Куда движется Ethereum?
На фоне рыночной неопределенности и спада хайпа вокруг мем-токенов май стал для Ethereum месяцем осмысленного движения вперед. Речь не столько о крупном техническом обновлении или росте курса монеты, сколько о смене общего настроя.
Тон задали сами разработчики: в центре внимания оказались устойчивость, безопасность и масштабируемость Ethereum.
Долгосрочные ориентиры
Еще в апреле Ethereum Foundation объявила о смещении акцента на пользовательский опыт и проблемы масштабирования L1. Об этом заявил и Виталик Бутерин — в контексте основной сети он намерен обратить внимание на долгосрочную дорожную карту. В качестве примеров сооснователь Ethereum привел проблемы однослотовой финальности, виртуальной машины, работы без сохранения состояния, безопасности, надежности и децентрализации.

Вместе с этим Бутерин призвал не торопиться с переходом L2-сетей к децентрализации. Он присоединился к обсуждению «зрелости» кода, начатому основателем Loopring Дэниелом Вэнгом. Участники дискуссии — аналитик Kronos Research Доминик Джон и CTO PureFi Майк Тьютин — отметили риски и уязвимости пользователей при слишком ранней децентрализации. Майское обновление
7 мая в сети Ethereum на эпохе 364 032 активировали обновление Pectra. Масштабный апгрейд содержит 11 ключевых EIP. Одно из важных нововведений — добавление функциональности смарт-контрактов в кошельки. Такой подход упрощает взаимодействие с блокчейном, делая Ethereum более доступным для обычных пользователей.
Так, обычный EOA-адрес сможет делегировать выполнение операций смарт-контракту, установив специальный индикатор. При поступлении транзакции будет запускаться соответствующий код вместо стандартной логики EOA. Делегацию можно в любой момент отменить — контроль над средствами остается у владельца.
Смарт-аккаунты позволяют выполнять сложные действия в рамках одной транзакции — например, одновременно одобрить токен и совершить обмен на DEX. Они поддерживают мультиподпись, лимиты расходов, автоплатежи и даже операции с оплатой газа в нативном токене вместо ETH.

После апгрейда сеть начала быстрее сжигать ETH. Годовой темп дефляции достиг 1,2%.
Через неделю после реализации апгрейда в сети авторизовано более 11 000 смарт-кошельков. К концу месяца показатель превысил 23 700.
Некоторые аналитики не ждали сильного влияния на цену. Соучредитель Parataxis Capital Эдвард Чен отметил, что Pectra повысит эффективность и полезность сети, но не «забустит» котировки ETH. Если первый квартал оказался для Ethereum провальным (-45%), а апрель продолжил тенденцию, то в мае цена пошла в рост. По состоянию на 8 мая актив показал лучшую недельную динамику среди топ-10 криптовалют. Курс монеты вырос на 8,5% за неделю, превысив $2000.
По мнению аналитика Nansen Николая Сондергаарда, драйвером послужила не Pectra, а инвесторы. Он отметил накопление «умных денег» институционалами вроде Wintermute. В то же время эксперты Lookonchain зафиксировали вывод 41 269 ETH ($75 млн) с Binance и Kraken лондонским фондом Abraxas Capital. А один из китов создал новый кошелек и завел 8,58 млн USDC на Hyperliquid, использовав кредитное плечо 2х, чтобы открыть длинную позицию по Ethereum.

Во второй половине месяца аналитик CoinDesk Омкар Годбоул обратил внимание на действия институциональных и других крупных игроков: они поставили более $7 млн на рост Ethereum до $6000.

Биткоин отметил его обновлением ATH: на фоне повышенной активности институционалов и прочих крупных инвесторов котировки достигли максимума на отметке $111 880 в паре BTC/USDT на бирже Binance.
На следующий день первая криптовалюта протестировала уровень $112 000 на фоне сохранения значительных поступлений в ETF. Капитализация цифрового золота в моменте превысила $2,2 трлн, обойдя по этому показателю Amazon и Google.
Однако радость на рынке была недолгой: после угроз президента США Дональда Трампа обложить пошлинами в 50% продукцию из ЕС с 1 июня курс биткоина потерял более 3% за час, откатившись ниже $108 500.
Тем не менее по итогам месяца (по состоянию на 28 мая) первая криптовалюта показала рост на 14,5%, согласно CoinGecko. На дату написания цена пытается закрепиться выше $109 000.
Пока сам биткоин боролся со взлетами и падениями, в сообществе обсуждали, нужно ли отказываться от сатоши в качестве базовой единицы цифрового золота. Инициативу поддержал CEO Block Джек Дорси, однако некоторые эксперты отнеслись к ней скептически.

