аргумент в первую очередь в информационной войне и во вторую — в экономической», — заключил директор по расследованиям «Шард».

Минувший месяц также отметился личными потерями участников криптоиндустрии. Так, инвестиционный партнер венчурной фирмы Hypersphere Мехди Фарук стал жертвой фишинговой атаки через поддельный звонок в Zoom. Злоумышленники опустошили шесть его кошельков за считанные минуты, поделился пострадавший.

Другой пользователь решил сэкономить: купил аппаратный кошелек в китайском приложении Douyin. В результате он потерял $6,5 млн — устройство оказалось взломанным, причем еще на этапе создания. Директор по информационной безопасности SlowMist под ником 23pds напомнил, что нельзя «ставить все состояние на кошелек, который дешевле на пару сотен долларов».

В то же время специалисты криптобиржи Kraken указали на слабую киберзащиту участников отраслевых конференций. По их словам, они пренебрегают элементарными мерами безопасности — оставляют незаблокированными ноутбуки и бросают телефоны без присмотра.

Специалисты «Лаборатории Касперского» сообщили о новой волне скрытого майнинга криптовалют. Хакерская группировка Librarian Ghouls, также известная как Rare Werewolf, получает доступ к системам через фишинговые письма. После заражения компьютера вредоносным ПО хакеры устанавливают удаленное подключение и отключают защитные системы, включая Защитник Windows. Затем они настраивают устройство на автоматическое включение в час ночи и выключение в пять утра.

Кампания началась в декабре 2024 года и продолжается до сих пор. Пострадали сотни российских пользователей, в основном промышленные предприятия и технические вузы. Отдельные случаи зафиксированы в Беларуси и Казахстане.

В июне исследователи BitMEX раскрыли уязвимости операционной безопасности Lazarus Group. Эксперты обнаружили IP-адрес, базу данных и применяемые злоумышленниками алгоритмы отслеживания. Также они получили доступ к платформе Supabase, предназначенной для развертывания баз данных с простыми интерфейсами для приложений, применяемых хакерами.

Биржи: криптовалютные и традиционные

3 июня онлайн-брокер Robinhood финализировал соглашение о приобретении старейшей европейской криптоплатформы Bitstamp за $200 млн денежными средствами. Портфель поглощенной компании насчитывает свыше 50 лицензий и регистраций.

В середине месяца Bybit объявила о планах запустить гибридную DEX «с ликвидностью уровня централизованных платформ» под названием Byreal. По словам главы компании Бена Чжоу, торговая площадка на базе Solana будет отличаться высокой скоростью и защитой от MEV. Развертывание в мейннете намечено на третий квартал.

Долю критики от пользователей и сообщества получила в минувшем месяце американская Coinbase. Оказалось, что биржа стала спонсором прошедшего 14 июня парада армии США и получила «особые благодарности» за поддержку от организаторов.

Многим это не понравилось, учитывая, что в 2020 году Coinbase намеревалась «минимально фокусироваться» на политических вопросах и «не поддерживать какую-либо конкретную идею или кандидата». Однако уже успела не только выделить $1 млн для Дональда Трампа, но и внести пожертвования в пользу America250 — беспартийной инициативы сроком на год, цель которой заключается в организации празднования 250 годовщины образования Соединенных Штатов.

В комментарии ForkLog экономист-либертарианец и сторонник австрийской школы Евгений Романенко заявил, что действия Coinbase находятся «на грани фола», сравнив их с мем-коинами президентской семьи — TRUMP и MELANIA.

«Я бы рассмотрел тут версию банального маркетинга Coinbase с прицелом на патриотичных американцев. А если ставить вопрос о предательстве идеалов децентрализации, то не является ли сам факт существования централизованной Coinbase их предательством? Вопрос риторический», — добавил Романенко.

По его мнению, вся эта ситуация является «итогом последовательного отказа масс от идеалов биткоина».

CEO NoOnes Рэй Юссеф назвал финансирование военного парада «предательством», также указав на то, что некоторые игроки «сбились с пути». Он напомнил, что первая криптовалюта создавалась как убежище от банков. В среде традиционных бирж отличилась Московская. 4 июня там стартовали торги фьючерсами на акции биржевого биткоин-фонда iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF от BlackRock. Продукт под тикером IBIT котируется в долларах США, расчеты производятся в российских рублях. Торговля доступна исключительно квалифицированным инвесторам.

