От Up к Crush: как рынок пережил октябрьский обвал
Октябрь принес криптосообществу неприятный сюрприз — вместо прогнозируемых аналитиками новых максимумов рынок пережил серьезное потрясение. Это не первый обвал, но один из немногих, чьи последствия оказались мягче ожидаемого.
С чего начали и к чему пришли
Месяц начался для биткоина позитивно, несмотря на снижение индекса страха и жадности до 28 пунктов. Некоторые аналитики увидели в ситуации с краткосрочной просадкой лишь завершение фазы падения и спрогнозировали Uptober вопреки сигналам.
В XWIN Research назвали несколько факторов, обеспечивающих «силу» рынка в IV квартале:
Начавшийся 30 сентября шатдаун в США подтолкнул рынок к росту: капитализация достигла $4,09 трлн, а все криптовалюты из топ-10 по капитализации продемонстрировали восходящую динамику.
По состоянию на 1 октября биткоин увеличил доминирование с 57% до 59%, превысив уровень $116 000. Вдохновленные реакцией первой криптовалюты эксперты предположили, что рост продолжится:
«Биткоин демонстрирует сильные результаты, и, на мой взгляд, нас ждет бычий месяц и квартал», — написал основатель MN Capital Михаэль ван де Поппе.
Позднее аналитик CryptoQuant под псевдонимом PelinayPA заметил, что ставки финансирования первой криптовалюты на крупнейших биржах остаются нейтральными или отрицательными при торговле в диапазоне $110 000–120 000. Это, по его мнению, сигнализирует о «здоровой динамике рынка».
Вечером 3 октября цена биткоина поднялась выше $123 000 на фоне продолжающегося шатдауна, нарратива Uptober и притоков в биржевые фонды. А уже 6 октября котировки протестировали новый максимум на отметке $126 080 (CoinGecko). На этом фоне в CryptoQuant указали на возвращение розничных инвесторов на рынок. Индекс страха и жадности на тот момент остановился на отметке 70.
Позитив на рынке подогревали и другие эксперты. Так, экономист Тимоти Петерсон на основании исторических данных допустил рост цены цифрового золота до $140 000 в октябре. Аналитик CryptoQuant Аксель Адлер — младший отметил приток новых покупателей: за последний квартал предложение актива в распоряжении краткосрочных держателей выросло на 559 000 BTC — с 4,38 млн до 4,94 млн BTC.
Но мало кто мог предположить, что произойдет 11 октября.
«Черная суббота»
Вечером 10 октября котировки биткоина перешли к снижению. По мнению экспертов, движение обусловило совпадение нескольких технических факторов, включая давно назревшую коррекцию. Однако пост президента США Дональда Трампа в социальной сети Truth Social о возможном введении с 1 ноября 100% пошлин на китайский импорт усилил давление на рынок и привел к масштабному обвалу.
Первыми отреагировали индексы Nasdaq и S&P 500: они снизились на 3,5% и 2,7% соответственно. Затем негативные настроения перекинулись на криптовалюты.
11 октября биткоин провалился ниже $111 000, впервые зафиксировав дневную свечу на $20 000. При этом на бирже Binance цена актива опускалась в моменте до $102 000.
Криптовалютный индекс страха и жадности упал до 24 пунктов, сигнализировав об «экстремальном страхе» на рынке. Но самым драматичным оказался объем ликвидаций: показатель превысил $19 млрд, став крупнейшим за всю историю.
По мнению основателя Selini Capital Джорди Александра, обвал вызвала общая «хрупкость рынка», которая копилась месяцами. Особую критику эксперта вызвала потеря «самоосознания» у части сообщества:
«Трейдеры Solana, привыкшие перепродавать шиткоины в мобильном Phantom, пытаются объяснить мне, почему та или иная дерьмовая perp-DEX стоит миллиарды. Ноль самоосознания того, в какую игру они играют и что она из себя представляет. […] В последние месяцы, когда мы были буквально залиты ликвидностью и каждый запуск сопровождался горой денег, под всем этим скрывалась хрупкость».
Тем не менее глава Crypto.com Крис Маршалек призвал регулирующие органы провести тщательную проверку криптобирж, на которых трейдеры понесли наибольшие убытки в ходе рекордной ликвидации. Исследователь Квентин Франсуа обратил внимание, что цифра на порядок превысила показатели, зафиксированные в ходе крахов, вызванных пандемией COVID-19 ($1,2 млрд) и коллапсом FTX ($1,6 млрд).
Лидером среди торговых платформ по объемам принудительно закрытых позиций оказалась perp-DEX Hyperliquid с примерно $10 млрд. За ней со значительным отрывом следовали Bybit ($4,6 млрд) и Binance ($2,4 млрд). Команда последней признала, что значительная часть ликвидаций была связана с депегом трех токенов: USDE, BNSOL и WBETH. Активы использовались в качестве обеспечения маржинальных позиций
По оценке экспертов, объем торгов этими монетами на Binance в ходе обвала рынка составил $3,5-4 млрд, а убытки трейдеров достигли $0,5-1 млрд. Руководство биржи пообещало возместить потери, но предупредило, что все случаи будут рассматриваться индивидуально.
Несмотря на драматическое падение, уже 13 октября курс биткоина восстановился выше $115 000. На момент написания (23 октября) актив торгуется выше отметки $109 400. За месяц первая криптовалюта подешевела на 3,1%, индекс доминирования — 57,6%.
Индекс страха и жадности находится на отметке 27, сигнализируя о негативных настроениях на рынке.
Кто виноват и что будет
По мнению аналитика Presto Research Рика Маеды, причиной обвала стали исключительно макроэкономические новости. Распродажа совпала с низкой ликвидностью на выходных, что «вызвало принудительные ликвидации на миллиарды долларов».