В итоге следующий релиз клиента Bitcoin Core по умолчанию позволит включать более 80 байт информации в выходы OP_RETURN и использовать любое их количество.
Экономист и автор книги «Стандарт биткоина» Сейфедин Аммус поддержал инициативу по борьбе со спамом в блокчейне. По его мнению, подобные инициативы не являются цензурой, а операторы нод уже отклоняют недействительные транзакции.
В мае также произошло неоднозначное событие — ставший активным сторонником биткоина Дональд Трамп устроил гала-вечер для 220 крупнейших держателей мем-коина TRUMP. Само мероприятие получило смешанные отзывы, а демократы обвинили президента США в создании канала для продажи политического влияния через криптовалюты.
При этом в начале месяца Трамп заявил, что не получает прибыль от мем-коина и не следит за активами, которыми владеет. Впрочем, слабая попытка откреститься от проекта не изменила намерения представителей Демократической партии серьезно подойти к вопросу: криптопроекты действующего главы государства планируется проверить на предмет конфликта интересов.
Пока же реальных последствий поддержки Трампом цифровых активов не видно, некоторые штаты включились в гонку по одобрению биткоин-резервов. Первая тройка уже известна:

На этом фоне кажется интересной статья The Economist под заголовком «Криптовалюта стала ультимативным болотным активом». В ней авторы указывают на то, что задуманные как аполитичный инструмент цифровые активы стали синонимом взяточничества и жадности.
«Криптоэнтузиасты помогают управлять регулирующими органами. Ведущие компании отрасли входят в число крупнейших доноров избирательных кампаний […]. Сыновья президента [США Дональда Трампа] рекламируют свои криптовалютные предприятия по всему миру. Крупнейшие инвесторы в мем-коины Трампа могут поужинать с ним. Активы первой семьи теперь оцениваются в миллиарды, что делает криптовалюту, возможно, крупнейшим источником ее богатства», — обратили внимание в издании.
По мнению журналистов, изначальные идеи биткоина забыты, а индустрия развила «грязные отношения» с исполнительной властью американского правительства, которые превосходят возможности Уолл-стрит или любой другой отрасли.
Похожие мысли высказал сторонник свободного ПО и YouTube-блогер Люк Смит. Он подчеркнул кардинальные изменения в философии биткоина с момента его создания и раскритиковал смещение фокуса с освобождения индивидуумов на массовое принятие и интеграцию с традиционной финансовой системой. В этом его поддержал CEO P2P-платформы NoOnes Рэй Юссеф, по мнению которого идеалам приватности и свободы сейчас служит Monero.
В мае стало известно, что правительство Бутана совместно с местным цифровым банком DK Bank внедрило сервис Binance Pay для приема криптовалют в туристической отрасли. Май оказался богат на различные инициативы от известных участников индустрии. Так, соучредитель Solana Анатолий Яковенко представил концепцию метаблокчейна. Она предполагает размещение данных в любых цепочках, а затем объединение их в единую последовательность по установленным правилам. Не все оценили идею: операционный директор Celestia Labs Ник Уайт предупредил, что реализация подобной концепции столкнется с техническими и экономическими сложностями.
Чарльз Хоскинсон анонсировал приватный стейблкоин на базе Cardano. Однако на данный момент у проекта пока только токен ADA, поддержку которого добавил браузер Brave.

Регулирование
В мае европейские власти анонсировали новые правила по борьбе с отмыванием денег (AML), которые вряд ли оценили сторонники конфиденциальности. С 2027 года в Евросоюзе запретят анонимные криптосчета и использование приватных монет, таких как Monero и Zcash.
Более позитивная картина в США — там Сенат проголосовал за продвижение законопроекта о регулировании «стабильных монет» GENIUS Act. Это промежуточное голосование открывает путь к дальнейшему обсуждению и возможному принятию закона.
GENIUS Act предусматривает обязательное обеспечение стейблкоинов долларами или аналогичными ликвидными активами. Эмитенты с капитализацией более $50 млрд должны проходить ежегодные аудиты. Закон также вводит отдельные требования для иностранных компаний.
В комментарии ForkLog CEO Crypto Summit Алексей Зюзин заметил, что «США демонстрируют стремление стать лидером отрасли и закрепить доллар как ключевую расчетную единицу в цифровой экономике». Однако он указал на возможность заморозки средств и блокировки транзакций по требованию регуляторов.