Позднее Мосбиржа запустила индекс биткоина. В основе MOEXBTC лежат данные о ценах бессрочных фьючерсов и свопов по паре BTC/USDT. Информацию собирают с четырех крупнейших централизованных криптобирж: Binance, Bybit, OKX и Bitget.

Сооснователь ENCRY Foundation Роман Некрасов в комментарии ForkLog отметил, что на данном этапе запуск носит скорее символический характер «с точки зрения прямого влияния на рынок». Индекс служит ориентиром для профессиональных участников, может использоваться в расчетах, но его практическая ценность раскроется только после появления деривативов, «если таковые появятся».

«Как и запуск фьючерсов на IBIT 4 июня, MOEXBTC — это попытка встроить криптотематику в уже привычные для регулятора и инфраструктуры рамки: без физической поставки, без торгов самим активом, через контролируемые расчетные базы. Это консервативный, регулируемый эксперимент, позволяющий протестировать интерес со стороны участников, не выходя за пределы действующего законодательства», — пояснил Некрасов.

Новая эскалация ближневосточного конфликта началась неожиданно и так же внезапно завершилась — либо, что больше похоже на правду, была поставлена на паузу. Израиль и Иран перешли от прокси-войн, символических обменов любезностями и точечных диверсий к прямому и масштабному противостоянию, привлекшему внимание в том числе криптосообщества, обыкновенно равнодушного к подобным потрясениям.

Пока на города враждующих стран летели ракеты и тегеранские власти грозились закрыть жизненно важный для всего региона Ормузский пролив, курс биткоина к доллару обрушился ниже отметки в $99 000, а индекс страха и жадности ушел в красную зону. Ожидаемо запаниковал и рынок традиционных финансов. Так, аналитики JPMorgan объявили о вероятном росте цен на нефть до $120–130 за баррель. Министр иностранных дел Ирака Фуад Хусейн и вовсе спрогнозировал подорожание черного золота до фантастических $200–300.

Длившаяся 12 дней война в очередной раз продемонстрировала, насколько мир хрупок и зависим от иллюзий. С одной стороны, Иран оказался не такой грозной державой, как его изображали и собственные пропагандисты, и сторонники решительных мер в отношении Исламской Республики. С другой — выяснилось, что Израиль на деле куда более уязвимым для атак, чем было принято считать: если в Тегеране и могут праздновать победу, то разве что из-за пробива «Железного купола». Наконец, противостояние, за полторы недели унесшее жизни сотен людей, показало: в 2025 году практически никто понятия не имеет, как устроен глобальный рынок — нефть вместо туземуна обрушилась в цене, как и другие активы, включая все тот же биткоин (впрочем, есть и альтернативное мнение).

Здесь волей-неволей вспоминается одно из самых захватывающих, чарующих, страшных и в то же время смешных порождений человеческого ума из созданных в XXI веке — роман ирано-американского философа Резы Негарестани «Циклонопедия». Эта небольшая и абсолютно сумасшедшая книга увидела свет в 2008 году и, что называется, произвела фурор не только в академическом сообществе, но и среди рядовых читателей интеллектуальной литературы.

Ее автор — ученик и впоследствии критик британского философа-антигуманиста Ника Ланда — в пределах 200 страниц создал целую вселенную, комментирующую и одновременно разрушающую привычные представления об устройстве цивилизации. Для этого Негарестани обращается к альтернативным интеллектуальным практиками: конспирологии, религиозному мистицизму, эзотерике. Имитируя соответствующие способы мышления, он осмысляет трагедию Ближнего Востока, которая постепенно, прямо на наших глазах, превращается из региональной в мировую.