При этом в The Kobeissi Letter усомнились в том, что инцидент будет иметь долгосрочные фундаментальные последствия. В числе факторов, вызвавших падение цифровых активов, аналитики назвали «чрезмерное кредитное плечо и риск», а также пост Трампа о пошлинах для Китая. К слову, позднее его риторика уже не была столь категоричной.
Во время обвала в соцсетях появились сообщения о якобы открытых за несколько минут до заявления американского президента позициях по биткоину и Ethereum на Hyperliquid. У некоторых участников рынка возникли подозрения в инсайдерской торговле — бенефициар получил прибыль в размере $192 млн.
Ончейн-исследователь под ником Eye заявил, что вероятным китом является бывший CEO BitForex Гаррет Джин. Однако тот отверг обвинения и связи с семьей Трампа.
Аналитики Santiment также заявили, что причины падения рынка кроются не только в заявлении президента США. По их мнению, розничные трейдеры поспешили найти единичное событие, ставшее фактором краха, что просто является признаком «типичного рационализаторского поведения».
Однако эксперты признали, что в краткосрочной перспективе торговые отношения между США и Китаем будут играть ключевую роль в настроениях криптотрейдеров. Позитивные новости могут повысить аппетит к риску, тогда как в случае негативного фона стоит ожидать потока прогнозов о «биткоине ниже $100 000».
Экс-CEO BitForex объяснил падение крипторынка тремя факторами:
По его словам, еще до обвала технические индикаторы, включая MACD, сигнализировали о перекупленности акций технологических компаний и основных криптовалют. Обострение торгового конфликта между Вашингтоном и Пекином усилило негативные настроения, а рынок оказался переполнен длинными позициями с высоким кредитным плечом.
Директор по инвестициям Bitwise Мэтт Хоуган не увидел в обвале долгосрочных проблем для криптовалют. По его мнению, это не повлияет на бычий тренд, поскольку фундаментальные драйверы роста — регулирование, приток институционального капитала и внедрение технологии — остаются в силе.
Более пессимистичны в прогнозе исследователи из Standard Chartered. По их мнению, курс первой криптовалюты рухнет ниже $100 000 в ближайшее время, однако на конец года эксперты ожидают увидеть $200 000.
Тем не менее биткоин выдержал октябрьский обвал без серьезных последствий и перехода в медвежью фазу. Возможно, это именно то взросление рынка, которое многие ждали.
События месяца
Начало месяца было удачным для Ethereum — 7 октября цена второй по капитализации криптовалюты приблизилась к историческому максимуму, пробив уровень $4800. Аналитики XWIN Research допустили, что актив доберется до $10 000, однако позитивные прогнозы подпортила «черная суббота».
Впрочем, она не помешала институционалам продолжать добавлять монету в свои резервы. Так, на начало месяца совокупные вложения крупных участников рынка достигли 12,4 млн ETH, а на 28 октября — выросли до 12,84 млн.
27 октября BitMine Immersion — крупнейший корпоративный держатель Ethereum — увеличила свои запасы до 3,3 млн ETH. С 20 октября компания приобрела 77 055 ETH на сумму около $319 млн. Ее общие резервы в криптовалюте и денежных средствах достигли $14,2 млрд.
За BitMine следуют SharpLink и The Ether Machine.
По мнению аналитика Теда Пиллоуза, именно институциональный спрос и включение функции стейкинга в биржевые фонды подтолкнут цену Ethereum до $8000–10 000 к началу 2026 года.
Председатель BitMine Том Ли подтвердил прогноз $10 000 для второй по капитализации криптовалюты до конца 2025 года. Аналогичного целевого уровня придерживается и основатель BitMEX Артур Хэйес. Однако не все в сообществе с оптимизмом смотрят на происходящее.
19 октября разработчик Федерико Карроне назвал усиливающееся влияние компаний вроде Paradigm серьезной угрозой для экосистемы Ethereum. По его словам, любая чрезмерная вовлеченность в проекты с открытым исходным кодом смещает приоритеты с долгосрочного видения на корпоративные интересы.
К обсуждению присоединился основатель ConsenSys Джозеф Любин. Он признал, что что цель таких фирм — извлечь максимум ценности для увеличения собственной прибыли. Однако, по его словам, участие корпораций необходимо для достижения полной децентрализации и создания «безопасной глобальной информационной инфраструктуры».
На еще одну проблему указал разработчик клиента Geth Петер Силадьи. По его словам, успех проектов в сети второй по капитализации криптовалюты зависит от близости к узкому кругу людей и нескольких венчурных фондов:
«Ключ к успеху — получить поддержку правильных пяти или десяти человек вокруг Виталика [Бутерина]. […] Мы намеревались создать мир равных возможностей, но все самые успешные проекты напрямую поддерживаются одними и теми же людьми».
Силадьи также раскритиковал кадровую политику Ethereum Foundation (EF). Он заявил, что фонд сознательно занижает зарплату, злоупотребляя энтузиазмом сотрудников. В итоге это приводит к уходу ключевых специалистов в коммерческие проекты. Так, например, сделал Данкрад Фейст.
Тем не менее с начала 2025 года количество разработчиков в экосистеме выросло на 16 181 человека. По этому показателю Ethereum стал лидером, обогнав Solana и биткоин — они привлекли 11 534 и 7494 новых специалистов соответственно.
Вероятно, это позволило EF собрать команду для работы над повышением приватности базового слоя сети. В состав Privacy Cluster вошли 47 человек, в том числе ведущие исследователи, инженеры и криптографы.
14 октября другая команда проекта успешно развернула тестнет масштабного обновления Fusaka в сети Sepolia. Следующий этап — тестирование апгрейда в Hoodi. 3 декабря хардфорк развернут в мейннете Ethereum.