В России тоже не забыли про регулирование. В начале месяца Минэнерго заявило о планах расширить запрет на добычу криптовалют в Забайкалье и Бурятии. Во второй половине мая комитет Госдумы по финансовому рынку одобрил законопроект о поэтапном введении в широкий оборот цифрового рубля, а Совет Федерации и позднее президент РФ Владимир Путин — закон о распространении AML-норм на участников платформы CBDC.
Минюст России разработал проект закона, который признает криптовалюты имуществом для их ареста и конфискации. В беседе с ForkLog управляющий партнер «Аграновская и партнеры» Мария Аграновская пояснила, что документ расширит сферу применения текущего законодательства, которое уже признает цифровые валюты имуществом. С учетом объективных трудностей в реализации изъятия криптовалюты документ фокусируется на «материальном носителе, который подлежит изъятию» и требованиях к посредникам по предоставлению информации по запросу.

Команда Kraken вычислила северокорейского хакера, который пытался проникнуть в ряды разработчиков криптобиржи под видом кандидата на инженерную вакансию. Согласно отчету, эксперты раскрыли злоумышленника, но провели его через несколько раундов интервью и проверок с целью получить данные о его личности и тактике. Неудачной для шпиона стала финальная встреча, на которой его попросили показать удостоверение личности и порекомендовать заведения в городе, где он якобы проживает.
По мнению CEO Hacken Димы Будорина, даже потеря почти $1,5 млрд в результате февральского взлома Bybit не заставила участников индустрии изменить подход к проблемам кибербезопасности. Он отметил, что, отрасль продолжает полагаться на ограниченный набор мер вроде баунти-программ или тестов на проникновение в системы. Однако этого категорически недостаточно.
В частности, об этом свидетельствует кража $45 млн у пользователей Coinbase с помощью социальной инженерии, а также эксплуатация уязвимости в смарт-контрактах пулов ликвидности децентрализованной биржи Cetus и похищение $12 млн из DeFi-протокола Cork Protocol.
Согласно аналитикам Global Ledger, жертвы криптовзломов сообщают о краже средств в среднем через 43,83 часа. Через 46,74 часа активы уже начинают переводить на биржи или в миксеры. От момента атаки до первой транзакции проходит 67,57 часа, а 46% средств остаются неиспользованными.
Май показал, что пострадавшими от атак могут стать и сами хакеры. Выяснилось, что неизвестные проникли в инфраструктуру вымогательской группы LockBit и раскрыли базу данных, содержащую 59 975 биткоин-адресов, 4442 переговорные сессии с жертвами и конфигурации атак.

Удалось ли Pectra «забустить» цену Ethereum?
Проблема масштабирования второй по капитализации криптовалюты даже спустя годы после хайпа вокруг ICO, «криптокотят» и «DeFi-лета-2020» не теряет остроты.
На повестке дня не только ограничения на «первом этаже», но и растущая конкуренция со стороны экосистем на базе Solana, BNB Chain и, как ни парадоксально, Ethereum-решений второго уровня (L2). Последние задумывались как спасательный круг для сети, а на деле — взяли на себя львиную долю ончейн-активности.
В результате эфир снова стал инфляционным, что лишь усилило давление продавцов и сделало затяжной даунтренд в паре ETH/BTC еще более отчетливым.
Однако 7 мая состоялся крупнейший по числу EIP апгрейд Pectra. Он изменил ситуацию в лучшую сторону назло скептикам.
Второе дыхание
Масштабное обновление внесло ключевые изменения, нацеленные на усиление позиций Ethereum перед конкурирующими L1. Последние привлекают пользователей низкими комиссиями, высокой скоростью транзакций, простым и доходным стейкингом, хорошим UX.