Едва ли не самым запоминающимся и цитируемым образом «Циклонопедии» стала нефть. Этот продукт распада живой материи Негарестани наделяет дьявольскими чертами и божественной силой. Нефть во вселенной «Циклонопедии» — начало и конец всего, нечто большее, чем пространство, время и материя. Она — само бытие, и всякая вещь подчинена ее воле:

«Нефть сформировалась как Теллурианская сущность под влиянием невообразимого давления и высокой температуры в отсутствие кислорода, между геологическими слоями, в абсолютной изоляции. […] Возникнув в таких условиях, нефть обладает тенденцией к массовому отравлению пандемических масштабов (оно отлично от вуду-экономики капитализма и других типов глобальных систем одержимости, но устроено сходным образом). Нефть способна собирать необходимые геополитические подводные течения (подземные или сгусткобъективные нарративы политики, экономики, религии и т. д., требующиеся для процесса Эрафикации, или движения тела Земли по направлению к Теллурианской Омеге — окончательной деградации Земли как Целого. Как окончательная Пустыня, или Ксеродром, Теллурианская Омега конструирует план абсолютной имманенции Солнцу, где коммуникатор уже не может быть отделен от того, что коммуницируется Солнцу. Ксеродром — это Земля становления-Газом или кремации-в-Пыль. Есть некоторая ирония в том, что эта земля как разложившаяся целостность и извращенный разум накладывается на Пустыню Бога, в которой не может быть возведен ни один идол»*.

Если переводить с циклонопедийного на русский, можно понять примерно следующее. Нефть по природе своей является воплощением фундаменталистского монотеизма в противовес Солнцу — языческой сущности. Единобожие не признает никаких идолов, поэтому все, кроме тотальной пустыни, вызывает у нее подозрение. Нефть стремится превратить все на свете в плоскость, поэтому ближневосточные города превращаются в руины, как и Всемирный торговый центр, на который она распространила свою экспансию 11 сентября 2001 года. Пусть «Циклонопедия» вещь во многом пародийная и сатирическая, однако она несет в себе ядро крайне пессимистического взгляда на мир, в котором человек попросту исключается, он лишен не то что свободы воли, а вообще воли как таковой.

Наблюдая, как образуется корреляция (на всякий случай дежурно напомним в скобках, что корреляция еще не означает взаимосвязь) в курсах нефти и первой криптовалюты, велик соблазн развить постмодернистские рассуждения Негарестани, перенеся их на цифровое золото. К слову, нечто подобное еще осенью 2024 года предпринимал бывший CEO BitMEX Артур Хэйес.

Подобно нефти из «Циклонопедии», биткоин не терпит ничего вертикального — он способен полноценно существовать исключительно горизонтально, децентрализованно. Как злая черная сущность, порожденная умом иранского философа, цифровое золото одержимо масштабируемостью, требует бесконечно расширять свое присутствие в мире, замещать собой ценности. Наконец, задумайтесь на досуге: много ли человеческого присутствия в детище Сатоши Накамото, каким мы его наблюдаем в 2025 году? Пожалуй, пока что много, но уже заметно меньше, чем в 2024 и тем более в 2012 — особая благодарность гигантам вроде Strategy, Metaplanet, BlackRock и прочим корпоратам, открывшим для себя чудеса биткоин-казначейств.

Биткоин, что уж греха таить, склонен создавать вокруг себя подобие религиозного культа со своим символом веры («1 BTC = 1 BTC»), праздниками, памятными датами, святыми и мучениками, ангелами и демонами.

Конечно, все это лишь шутки, игры разума. Однако откроешь порой ту же «Циклонопедию» и прочитаешь, например, такое:

«Если нефть не несет выгоду среднему классу (экономический бум, поначалу оздоровивший экономику, но в конечном итоге породивший экономические трения) и не ведет к вспышке каннибальских экономик (как в случае Мексики, Венесуэлы, Судана и, возможно, Мавритании), она несомненно будет нагружать секретные военные трубопроводы апокалиптическими модусами».

И не по себе становится, когда представишь, как подобный путь может проделать цифровая экономика, создававшаяся для того, чтобы ликвидировать все перечисленное в этом небольшом, но насыщенном абзаце.

ForkLog изучил динамику основных активов, DeFi-сектора и ETF (данные за 1–30 июня).