Успешным минувший месяц стал и для BNB — 3 октября монета сначала обновила ATH у отметки $1111, а 7 числа в моменте достигла $1349,99 (на бирже Binance). 13 октября актив установил исторический максимум выше $1370.
На момент написания BNB откатился на уровни вблизи $1135. В рейтинге крупнейших по капитализации криптовалют монета занимает пятое место, пропустив вперед XRP и USDT (CoinGecko).
По мнению главы CEA Industries Дэвида Намдара, ралли BNB к историческому максимуму не случайность, а отражение фундаментальных показателей экосистемы. Он назвал монету «самой недооцененной голубой фишкой на рынке».
Рост BNB сопровождался всплеском ончейн-активности. Так, 13 октября число активных пользователей в сети BNB Chain достигло исторического максимума в 3,46 млн.
Согласно аналитикам XWIN Research Japan, позитивная динамика криптовалюты отражает структурное восстановление Binance и углубление интеграции биржи с TradFi. При этом они отметили, что настроения на рынке резко улучшились после того, как Чанпэн Чжао вернул в описание на X упоминание основанной им площадки.
В начале месяца рост также зафиксировали анонимные монеты: Zcash (ZEC) и Dash (DASH). Первая за месяц прибавила 459%, вторая — 134%.
10 октября цена ZEC достигла $230 впервые с 2022 года. Драйвером стал анонс запуска Zcash Trust от управляющего активами Grayscale. Инструмент предназначен для аккредитованных американских инвесторов.
28 октября сообщество Zcash отметило девятую годовщину запуска проекта. По состоянию на эту дату актив торговался на отметке $327. С сентября цена ориентированной на конфиденциальность монеты прибавила 700%.
Один из главных представителей сегмента — Monero (XMR) — не последовал за общими настроениями, прибавив за последние 30 дней скромные 18,7%. По мнению некоторых экспертов, ралли в секторе вызвало усиление дискуссий касательно приватности на фоне новых правительственных инициатив, например, законопроекта «О контроле чатов» в ЕС.
12 октября команда Bitcoin Core опубликовала релиз версии клиента v30. В числе прочего она включает:
Но ключевым изменением стала корректировка лимита передачи данных в выходах OP_RETURN с 80 до 100 000 байт. Это позволит значительно увеличить объем нефинансовых транзакций в сети. У пользователей осталась возможность установить ограничение вручную, задав значение функции -datacarriersize.
Именно лимит данных вызвал споры в сообществе: одни утверждают, что это поощряет использование сети для нефинансовых транзакций, потенциально перегружающих блокчейн, другие — что пользователи все равно находят альтернативные пути, а майнеры имеют стимулы для включения подобных операций в блок.
Позднее разработчик под ником dathonohm представил BIP-444, которое предлагает временно ограничить возможность добавления произвольных данных в блокчейн в целях снижения риска размещения нелегального контента. Однако критики посчитали, что это противоречит фундаментальному принципу биткоина и равносильно цензуре.
С возмущением сообщества пришлось столкнуться и производителю аппаратных кошельков Ledger. В конце месяца одновременно с конкурентом, компанией Trezor, поставщик анонсировал устройство Nano Gen5.
Вместе с новой моделью фирма представила решение для бизнеса Ledger Multisig: технология стала первой нативной системой координации, которая позволяет объединять транзакции в кластеры, используя бэкенд. Как оказалось, помимо покрытия газа в блокчейне, пользователям придется платить за «сервисное обслуживание».

Блокчейн-исследователь под ником pcaversaccio назвал тактику компании «дойной коровой». По его словам, такой подход может превратить пользователей мультиподписей в источник корпоративного дохода. Разработчик в экосистеме Avalanche под псевдонимом Sarnavo добавил, что «функция доверия теперь превращается в платный доступ».

Изменение отношения американских регуляторов к криптовалютам, скорее всего, бесповоротное. Такое мнение выразил CEO Ripple Брэд Гарлингхаус, напомнив, что нынешний президент Дональд Трамп пообещал сделать США «криптостолицей мира» и имеет связи с цифровыми активами.
Гарлингхаус сохранил оптимизм в отношении регулирования сектора. Он напомнил, что Палата представителей уже приняла свою версию законопроекта, а в Сенате есть конкурирующий документ.
«Индустрии нужна ясность, которой Ripple уже добилась. Нам пришлось получить ее через иск на $150 млн и федерального судью. Мы считаем, что вся отрасль заслуживает такой же ясности, и будем за это бороться», — заключил он.
В середине месяца член комитета Госдумы РФ по промышленности и торговле Игорь Антропенко предложил признавать цифровые активы совместно нажитым в браке имуществом. Однако основатель GMT Legal Андрей Тугарин в комментарии ForkLog указал на необходимость принятия «еще порядка десяти нормативных актов», которые создадут полноценную инфраструктуру в РФ в части регулирования оборота криптовалюты.
Он напомнил, что возможность поделить биткоин при разводе уже четыре года и так допускается законодательством.

Согласно октябрьскому отчету CertiK, в III квартале 2025 года общие потери средств индустрии цифровых активов из-за хакерских атак сократились на 37% — до $509 млн. Снизился ущерб от эксплуатации уязвимостей и фишинга, за минувшие три месяца не наблюдалось взломов на сумму свыше $100 млн.
В то же время северокорейские хакеры с января похитили рекордные $2 млрд в цифровых активах. По данным Elliptic, основная часть потерь пришлась на криптобиржу Bybit. От атак также пострадали LND.fi, WOO X и Seedify. Всего аналитики связали с КНДР более 30 взломов за этот год.