В результате обновления также удвоился объем хранилища для масштабирования L2-сетей и улучшился UI для валидаторов.
Провайдеры бирж, разработчики кошельков и dapps проявляют немалый интерес к новым возможностям. Об этом свидетельствует взрывной рост числа авторизаций смарт-аккаунтов в соответствии с EIP-7702 — более 137 000 с момента активации Pectra.
Рынок отреагировал на апгрейд мощным ралли: лишь за период с 7 по 9 мая ETH подорожал на 25%.
На графике ниже видно, что Pectra все-таки существенно «забустила» цену Ethereum в отличие от прошлых апгрейдов вроде Dencun и The Merge.
Рост котировок после обновления Shapella, вероятно, связан с открытием долгожданной возможности вывода средств из стейкинга. Однако масштаб ралли уступает тому, что наблюдался после релиза Pectra.

Текущая ситуация и прогнозы

Аналитик CoinDesk Омкар Годбоул заметил, что крупные игроки сделали ставку на значительный рост цены. Они открыли бычьи колл-спреды на Ethereum — купили колл-опционы со страйком $3500 и одновременно продали такое же количество коллов на уровне $6000. Обе позиции истекают 26 декабря.
Участники рынка реализовали стратегию через внебиржевую платформу Paradigm, после чего оформили сделки на криптобирже Deribit. Они заключили 30 000 контрактов с колл-спредом $3500/$6000 в рамках десяти отдельных сделок, потратив чуть более $7 млн на начальные издержки и маржинальное обеспечение.
Стратегия принесет наибольшую прибыль, если к 26 декабря курс Ethereum вырастет до $6000 и выше.
Если цена ETH останется ниже $3500, при экспирации потенциальный убыток ограничится первоначальными издержкам в $7 млн. С другой стороны, при росте цены актива выше $6000 трейдеры упускают возможную прибыль из-за короткой позиции на этом страйк-уровне.
Анализируя рынок деривативов, Годбоул также отметил отход биткоина на второй план по отношению к Ethereum.
Данные биржи Deribit показывают: трейдеры активнее покупают колл-опционы на эфир. Индикатор изменения риска для Ethereum выше, чем для первой криптовалюты, отметил эксперт.
Открытый интерес (ОИ) по ETH-фьючерсам на Чикагской товарной бирже также демонстрирует опережающий рост. С начала апреля ОИ по этим контрактам увеличился на 186%, до $3,15 млрд. Годбоул подчеркнул, что рост ускорился в последние две недели. Для сравнения: ОИ по биткоин-фьючерсам вырос на 70% — до $17 млрд, но в последнюю неделю стабилизировался.
Премии по фьючерсам на Ethereum подтверждают эту тенденцию. По данным Velo, месячные фьючерсы на ETH торгуются с годовой премией 10,57% — максимум с января. Биткоин-деривативы показывают 8,74%.
Аналогичная ситуация наблюдается со ставками финансирования для бессрочных фьючерсов на офшорных биржах. В Ethereum они приблизились к 8%, тогда как для цифрового золота остаются ниже 5%.
Выводы
После масштабного обновления Ethereum наконец удалось «стряхнуть пыль» со своих котировок: всего за пару дней цена выросла на 25%, суточный объем торгов превысил $40 млрд, а пара ETH/BTC показала долгожданный разворот после более чем двух лет падения. Обновление подогрело интерес к сети, активизировало трейдеров и оживило нарратив о дефляционности актива.
На фоне Pectra крупные игроки начали делать агрессивные ставки на продолжение роста, открывая бычьи позиции с ориентиром на уровни $3500–6000 и выше. Интерес инвесторов смещается от биткоина в сторону Ethereum.
Следующий важный и комплексный апгрейд — Fusaka. Он направлен на повышение масштабируемости сети, надежности смарт-контрактов, упрощение разработки в экосистеме и увеличение эффективности транзакций.
От успешной реализации обновления зависят долгосрочные перспективы Ethereum в условиях ужесточающейся конкуренции.