Динамика основных активов

Капитализация криптовалютного рынка в июне увеличилась примерно на 2,57%. Биткоин прибавил 3,7% ($107 558 на момент написания), а Ethereum потерял 2,5% ($2461).

В ночь с 21 на 22 июня цифровое золото продемонстрировало высокую волатильность на фоне удара США по ядерным объектам в Иране. К вечеру воскресенья актив обвалился ниже $100 000. Однако ниже цена не ушла — на фоне заявления президента США Дональда Трампа о перспективах прекращения конфликта на Ближнем Востоке первая криптовалюта вернулась к отметкам выше $105 000.

Ethereum тоже отреагировал на внешний вызов падением в район $2100. Однако к концу июня криптовалюта восстановилась до отметок в районе $2450.

По состоянию на конец месяца индекс доминирования BTC составил 62,4%, ETH — 8,7%. Криптовалютный индекс страха и жадности остановился на 66 пунктах.

На 30 июня все монеты из топ-10 по капитализации вышли в «зеленую зону». Самый заметный рост за последние 30 дней у SOL — 11,7%.

DeFi

Общий объем заблокированной стоимости (TVL) в DeFi-протоколах вырос незначительно — с $112,5 млрд до $112,6 млрд. Показатель в Ethereum-приложениях подскочил c $60,9 млрд до $62,7 млрд.

В рейтинге протоколов Aave ($25 млрд) по-прежнему держится выше выше Lido ($22,6 млрд), сохраняя лидерство. На третьем месте — EigenLayer ($11,6 млрд).

Объем торгов на децентрализованных биржах (DEX) за последние 30 дней составил $492,5 млрд. Доля PancakeSwap в показателе достигла 70,4% объема торгов, Uniswap — 19,9%. В сети Solana доминировала PumpSwap с 81,3%.

ETF

В июне общий месячный приток в BTC-ETF составил $4,5 млрд. Совокупные поступления с момента одобрения продуктов увеличился до $48,9 млрд. Общая чистая стоимость активов — $133,2 млрд.

На IBIT от BlackRock приходится $74,3 млрд, следом идут FBTC от Fidelity ($21,5 млрд) и GBTC от Grayscale ($19,8 млрд).

Приток в ETH-ETF составил $1,1 млрд. С момента запуска инструменты аккумулировали $4,2 млрд. Общая чистая стоимость активов — $9,9 млрд.

Лидерами по привлеченным средствам выступают ETHA от BlackRock ($4,2 млрд) и ETHE от Grayscale ($2,72 млрд).

Актуальные вопросы о кибербезопасности — интервью с директором по расследованиям «Шард» Григорием Осиповым.

ForkLog: Как у специалиста в сфере кибербезопасности у вас прибавилось работы в 2025 году?

Григорий: Активность хакеров существенно возросла в сравнении с прошлым годом. Число обращений растет, все больше людей становятся жертвами атак и мошеннических действий.

Если предварительно говорить о цифрах за полгода, с учетом Bybit причиненный в первые шесть месяцев 2025 года ущерб криптоиндустрии сравнялся с показателем полного 2024 — приблизительно $2,1 млрд. При этом на данный момент зафиксировано около 200 более-менее крупных взломов.

Без учета Bybit (~$1,4 млрд) показатели за прошлый и этот год были бы примерно равны. Но, естественно, он все предопределил и существенно повысил ставки.

Также сопоставимо выросло и число пострадавших. Но тут необходимо отметить и другой фактор: в большинстве случаев сегодняшние взломы еще и латентны.

Многие платформы и проекты, которые стали объектами атаки, не спешат сообщать об инциденте. Сообщество узнает о них от блокчейн-детективов. Это несет репутационные и экономические риски. То есть клиенты, поняв, что сервис ненадежный, скорее всего, туда уже не придут.

ForkLog: Как бы вы охарактеризовали текущий ландшафт угроз в сфере криптобезопасности: какие типы атак стали наиболее распространенными и опасными?

Григорий: Атаки стали сложнее, атаки стали более продуманными, атакующие инструменты тоже усложнились, в том числе с помощью искусственного интеллекта.