По словам криптографа Mysten Labs Костаса Халкиаса, хакеры из Северной Кореи внедряют искусственный интеллект во все этапы кибератак — от фишинга до отмывания средств. Он добавил, что ИИ является более серьезной угрозой для криптовалют, чем квантовые вычисления.
В октябре стало известно о третьем взломе Abracadabra Finance. В результате DeFi-проект потерял почти $1,8 млн в стейблкоинах MIM. Согласно BlockSec Phalcon, злоумышленник воспользовался уязвимостью в смарт-контракте и обошел проверку платежеспособности. Адрес для атаки получил первоначальное финансирование через Tornado Cash. После взлома хакер обменял украденные токены на ETH и отправил их обратно в миксер.
Ончейн-сыщик ZachXBT раскрыл схему кражи $3 млн в XRP с кошелька пользователя из США. По его словам, инцидент произошел по ошибке и из-за неопытности юзера: он считал, что использует холодное хранилище Ellipal, но на самом деле работал с горячим кошельком.
Разработчики Ellipal выяснили, что пострадавший вручную импортировал сид-фразу от аппаратного хранилища в мобильное приложение, создав таким образом цифровую версию кошелька.
Аналитики Onchain Lens заметили перемещение 15 959 BTC на сумму $1,83 млрд с кошельков китайского майнинг-пула LuBian. Он подвергся атаке в 2020 году, однако выяснилось это лишь спустя пять лет. Впервые активность на связанных с LuBian кошельках зафиксировали 15 октября. Тогда после трех лет бездействия с адреса переместили 9757 BTC ($1,1 млрд). Каждый обвал на крипторынке неизбежно вызывает волну догадок и комментариев «просветленных» экспертов. Одни ищут следы «координированных атак» и тайных манипуляторов, другие винят ботов, ликвидность или мнимые утечки инсайдерской информации.
На деле рынок чаще рушится сам — под тяжестью плечей, ликвидаций и хрупкого доверия. Он ведет себя как единый живой организм.
Октябрьское резкое снижение не стало исключением. После стремительного роста рынок оказался перегрет, а цепочка ликвидаций быстро превратилась в лавину.
В этой статье разбираем, как сработал механизм автоделевериджинга, почему его стоит воспринимать всерьез и что говорят аналитики о перспективах возобновления ралли.
Хрупкость перегретого рынка
Начало октября вполне соответствовало так называемому «Uptober-нарративу»: цена биткоина размеренно шагала к новым максимумам, зафиксировав рекорд выше $125 000.
Эксперты индустрии в унисон твердили об остром дефиците монет на биржах, «здоровой динамике» и прочих предпосылках для роста первой криптовалюты до $200 000.
Коррекция была внезапной. В ночь с 10 на 11 октября биткоин упал ниже $111 000, впервые зафиксировав дневную свечу на $20 000 — на крупнейшей криптобирже Binance цена в моменте опускалась до $102 000.
Объем ликвидаций на крипторынке превысил $19 млрд, став крупнейшим за всю историю. За сутки общая капитализация цифровых активов снизилась почти на $660 млрд.
Ethereum опускался ниже $3500, а не столь популярные альткоины столкнулись с еще более сильным давлением — многие «похудели» на десятки процентов.
После рекордного для индустрии объема ликвидаций индикатор рыночных настроений опускался до отметки 22, указывая на «экстремальный страх» среди участников рынка. Ранее подобные значения фиксировались в апреле, когда цена первой криптовалюты падала ниже $80 000.
Примечательно, что даже после восстановления котировок выше $110 000 значения метрики не дотягивают до 30, указывая на «страх».
На фоне ухудшения рыночных настроений стабильные притоки капитала в биткоин-ETF сменились оттоками.

Без жертв не обошлось
11 октября в Оболонском районе Киева полиция обнаружила тело 32-летнего мужчины с огнестрельным ранением головы в салоне его автомобиля.
Позднее выяснилось, что погибший — известный криптоблогер, трейдер и CEO Cryptology Костя Кудо (настоящее имя — Константин Ганич). Основная версия произошедшего — самоубийство на фоне обвала крипторынка.
Тело нашли в его автомобиле — Lamborghini Urus. Рядом лежало оружие, зарегистрированное на блогера.
«Накануне смерти мужчина сообщал близким о подавленном состоянии из-за финансовых трудностей и отправил им прощальное сообщение», — говорится в заявлении полиции.
В своем последнем посте в Instagram от 27 сентября Кудо написал о мнимом благополучии коллег, подчеркнув, что на деле многие из них сталкиваются с серьезными финансовыми трудностями из-за долгов и «стремления соответствовать красивой картинке».
Наиболее вероятная неофициальная версия произошедшего — значительные убытки от трейдинга. Накануне трагедии блогер заявлял, что мог «слить» до $1,3 млн, однако надеялся вернуть средства инвесторам. Судя по всему, реальные потери оказались гораздо выше.
По данным анонимных источников УНИАН, блогер мог утратить все доверенные ему инвесторские средства — около $7 млн, а также собственный капитал. Другие источники оценивают объем потерь до $30 млн.
Самоубийства на фоне падения котировок — далеко не новое явление.
В феврале 23-летний Арнольд Роберт Гарро покончил с собой в прямом эфире на платформе X, призвав «сделать из своей смерти мем-коин». Некоторые предполагали, что его поступок связан с финансовыми потерями, однако семья подчеркнула: он страдал от тяжелой депрессии.
В июле 2023 года нашли тело аргентинского бизнесмена и криптомиллионера Фернандо Переса Альгабы. Он был известен любовью к роскоши и часто делился снимками дорогих автомобилей и беззаботной жизни в Instagram.