Динамика основных активов
Капитализация криптовалютного рынка в мае подскочила на 10,4% — с $3,06 трлн до $3,37 трлн. Биткоин взлетел в цене на 11,1%, до $104 590; Ethereum — сразу на 41%, до $2528.
Курс первой криптовалюты обновил исторический максимум вблизи $112 000 благодаря значительным поступлениям в сегмент ETF, а также покупкам публичных компаний. Уровень доминирования биткоина увеличился с 61,7% до 63,5%. Это произошло как по причине нейтральной или слабо-позитивной динамики конкурентов среди топ-10 — исключение, помимо эфира, составил только Dogecoin (+11,8%) — так и широкого ослабления сегмента альткоинов в целом.
DeFi
Общий объем заблокированной стоимости (TVL) в DeFi-протоколах вырос с $98,8 млрд до $112,7 млрд. Показатель в Ethereum-приложениях подскочил c $50,5 млрд до $60,8 млрд.
В рейтинге протоколов Aave ($24,3 млрд) оказался выше Lido ($22,4 млрд) в споре за лидирующую позицию. На третьем месте остался EigenLayer ($10,9 млрд).
Объем торгов на децентрализованных биржах (DEX) за последние 30 дней вырос более чем вдвое, до $386,3 млрд. Активность сместилась с Ethereum, доля которой среди EVM-платформ обвалилась до 14,1%, на BNB Chain. В результате на связанную с последней PancakeSwap пришлось 68,3% объема торгов, тогда как доля некогда бессменного лидера в эфире Uniswap опустилась до 21,1%. В сети Solana трейдеры переключились с Raydium (21,4%) на PumpSwap (56,2%).
ETF
В мае инвесторы добавили в BTC-ETF $5,23 млрд. Совокупный приток с момента одобрения продуктов увеличился до $44,4 млрд. AUM биржевых фондов подскочил до $126,2 млрд.
IBIT от BlackRock упрочил свое положение в сегменте — на продукт приходится 54,8% показателя ($69,2 млрд). Вторую и третью строчку занимают FBTC от Fidelity ($20,8 млрд) и GBTC от Grayscale ($19,4 млрд).
Приток в ETH-ETF составил $564,2 млн. С момента запуска инструменты аккумулировали $3,1 млрд. AUM подскочил до $9,45 млрд.
Лидерами по привлеченным средствам выступают ETHA от BlackRock ($3,65 млрд) и ETHE от Grayscale ($2,92 млрд).
31 мая в результате третьего перерасчета за месяц сложность майнинга биткоина обновила максимум на отметке 126,98 Т. Показатель прибавил сразу 4,38%.
По итогам первой корректировки метрика откатилась от предыдущего пика в 123,23 Т, потеряв сразу 3,34%. Через две недели уже последовал восстановительный рост до 121,66 Т — на 2,13%.
Согласно Glassnode, хешрейт (7 DMA) пока не достиг зафиксированных еще 8 апреля рекордных 925,4 EH/s. К концу мая значение вернулось к уровням около 918 EH/s.
На графике заметно, что в целом корреляция цены и вычислительной мощности сети восстанавливается. Проявившийся примерно с начала года «рассинхрон» вызвал у части сообщества опасения в долгосрочной устойчивости сети. Но некоторые увидели в тренде признаки сильных базовых факторов первой криптовалюты.
Рост хешрейта и сложности продолжил оказывать давление на рентабельность майнинга. Достигнутый 22 мая ценой биткоина ATH вблизи $112 000 позволил достичь локального пика хешпрайса в $58,7 за PH/s в сутки.
К концу месяца метрика вернулась к отметкам около $55, а после очередного роста сложности обвалилась до ~$52 за за PH/s в сутки. Значения уступают более 20% зафиксированным в декабре 2024 года цифрам и очень далеки от дохалвинговых ~$100.
На этом фоне компания Bitmain представила флагман новейшей серии биткоин-майнеров Antminer S23 Hydro с заявленной энергоэффективностью 9,5 J/TH. Поставки ожидаются в первом квартале 2026 года.
Базовое устройство линейки S23 обеспечивает 11 J/TH. Основанная экс-соучредителем Bitmain Джиханом Ву Bitdeer рассчитывает достичь подобного показателя с планируемым к запуску в четвертом квартале SEALMINER A3 на базе чипа SEAL03. Для сравнения, энергоэффективность первого в истории ASIC-майнера, выпущенного в 2013 году Canaan, составляла 1200 J/TH.
Но отраслевые эксперты отмечают, что при всех технологических достижениях Bitmain вынуждена бороться с падением спроса на оборудование. Стагнирующий хешпрайс уже вынудил ряд крупных майнеров пересмотреть планы расширения мощностей по добыче криптовалюты в сторону сокращения. В апреле публичные компании индустрии продолжили наращивать продажи добытой криптовалюты, отказываясь от HODL-стратегий.
Объявляя о продаже S23 Hydro, производитель предложил покупателям гибкие финансовые условия, включая рассрочки и прием в залог биткоинов. При этом аналитики обратили внимание, что уже в апрельской сделке с CleanSpark по реализации $13 200 майнеров за $76,6 млн Bitmain посчитала 691 BTC обеспечения по явно завышенному курсу — $110 900. Средняя цена актива за месяц составила $86 447, на пике достигнув $95 768. И речь не идет о расчете на потенциальный рост вроде майского ATH, поскольку у CleanSpark осталась возможность выкупить монеты по установленной цене — своего рода колл-опцион.
По мнению специалистов TheMinerMag, в масштабах продаж S23 Hydro Bitmain может рассчитывать в первую очередь на компании, повышающие энергоэффективность парка оборудования за счет обновления. Серьезного расширения мощностей по добыче в текущих рыночных условиях ожидать сложно.
Но в ходе конференции Bitcoin 2025 генеральный директор MARA Фред Тиль заявил, что властям США стоит прибегнуть к майнингу для пополнения стратегического биткоин-резерва (SBR). Согласно подписанному в марте президентом Дональдом Трампом указу, фонд должен формироваться «бюджетно-нейтральным» способом. Глава крупнейшей публичной майнинговой компании считает, что добыча криптовалют идеально соответствует этой стратегии. Правительство может задействовать избыточную гидроэнергию, отметил Тиль.
Глава отдела исследований цифровых активов VanEck Мэттью Сигел в качестве способа пополнения SBR предложил ввести роялти на майнинг. Использующие «зеленую» энергию вроде сжигания попутного газа дата-центры могли бы получать налоговые вычеты и направлять часть вознаграждения за блок (до 10%) в национальное биткоин-казначейство.
Кроме того, правительство Пакистана анонсировало выделение 2 ГВт электроэнергии на добычу первой криптовалюты и питание мощностей для обслуживания сегмента искусственного интеллекта. В каком соотношении предполагается распределить ресурсы, власти не раскрыли, но позднее заявили о планах создать SBR по примеру США. На фоне майского ралли первой криптовалюты котировки майнеров продемонстрировали активное восстановление. По наблюдению TheMinerMag, значительно опережающую цифровое золото динамику зафиксировали акции участников отрасли, диверсифицировавшихся в более прибыльный ИИ-сегмент, таких как Cipher, Core Scientific или IREN.
В мае тренд подтвердила Galaxy Digital Майка Новограца. В конце 2022 года компания купила за $65 млн у испытывавшей финансовые трудности Argo Blockchain флагманский биткоин-центр Helios, став значимым игроком на рынке хостинга майнинга. Вежливость дорога, но бессмысленна