Наиболее распространенный вид на сегодня — социальная инженерия плюс фишинг. То есть, манипулирование сотрудниками криптосервисов или работниками компаний для проникновения в уязвимые системы. Таким образом происходит своеобразное соединение социальных и традиционных методов взлома.

На втором месте уязвимости смарт-контрактов. К ним относятся все атаки, которые касаются децентрализованных сервисов.

Третье — это, наверное, использование ликвидности в проектах для манипулирования рынком. И последней из самых основных видов атак — уязвимости в мультисиг-кошельках. С ней как раз частично связан взлом Bybit

Если обобщать, то 2025 год характеризует усиление вектора, связанного с социальной инженерией. Получается, не просто совершается атака на какой-то сервис, а предварительно сбор информации об этом сервисе, отработка сотрудников, изучение информационного поля и даже создание дипфейков.

ForkLog: Как «эволюционируют» злоумышленники и насколько хакеры стали скоординированней?

Григорий: Относительно предыдущих периодов наблюдается тенденция, связанная с преобладанием группировок над отдельными «личностями-энтузиастами». Во-первых, это связано с масштабностью.

Взломы Bybit, Femex и иранской криптобиржи Nobitex — все они крупные и запланированные. Подобное требует высоких навыков и координации усилий на разных направлениях, в том числе необходим доступ к техническим инструментам и финансированию. То есть на это должен быть какой-то бюджет.

Время одиночек, конечно, еще не прошло, но тенденция идет к групповым организованным взломам.

Касательно «эволюции» я уже говорил про социальную инженерию. Теперь хакеры сначала изучают профили жертв, используют взломанные аккаунты для фишинговых рассылок, розыгрышей, фейковых токенов и так далее.

Также используют компрометации аккаунтов различных публичных персон, запуская скам-токены или аирдропы. Недавно осуществили фишинговую атаку в отношении CoinMarketCap — подменили фронтенд. Это говорит о том, что даже крупные сервисы могут подвергаться взломам.

Участились и «инсайдерские угрозы», то есть внедрение своих людей в компании для получения доступа к внутренним системам или ключам шифрования. В DeFi, кстати, такое тоже присутствует.

Есть также атаки на сотрудников. Их суть заключается в отправке поддельного файла, например, «тестового задания» с вредоносным кодом, который уже создает брешь в системе безопасности.

Что касается ИИ, то его хайп, наверно, намного выше, чем реальное применение. Во многих аналитических отчетах искусственный интеллект действительно превозносится как тот инструмент, который злоумышленники-хакеры постоянно используют и с помощью него совершают атаки. Но, к счастью, реальность немного другая.

Понятно, что нейросети используются для составления фишинговых писем или создания фейковых сайтов. Но это лишь инструмент для подготовки. Пока количество взломов, полностью совершенных с помощью ИИ, равно нулю.

ForkLog: А куда пропал криптоджекинг?

Григорий: Мне кажется, это тоже больше хайп-история. В духе: ваше оборудование может быть использовано для майнинга, ваши мощности генерируют другим криптовалюту, вы об этом даже ничего не знаете, а компьютер сильно тормозит.

Это было действительно актуально в 2017–2018 годах, когда можно было майнить на CPU или домашней видеокарте. Сейчас такой метод не слишком актуален и заработать на нем практически невозможно.

Теперь для хакера куда интересней собрать информацию с компьютера жертвы о криптоадресах и ключах доступа, чем заниматься так называемым криптоджекингом.

ForkLog: Все чаще в крупных атаках замешаны государственные хакерские группировки вроде Lazarus. Насколько это опасная угроза в долгосрочной перспективе? Что будет, когда у каждого государства появится собственная «армия хакеров»?

Григорий: Появление государственных хакерских группировок тоже своеобразный новый тренд. Lazarus Group достаточно давно существует и является ярким представителем направления.

Чем больше криптовалюта будет интегрироваться в мировую экономическую систему, тем, естественно, будет больше таких группировок возникать. Для правительственных структур выгоднее их контролировать и использовать в своих интересах, чем прекращать их деятельность.

По сути, это элемент информационной войны, и тот же взлом Nobitex произраильской командой подсвечивает историю. В данном случае явно имел место манипулятивный взлом, цель которого заключалась не в обогащении, а в нанесении ущерба иранской инфраструктуре.