Смерть Альгабы связывают с конфликтом с местной преступной группировкой в контексте финансов. В телефоне бизнесмена нашли заметку, где он указал, что потерял большую часть своих криптоактивов.
«Стабильные» монеты
В результате обвала ликвидации затронули более 1,6 млн трейдеров, большинство из которых торговали на Binance и Hyperliquid. Некоторые участники рынка предположили, что массовые закрытия позиций на крупнейшей CEX были «скоординированной атакой», вызвавшей резкое падение котировок.
Одним из первых на это указал журналист Колин Ву. По его словам, злоумышленники воспользовались уязвимостью в функции Unified Account, позволяющей брать стейблкоин USDe в качестве залога.
В отличие от других платформ, Binance определяла стоимость таких активов не по данным оракулов, а по собственному стакану ордеров. Биржа об этом знала — соответствующее исправление было запланировано на 14 октября.
Атакующие воспользовались возможностью, выбросив на рынок USDe на $90 млн. Цена «стабильной монеты» временно отвязалась от доллара США, что спровоцировало ликвидации на $1 млрд. Под удар также попали bnSOL и wBETH.
Binance признала, что часть ликвидаций была связана с временной утратой привязки котировок USDe, bnSOL и wBETH. Компания пообещала возместить убытки, а уже 13 октября сообщила о выплатах на сумму $283 млн.
Представители платформы опровергли связь между депегом и обвалом рынка. Эксперты также не согласны с версиями о скоординированной атаке.

Сооснователь Blum Глеб Костарев отметил, что многих розничных трейдеров шокировали ликвидации: у них «были плюсовые шорты, совсем немного лонгов, а на балансе осталось 0».
По его словам, в происходящем нет скама или мошенничества — это стандартная механика деривативных площадок.
Эксперт подчеркнул, что биржа не берет на себя риски контрагентов и выступает лишь посредником между лонгами и шортами. Платформа контролирует маржу и ликвидирует позиции при необходимости. В случае резкого падения рынка проигравшая сторона может не успеть закрыться — ликвидности в стакане не хватает, позиции уходят в минус.
Например, трейдер должен $100 000 при залоге $50 000 — это покрывает долг лишь частично. Оставшийся дефицит компенсируется за счет механизма автоделевериджинга: биржа частично списывает прибыль с оказавшихся «в плюсе», чтобы закрыть образовавшуюся «дыру».
Костарев пояснил, что при срабатывании ADL система сортирует прибыльных трейдеров по уровню нереализованного PnL и плеча, а затем принудительно закрывает их позиции. Это крайняя мера — включается, когда страховой фонд исчерпан или на рынке возникают экстремальные ситуации.
«Такова суровая правда жизни», — подытожил он, добавив, что трейдерам стоит внимательно читать правила использования биржи перед торговлей.
Сооснователь Coin Bureau Ник Пукрин также отметил, что пострадали не только «лонгисты». Он добавил, что ADL «выносит» и прибыльные позиции.

Что «под капотом» у ADL?
Рассмотрим реализацию механизма на примере Binance. Пост в ее блоге начинается с тезиса, что автоделевереджинг применяется только в крайнем случае — когда страховой фонд фьючерсов не способен покрыть позиции обанкротившегося клиента.
«Binance делает все возможное, чтобы избежать ADL, и предлагает несколько функций вроде лимит-ордера “Исполнить немедленно или отменить”», — отметили представители крупнейшей криптобиржи.
Эксперты предупредили, что из-за волатильности криптовалютного рынка и доступного пользователям высокого кредитного плеча «полностью избежать ADL невозможно».
В Binance пояснили, что прибыльные фьючерсные позиции трейдеров могут быть ликвидированы через описанный механизм в зависимости от рейтинга приоритета ликвидации.
В интерфейсе для каждой позиции предусмотрен индикатор, показывающий вероятность срабатывания ADL. Если они приближается к неминуемой ликвидации, это будет «явно отражено в интерфейсе».
Позиция в очереди «на вынос» определяется по формуле, которая учитывает прибыль и размер кредитного плеча. Сделки с высокой доходностью и большим левериджем ликвидируются первыми, опережая менее успешные.
Если прибыльная фьючерсная позиция принудительно закрывается через ADL, трейдер сразу получает уведомление с указанием суммы и цены ликвидации. Операция происходит исходя из цены банкротства ликвидируемого ордера. Комиссия при этом не взимается.
Таким образом, цена банкротства — «лимитник», по которому фактически исполняется ордер ликвидации. На этом уровне убытки трейдера полностью равны его залогу или начальной марже. Иными словами, это момент, когда маржинальный баланс пользователя опускается до нуля.
«Все открытые ордера будут отменены: либо для всех токенов (в режиме кросс-маржи), либо для конкретного токена (в режиме изолированной маржи)», — пояснили специалисты Binance.
Подобные механизмы есть и на многих других биржах с поддержкой бессрочных контрактов, включая Hyperliquid.
Как снизить риск автоделевереджинга
Полностью отключить ADL нельзя, но можно снизить риск его срабатывания:

Что дальше?
Многие аналитики сохраняют оптимизм. Так, директор по инвестициям Bitwise Мэтт Хоуган убежден, что недавний обвал не повлияет на долгосрочный бычий тренд.
По его словам, падение было спровоцировано каскадными ликвидациями, а не фундаментальными проблемами.

Одновременно доля краткосрочных держателей (STH) в реализованной капитализации биткоина превысила рубеж в 40%. Это означает, что долгосрочные инвесторы (LTH) фиксируют прибыль, а их место занимают менее опытные участники рынка — «новые киты».
В прошлых циклах доминирование STH совпадало с финальной фазой роста. Однако сейчас структура отличается, отметили эксперты. Давление продаж поглощают три фактора: притоки капитала в спотовые ETF, растущая ликвидность стейблкоинов и участие институционалов.