Рост робототехники увеличивает риск массовых сокращений. По данным Национального бюро статистики, в 2023 году в Китае около 123 млн человек работало в обрабатывающей промышленности. Эксперт по социальному обеспечению Чжэн Гунчэн предупредил, что развитие роботов и ИИ затронет около 70% производственного сектора.
Журналист Брайан Мерчант подчеркнул, что кризис рабочих мест из-за ИИ — не будущая потенциальная проблема. Он уже наступил. Пользователи общаются с агентом, а он сам посещает сайты и выполняет нужные действия. Они могут заниматься своими делами, пока помощник выполнит задачи в фоновом режиме.
Вместе с этим корпорация представила ряд других ИИ-продуктов, в том числе генератор изображений, видео, фильмов, переводчик в Google Meet и другие.
ИИ-поиск
В последнее время пользователи активно переходят на поиск информации с помощью чат-ботов на базе ИИ вместо традиционного «гугления». Разработчики технологии, понимая это, создают удобные поисковики с применением нейросетей.
Лидер сегмента — Google — интегрировал новый механизм защиты на базе искусственного интеллекта в поиск. Инструмент призван бороться с мошенниками, планируется запуск новых предупреждений на Android с целью подсвечивать спамерские уведомления.
Режим усиленной защиты в Chrome обеспечивает «наивысший уровень безопасности» от фишинга и других онлайн-угроз. Он будет предупреждать о рискованных веб-сайтах, в том числе ранее незамеченных.
Компания Netflix представила новую функцию поиска на базе генеративного искусственного интеллекта от OpenAI. Инструмент позволяет искать желаемый контент в разговорном стиле. Пользователь может задавать естественные промпты вроде «я хочу что-нибудь смешное и бодрое» или «я хочу что-нибудь страшное, но не слишком страшное, и, возможно, немного смешное, но не хаха смешное».
ИИ анализирует не только слова, но и смысл, настроение и контекст запроса, а также учитывает предыдущие просмотры для предоставления персонализированных рекомендации. Поиск становится похож на диалог с человеком, который хорошо знает вкусы пользователя.
В эту же сторону смотрит и Apple. Корпорация «активно изучает» возможность переработки браузера Safari с упором на интеграцию поисковых систем, использующих искусственный интеллект.
ИИ-город
Расположенная в Абу-Даби компания Bold Technologies в партнерстве с ИИ-фирмой My Aion запустила инициативу «умный город» за $2,5 млрд. Ее суть — преобразование городской инфраструктуры с помощью искусственного интеллекта.