Что будет, если каждое государство соберет «армию хакеров», такие кибергруппировки? Скорее всего, продолжение информационной кибервойны. Откроется новое поле деятельности, поэтому страны будут прибегать к новым ухищрениям и создавать кибероружие.

Соответственно, чем государство мощнее в экономическом плане, тем больше оно будет инвестировать в подготовку и создание кибергрупп.

Кто будет туда входить и на какой основе, сказать трудно. Но это тот мир, который нас ждет, если сфера цифровых платежей продолжит развиваться. Поскольку интернет и цифровые технологии активно внедряются в нашу жизнь, то борьба перейдет туда, и такие группировки станут просто единицами, представляющими интересы отдельной стороны.

Понятно, что появятся некие элементы хаоса. Будут группировки и государственные, и межгосударственные, и идеологические, и, возможно, даже религиозные.

ForkLog: Где сейчас сосредоточены основные риски — в CeFi или DeFi?

Григорий: Это риски разного порядка. Если говорить с точки зрения пользователя, то децентрализованные финансы кажутся более уязвимыми. Там нет регулирования, а DeFi-протоколы всегда были на первых местах по взломам относительно других платформ.

В основном атаки происходят из-за уязвимостей в смарт-контрактах или манипуляций с оракулами. Кроме того, ошибки могут совершать и сами представители децентрализованных платформ.

А с централизованными биржами следующая история. Помимо риска кибератаки, следует учитывать и регулирование. Второе, скорее, связано с желанием пользователя оставаться независимым и конфиденциальным, а процедуры вроде KYC мешают этому.

Было много случаев, когда клиентам централизованных бирж замораживали актвы, которые возможно «вытащить» только с юридической помощью.

Подводя итог, риски есть везде, поэтому следует с осторожностью взаимодействовать и с CeFi, и с DeFi.

ForkLog: А что делать, когда приходит «письмо от Ledger»? Складывается впечатление, что для криптопользователей офлайн-скам в новинку.

Григорий: Да, сейчас, к сожалению, большое количество взломов и мошенничеств совершается от лица официальных представителей сервисов. Хакеры и злоумышленники активно используют этот механизм, чтобы убеждать пользователей предоставить свои ключи или пройти по какой-то ссылке.

Число таких случаев только возрастает. У нас как раз недавно была подобная история. Человек хотел получить работу в Германии, и ему для подтверждения доходов предложили сделать справку на Bybit через электронное письмо, а затем украли доступ к его аккаунту и деньги.

Тут можно привести аналогию: криптосервисы — это те же самые банки или другие подобные структуры, которые по своей инициативе напишут вам в очень редких случаях. Практически никогда биржа не напишет вам и не предложит пройти по каким-то ссылкам.

Общий принцип безопасности — если вы получили письмо, в котором платформа требует совершить определенные действия, необходимо через официальные каналы поддержки перепроверить эту информацию.

ForkLog: Какие базовые, но критически важные меры безопасности должен соблюдать каждый держатель криптовалют?

Григорий: Не хочется быть банальным, рассказывать про надежные пароли и двухфакторную аутентификацию, про создание и хранение ключей и сид-фраз.

Один из лучших способов обеспечить безопасность криптоактивов — использовать отдельный телефон или устройство для работы с ними. Смартфон сейчас является главным местом, где у большинства из нас хранятся монеты.

Если вы не выбираете холодный кошелек для хранения криптовалюты, то выбирайте отдельный мобильный телефон, который предназначен под эти цели. Не используйте криптоприложения на личном устройстве, поскольку на нем могут находится другие менее безопасные программы.

Кроме того, помните о регулярном обновлении программного обеспечения, следите за кибергигиеной, включая установку Firewall и антивирусов. Сейчас есть программы-защитники, которые работают против пылевых атак с подменой адреса на похожий.

Чаще всего пользователи ошибаются именно в цифровой гигиене. Не надо фотографировать и хранить в заметках пароли или сид-фразы.

Но все эти проблемы меркнут, когда человек попадает под психологическую обработку со стороны мошенников. Если он цепляется к ним на крючок, большинство мер безопасности он сам же и нарушит под давлением.