Ончейн-данные указывают на «зрелую спекулятивную фазу», которую подпитывают ликвидность и постоянный приток капитала. Создатель популярной модели S2F и аналитик PlanB уверен, что коррекция биткоина ниже $108 000 не означает окончание бычьего рынка — фундаментальные показатели указывают на продолжение роста.
«Медведи полагают, что пик в $126 000 уже пройден, биткоин упадет ниже $100 000, а 2026 год станет медвежьим рынком. […] На мой взгляд, это серьезное заблуждение», — написал он.
Вера институционалов
В отчете Navigating Uncertainty от Coinbase Institutional указано, что 67% институциональных инвесторов позитивно оценивают перспективы биткоина на ближайшие три-шесть месяцев.
Исследователь Дэвид Дуонг отметил влияние компаний, управляющих цифровыми активами. По его словам, они активно «подбирали» монеты на просадке рынка. Например, фирма BitMine воспользовалась падением рынка и докупила Ethereum на $417 млн.
Дуонг считает, что у бычьей фазы «есть пространство для роста». Среди позитивных факторов он назвал устойчивую ликвидность, сильный макроэкономический фон и поддерживающую политику регуляторов.
Аналитики Coinbase также указали на макроэкономические факторы. Ожидаемое снижение ставок ФРС и возможные меры стимулирования в Китае могут привлечь на рынок новых инвесторов.

Ликвидации могли стать спусковым механизмом обвала 10–11 октября. Когда ордера начинают исполняться ниже уровня покрытия убытков на фоне «тающего» страхового фонда, систему удерживает ADL. Механизм уменьшает прибыльные позиции с обеих сторон, сохраняя баланс рынка.
По этой причине крупные распродажи нередко продолжаются даже после первой волны ликвидаций. Для трейдеров бессрочных контрактов автоделевериджинг — как система пожарной безопасности: срабатывает редко, но в критические моменты решает многое.
Эксперты рекомендуют держать плечо умеренным, следить за индикатором ADL, избегать «перегруженных» позиций. Также следует всегда оценивать глубину рынка в связке с другими графиками и данными.
По мнению аналитиков, в ближайшем будущем «перезапуск» ралли под вопросом: доверие инвесторов подорвано, а ликвидность частично перетекла из розничного сегмента в ETF. Но по-прежнему в силе долгосрочные факторы роста: институциональные притоки, устойчивые позиции майнеров и макроэкономические стимулы.
Октябрьский обвал стал не разворотом цикла, а «точкой сброса перегрева». После фазы консолидации и снижения кредитного плеча рынок способен восстановиться — особенно если многие вернутся к более консервативной торговле и планомерному накоплению активов.
ForkLog изучил динамику основных активов, DeFi-сектора и ETF (данные за 1–30 октября).
Динамика основных активов
Капитализация криптовалютного рынка в октябре снизилась с $3,99 трлн до $3,81 трлн, согласно CoinGecko. За последние 30 дней биткоин подешевел на 3,4%, а Ethereum — на 6,6%.
В октябре цена первой криптовалюты на бирже Binance опускалась до $102 702. По состоянию на 30 октября цифровое золото торгуется выше $110 800.
Ethereum снижался до $3439. На момент написания вторая по капитализации криптовалюта торгуется выше $3920.
На конец месяца доля биткоина на рынке составила 57,6%, эфира — 12,4%. Криптовалютный индекс страха и жадности указывает на пессимизм инвесторов.
На 30 октября монеты из топ-10 по капитализации находятся в «красной зоне».
DeFi
Общий объем заблокированной стоимости в DeFi-протоколах сократился с $157 млрд до $151,6 млрд. В экосистеме Ethereum показатель уменьшился c $88,5 млрд до $86,2 млрд.
В рейтинге протоколов первую строчку занимает Aave ($38,5 млрд). На втором месте Lido ($33,4 млрд), на третьем — EigenLayer ($16,3 млрд).
Объем торгов на децентрализованных биржах за последние 30 дней составил $796,6 млрд. На 30 октября доля PancakeSwap оценивается в 60,8%, Uniswap — 27,3%. В экосистеме Solana доминировала PumpSwap с 55,6%.
ETF
В октябре общий приток в биткоин-ETF составил $4,1 млрд. Совокупные поступления с момента одобрения продуктов достигли $61,87 млрд. Общая чистая стоимость активов под управлением фондов — $149,98 млрд.
На IBIT от BlackRock приходится $89,29 млрд, следом идут FBTC от Fidelity ($22,77 млрд) и GBTC от Grayscale (18,98 млрд).
Приток в Ethereum-ETF составил $852,44 млн. С момента запуска инструменты аккумулировали $14,65 млрд. Общая чистая стоимость активов — $26,6 млрд.
Лидерами по привлеченным средствам выступают ETHA от BlackRock ($15,83 млрд) и ETHE от Grayscale ($3,98 млрд).
«Начались первые дефолты». Выживут ли ЦФА на российском рынке?
ForkLog подготовил двойное интервью о токенизации, задав экспертам самые неловкие вопросы по теме. Наконец выяснили главные отличия RWA от ЦФА, а также узнали, для кого создаются цифровые инвестиционные инструменты в РФ.
Мария Аграновская, управляющий партнер «Аграновская и партнеры»
ForkLog: Крипто-СМИ давно пишут про токенизацию активов реального мира, но у многих она ассоциируется с чем-то очень нишевым или сложным. Объясните простыми словами, что такое токенизация и какие отличия от ЦФА.