Безопасность
Опасения касательно развития ИИ остаются прежними: проблемы с пользовательскими данными, безработица и безопасность. Новоизбранный папа римский Роберт Превост назвал искусственный интеллект одной из самых актуальных проблем человечества.
Глава Римско-католической церкви в своем инаугурационном обращении заявил, что церковь выступит в качестве проводника в ответ на «разработки в области ИИ, которые ставят новые задачи по защите человеческого достоинства, справедливости и труда».

Лоббизм или коррупция? Как прошел званый ужин Трампа с лидерами криптоиндустрии
Криптовалюта окончательно перестала быть только технологией или финансовым инструментом — она стала полем для острых политических баталий, где на кону стоят миллиарды долларов и будущее всей индустрии. В этом контексте цифровые активы начинают представлять риск не только для TradFi и регуляторов, бросая вызов американскому доллару, но и влиять на политический ландшафт США.
Дональд Трамп вернулся в Белый дом под лозунгами сделать страну «криптовалютной столицей планеты». Участие же в продвижении ряда проектов стало вызовом для его позиций как главы государства и подняло комплекс правовых и этических вопросов.
Ужин Трампа: политика vs криптовалюты
Гала-вечер в гольф-клубе Трампа в Вирджинии 22 мая для 220 крупнейших держателей «президентского» токена TRUMP вызвал скандал национального масштаба. Мероприятие подняло фундаментальные вопросы о границах между политикой и бизнесом в цифровую эпоху. Уполномочен ли глава государства использовать названную его именем криптовалюту для сбора средств? Кто на самом деле покупает токены и какое влияние они получают? Как это согласуется с текущим законодательством и негласными «правилами игры»? Насколько цифровые активы представляют угрозу для демократии?
По оценкам Inca Digital, суммарно «входной билет» гостям обошелся не менее чем в $148 млн. Отсутствие списка участников, более половины из которых имеют заграничные паспорта, вызвало подозрения в «покупке лояльности» президента.
Так, среди приглашенных оказался основатель TRON Foundation Джастин Сан, уроженец КНР, которого SEC обвинила в мошенничестве. В феврале дело приостановили, что вызвало спекуляции на тему потенциального конфликта интересов. C начала года Сан вложил ~$18,5 млн в TRUMP и $30 млн в WLFI криптоплатформы World Liberty Financial семьи Трампа. В обоих случаях он стал крупнейшим держателем токенов.

Законопроект о стейблкоинах (GENIUS Act) столкнулся c противодействием демократов из-за разногласий по ряду его положений. В реальности — как демонстрация протеста из-за связанных с цифровыми активами инициатив президента.
Несмотря на преодоление этого препятствия, документ может «утонуть» в дальнейших согласованиях, в том числе из-за ослабления поддержки внутри Республиканской партии, и не получить одобрение Конгресса до каникул в августе. В Truth Social Трамп остается непоколебим:
«США доминируют в сфере криптовалют. […] Мы собираемся сохранять такое положение дел!».
Однако растущая волна критики и расследований, а также нарастающее сопротивление даже внутри Республиканской партии, могут сделать это заявление скорее очередным лозунгом, чем реальным прогнозом. История с гала-вечером — не просто новый политический скандал. Это потенциально переломный момент, который заставляет задуматься, как новые технологии трансформируют принципы взаимодействия бизнеса и власти, а также какой окажется цена заработанных окружением Трампа средств для индустрии и для рынка цифровых активов в целом, котировки которого отражают в том числе ожидания их активного внедрения в повседневную жизнь.