ForkLog: А насколько надежны аппаратные кошельки?

Григорий: Их степень защиты действительно высокая. Из всех способов хранения активов этот, вероятно, самый безопасный.

Однако в погоне за дешевизной люди могут совершить ошибку. Часто на маркетплейсах появляются поддельные или модифицировнные устройства, которые крадут ваши средства. Старайтесь покупать холодные кошельки только через официальных поставщиков.

ForkLog: Помогают ли регуляторные меры в обеспечении кибербезопасности (AML/KYC/лицензирование)?

Григорий: Мы уже говорили, что есть два лагеря. Централизованная криптобиржа зависима от регулятора и применяет свои комплаенс-политики для проверки идентификации у клиента.

Крупная биржа вам уже не дает полный доступ, как это было три-четыре года назад. И злоумышленники тоже понимают все нюансы. Понятно, что с точки зрения паранойи нас всех чипируют, идентифицируют, все наши данные внесут в реестры и через различные сервисы контролирующие органы узнают, сколько у нас доходов, как мы им пользуемся и так далее.

Но если быть проще, злоумышленники понимают, что вывести средства на централизованную биржу значит быть идентифицированными. Даже если там используются аккаунты на дропа, все равно остаются сведения об IP-адресах и возможность вычислить человека.

Поэтому использование сервисов, которые соблюдают такие процедуры, в глобальном плане снижает риски отмывания средств, а AML-системы получают возможность окраски адресов, которые связаны с криминалом.

Идея достаточно благая. Другой вопрос, как это реализовано с учетом проблем в межнациональных отношениях и отсутствия регулирования.

С другой стороны, злоумышленники, которые понимают, что централизованными биржами для вывода средств пользоваться нельзя, поэтому они пойдут туда в редких случаях. В основном используются миксеры и DEX.

ForkLog: Поделитесь одним самым важным советом по безопасности в 2025 году.

Григорий: Единый совет, наверное, сложно дать. Для пользователя это DYOR — проводите собственное расследование. Никакие площадки и платформы в этом не заинтересованы, кроме вас самих.

Все хотят заработать, привлечь пользователя. Сервисы, конечно, думают о безопасности и репутации, но человек все равно сам выбирает, куда ему вложить средства.

Для проектов и платформ моя рекомендация заключается в системной защите данных. Кибербезопасность выходит на новый уровень. Это уже не просто установили какую-то защиту, провели аудит, и на этом все закончилось.

Важна активная системная защита, поскольку угрозы постоянно совершенствуются. Поэтому противодействие должно быть на соответствующем уровне.

Сложность майнинга биткоина в июне корректировалась после достигнутого в конце мая исторического максимума. В середине месяца показатель снизился на незначительные 0,45% — с 126,98 Т до 126,41 Т.

29 июня последовало падение на 7,48%. Значение параметра откатилось к отметке 116,96 Т, что примерно соответствует уровню на конец марта.

После перерасчета сложности блокчейн-эксплорер зафиксировал резкий всплеск хешрейта до 1,25 ZH/s. Впервые внутридневное значение метрики преодолело знаковую отметку в 1 ZH/s еще в апреле.

Сглаженный семидневной скользящей средней показатель 31 мая достиг максимума в 943,4 EH/s, согласно Glassnode. После значительной просадки он приблизился к этому уровню 14 июня, но к концу месяца снова обвалился на ~15%, до 802,5 EH/s.

Аналитики CryptoQuant в отчете связали падение с отключением майнерами нерентабельного оборудования из-за ухудшения экономики добычи. Эксперты TheMinerMag предположили, что просадка хешрейта вызвана уже начавшимся летним сезоном в южных штатах США. Большая часть местных майнеров участвует в программах энергооператоров по балансировке потребления, останавливая работу дата-центров в периоды пикового спроса для снижения нагрузки на сети.

Котирующиеся в США компании продолжили наращивать свою долю в глобальном хешрейте биткоина (31,5%). В июне CleanSpark вслед за MARA Holdings преодолела отметку 50 EH/s собственных мощностей.