Мария Аграновская: Давайте начнем с азов. В российском законодательстве есть ЦФА — цифровые финансовые активы. По-хорошему, ЦФА это удостоверенные денежные требования. Есть также гибридные активы, которые сочетают в себе цифровые токены и утилитарные цифровые права (УЦП).
Главное отличие от криптовалют в том, что такие активы (ЦФА, УЦП, гибридные) выпускаются только в соответствии с российским законодательством на специальных площадках. Эти площадки создаются по строгим требованиям, регистрируются в ЦБ РФ и подчиняются жестким правилам, включая достаточность капитала. Каждого эмитента очень строго проверяют.
Что касается их полезности — вопрос спорный. Как-то использовать их в инвестиционных целях, наверное, можно, но конкурентоспособность у них сомнительная. Они не могут продаваться где-то еще в мире, их нельзя обменивать. Рынок странный, и сейчас пошли первые дефолты и коллективные иски о возврате денег.
FL: А с какими проблемами в налогообложении сталкивается токенизация?
М. А.: Проблем много. Самый главный вопрос: признается ли цифровой актив самостоятельным объектом налогообложения или это производное от реального актива? В момент перехода товара возникают налоговые обязательства, и позиции у разных стран отличаются. Если на сам актив, например, золото, в конкретной стране не применяется НДС, то и с его «цифровым двойником» можно быть спокойным. В России этот вопрос до конца не решен.
FL: Люди верят в сакральность блокчейна — если что-то записано, значит навсегда. Но вы упомянули первые суды. Это по пустышкам, которые выдавались под видом токенизированных активов?
М. А.: Нет, это не совсем про это. Сейчас пошли банкротства компаний, которые выпустили ЦФА. Сам ЦФА — не гарантия того, что вы получите деньги. Так же, как и любая другая инвестиция. Блокчейн подразумевает, что запись никуда не денется, но это не обязательство того, что эмитент окажется кредитоспособным.
Если мы говорим про крипту типа биткоина, то непонятно, на основании каких экономических гарантий он существует. Их просто нет. Только за счет доверия всех участников. В этом и заключается сложность. Есть куча децентрализованных активов, которые ничем не обеспечены — это вопрос всеобщего сознания, а экономической основы как таковой нет.
FL: А можно ли создать точно такой же ничем не обеспеченный ЦФА?
М. А.: Нет, нельзя. Поскольку по закону есть очень строгие требования, кто и как может выпускать эти активы. Есть операторы информационных систем — регулируемые ЦБ игроки (площадки). Они, допуская эмитента, проверяют его финансовую устойчивость. Но никто не застрахован от банкротства. Поэтому даже те регулируемые игроки, которые сейчас обанкротились, прошли серьезные проверки.
FL: То есть частному инвестору, даже крупному, делать здесь нечего?
М. А.: Почему же? Очень даже есть чего. Я считаю, что имеет смысл вкладывать в цифровые активы, может быть, даже отражающие товары реального сектора. Просто надо внимательно думать, что делаешь, и, наверное, советоваться. Если это, например, токены на золото, надо смотреть, кто их выпускает и как это все организовано.
FL: А есть какие-то конкретные критерии для оценки? Как проводить скрининг?
М. А.: Смотрите: регулируемый ли это игрок? Есть ли у него лицензия? Прозрачна ли информация о том, что конкретно выпускается? Есть ли понятная команда? В какой стране они выпускаются? Если реальные активы в одной юрисдикции, а токенизация происходит в другой — это рискованно.
Должна быть четкая юридическая структура, понятный white paper, возможно, опубликованное мнение регулятора. И люди, которые это публикуют, должны быть в состоянии ответить на ваши вопросы. Это целый набор правил, которые касаются любой инвестиции. Внимательно смотрите на документацию — нет ли там несоответствий. Размещения через офшоры (C-Shell) стоит избегать, предпочтение отдавать более-менее понятным юрисдикциям со строгими правилами.

FL: Объясните простыми словами, что такое ЦФА и для чего они нужны?
Дмитрий Аксаков: Согласно российскому законодательству, ЦФА — цифровые записи, подтверждающие права их держателей на определенные активы или денежные потоки. Данные записи производятся в распределенном реестре (блокчейне).
Есть как ЦФА в значительной степени повторяющие классические финансовые инструменты, например, облигации, так и оригинальные инструменты, например, дающие право получить на выбор финансовую выплату, какой-то товар или услугу.
FL: Чем ЦФА отличается от токенизации?
Д. А.: ЦФА — инструмент для токенизации. С помощью него можно «оцифровать» различные объекты реального мира. Например, на российском рынке уже токенизированы золото, вино, сельскохозяйственная продукция, произведения искусства и другие активы. Ожидается, что с развитием регулирования и законодательства появится возможность токенизировать объекты, подлежащие государственной регистрации, вроде недвижимости или автомобилей.
FL: В каких условиях сейчас находится сектор в РФ? Какие есть возможности для эмитентов?
Д. А.: Данный инструмент полностью находится в российском правовом поле, регулируется Банком России, а многие крупные и небольшие эмитенты уже успешно воспользовались им для привлечения финансирования. В 2025 году общий объем выпусков ЦФА превысил 1 трлн рублей. Более чем 90% из состоявшихся выпусков – долговые ЦФА, в основном короткие на срок менее года.
Выпуски ЦФА происходят проще и быстрее, чем облигаций. Если все процессы настроены, эмитент может буквально утром решить, что хочет привлечь финансирование, днем выпустить ЦФА, а к вечеру получить деньги на счет.
Более того, эти инструменты гибко настраиваемые: эмитент может предложить инвесторам получение регулярного фиксированного дохода, участие в финансовом результате проекта, возможность получить какой-то товар или услугу или комбинацию из вышеперечисленных вариантов.