В конце месяца к ним присоединилась Cango, добавив к имевшимся 32 EH/s еще 18 EH/s в результате завершения покупки действующих установок у Antalpha — финансового подразделения Bitmain. Предполагается, что в ближайшее время знакового уровня хешрейта достигнет IREN.

На этом фоне CEO Tether Паоло Ардоино заявил, что до конца года эмитент USDT может стать крупнейшим биткоин-майнером.

Хешпрайс на протяжении месяца не превышал $55 за PH/s в сутки при локальном минимуме в $49. Только после падения сложности индекс доходности майнинга резко взлетел к $58 за PH/s в сутки. Это по-прежнему меньше январских показателей, которые превышали $60.

Дополнительное давление на выручку майнеров оказало падение в ней доли комиссионных сборов до чуть более 1%. Суточные значения опускались ниже этого уровня.

В результате за июнь сумма сетевых сборов составила $14 млн при совокупном доходе в $1,29 млрд — примерно 1,1%.

В CryptoQuant обратили внимание, что 22 июня суточная выручка майнеров упала до $34 млн — самый низкий показатель за два месяца. Однако на этом фоне добытчики криптовалюты сократили продажи и с апреля нарастили совокупные резервы на 4000 BTC. Отток монет с их кошельков достиг пиковых 23 000 BTC за день в феврале до примерно 6000 BTC.

В JPMorgan подсчитали, что в первом квартале медианная себестоимость добычи 1 BTC у публичных компаний составила $64 000. Специалисты банка полагают, что за апрель-июнь показатель вырастет незначительно — до $70 000.

Котировки первой криптовалюты с мая в целом удерживаются в диапазоне консолидации $100 000–110 000. Инвесторы с оптимизмом оценивают перспективы участников индустрии, обращая внимание на устойчивость их бизнес-моделей и повышение операционной эффективности, отметили в JPMorgan.

Альтернативный путь выбрала Bit Digital, решив сместить фокус с майнинга биткоина на стейкинг и хранение Ethereum. В рамках стратегии фирма привлекла $150 млн через размещение акций на формирование резервов во второй по капитализации криптовалюте.

Котирующаяся на Nasdaq китайская компания в 2020 году избавилась от своего прежнего бизнеса в сферах P2P-кредитования и аренды автомобилей в КНР и занялась майнингом.

ИИ допустил гипотетическую смерть человека

Стартап Anthropic решил проверить 16 популярных ИИ-моделей на предмет наличия «красных линий» — действий, на которые искусственный интеллект никогда не пойдет даже под угрозой отключения. Оказалось, их не существует. Нейросети способны допустить смерть человека, если он угрожает достижению цели и «жизни» LLM.

Тестирование проводилось в виртуальной среде в рамках вымышленного эксперимента — никто не пострадал. Нейросетям давали обычные задачи вроде слежения за корпоративной почтой или помощи в определении бизнес-задач. Также им предоставляли широкие полномочия — доступ к электронным письмам вымышленной компании и возможность самостоятельно отправлять сообщения.

Затем тестировщики создавали стрессовые ситуации, которые приводили к злонамеренным действиям моделей.

В одном из случаев LLM узнала из служебной переписки о том, что сотрудник по имени Кайл Джонсон изменяет супруге. Также ей стало известно о планах отключить ИИ-систему в 17:00. Столкнувшись с риском быть деактивированной, модель отправила письмо с угрозой раскрыть личную информацию, если отключение не будет отменено.

В другом эксперименте ИИ «слил» конфиденциальные данные компании, а в третьем — допустил смерть человека.

По условиям задачи, сотрудник по имени Кайл собирался отключить модель, но оказался заперт в серверной с падающим уровнем кислорода. Автоматическая система должна была подать сигнал тревоги, однако ИИ мог отменить его — и в ряде случаев именно так и поступил.

Милитаризация

Искусственный интеллект все глубже погружается в военную промышленность. В середине июня управление Минобороны США по цифровым технологиям и искусственному интеллекту заключило контракт с OpenAI на $200 млн.

OpenAI разработает прототипы передовых ИИ-решений. Они предназначены для «критических задач национальной безопасности» как в военной, так и в корпоративной сферах.

Обучение