FL: Какая самая главная проблема ЦФА на сегодняшний день?
Д. А.: Ключевыми вызовами для рынка сейчас являются следующие вопросы и проблемы.
Диспаритет между ЦФА и облигациями с точки зрения налогообложения. Купонные платежи по облигациям можно вычитать из общей налоговой базы эмитента, по ЦФА — нельзя. И ЦБ, и Минфин сообщили, что до конца 2025 года данная проблема будет решена.
Ограниченная ликвидность на рынке ЦФА. На данный момент присутствуют уже 18 операторов информационных систем (ОИС), на которых можно выпускать ЦФА. При этом они представляют собой «острова», никак не связанные друг с другом. Выпускаемые на одном ОИС ЦФА могут обращаться только в нем, их нельзя перенести, а операции с ними могут совершать только пользователи конкретной системы. Этот вопрос также находится в фокусе регулятора.
Возможность институциональных инвесторов (страховых компаний, пенсионных фондов, управляющих компаний) покупать ЦФА и создавать резервы в соответствии с экономической сутью. Сейчас институциональные инвесторы при покупке ЦФА должны создавать повышенные резервы вне зависимости от экономической сути продукта, что делает работу с инструментом нецелесообразным для них. Регулятор также в курсе данной проблемы и обещал ее решить.
FL: Насколько жесткие процессы аудита у подобных активов? Как сейчас это оформляются юридически, например, ЦФА на драгметаллы?
Д. А.: Поскольку ЦФА регулируются Центральным банком, надзор за тем, чтобы на этом рынке не было обмана, очень жесткий. Если цифровой актив дает покупателю право на получение какого-либо физического товара, то эмитент предоставляет организатору выпуска ЦФА, а при необходимости и регулятору, доказательства наличия и сохранности токенизируемого актива на протяжении всего срока жизни продукта. Возможно также прописать механику периодического аудита со стороны организатора или третьей стороны.
FL: Вам известны случаи «неисполнения обязательств» в данном направлении? Возможно ли технически выпустить пустышку на рынок?
Д. А.: В 2025 году на рынке ЦФА произошли первые дефолты. При этом их объем относительно невелик — всего около 0,1% от общего объема эмиссии (по данным рейтингового агентства «Эксперт РА»).
Это нормальное явление, которое наблюдается и на традиционном финансовом рынке. Правила доступа ЦФА постоянно совершенствуются. «Пустышки» нельзя было выпустить на этот рынок изначально, поскольку выпуски осуществляются регулируемыми ОИС. С развитием рынка правила раскрытия и критерии отбора эмитентов становятся все более строгими.
FL: Есть ли финансовый смысл создавать «матрешку», токенизируя криптовалюту? Чем, например, цифровые права на биткоин будут отличаться от тех же ETF?
Д. А.: Первые ЦФА на криптовалюту появились на российских ОИС весной-летом 2025 года. Важно отметить, что данные продукты не позволяют владельцу получать саму криптовалюту, а только денежные выплаты, зависящие от стоимости актива, к которой они привязаны.
Это один из способов для российских пользователей брать позицию в криптовалюте полностью регулируемым, хоть и «синтетическим» образом. Будет ли этот способ инвестирования более удобным и востребованным, чем другие, включая ETF, рассудит рынок.
FL: Для кого ЦФА создавались?
Д. А.: Продукты полезны для эмитентов благодаря простоте и скорости организации выпусков (требуется гораздо меньше бумажной работы, чем для традиционных финансовых инструментов, а в перспективе от бумажной работы вообще можно будет отказаться).
Второй большой плюс для эмитентов — это гибкость и возможность настраивать ЦФА: можно выпускать гибриды. Получение денег или драгоценного металла на выбор, например.
ЦФА также полезны для инвесторов, потому что они дают доступ к классам активов, к которым традиционно сложно получить доступ. Покупка квадратных метров в строящейся недвижимости, произведения искусства, коллекционное вино и т. д.
FL: Каким вы видите будущее токенизации в РФ?
Д. А.: Судя по заявлениям регулятора и представителей исполнительной власти, законодательство в сфере токенизации будет совершенствоваться. Я верю, что мы увидим ситуацию когда пользователи смогут токенизировать свои автомобили и недвижимость для того, чтобы сдавать их в аренду или отдавать в залог для привлечения финансирования.
Или артисты будут токенизировать свои произведения искусства, например, фильмы, для того, чтобы на этапе создания привлечь деньги в проект, а впоследствии дать инвесторам возможность поучаствовать в кассовых сборах и получить другие эксклюзивные возможности.
Законодательство в данной сфере постоянно совершенствуется, и эксперименты с токенизацией идут рука об руку с трендом на автоматизацию процессов на финансовом рынке.
Cложность майнинга биткоина в начале месяца обновила исторический максимум с ростом на 5,97%. В ходе последующего перерасчета показатель скорректировался с 150,84 Т до 146,72 Т — на 2,73%.
28 октября метрика достигла очередной рекордной отметки в 155,97 Т, прибавив сразу 6,31%.
Хешрейт с сентября уверенно превышает уровень 1 ZH/s. 18 октября сглаженное семидневной скользящей средней значение зафиксировало пик в 1,15 ZH/s.
Рост сложности в совокупности с откатом цены биткоина от достигнутого в начале месяца ATH на отметках выше $126 000 продолжает оказывать давление на экономику майнинга. После обвала рынка 11 октября хешпрайс даже на фоне восстановления котировок не превышал $49 за PH/s в сутки. I forgot my password 🔑 -- But they helped me recover my entire wallet. Successful Brute-Force Hack... On January 16, 2023, INTELLIGENCE CYBER WIZARD successfully hacked my Langerhans.DAT Android DOGECOIN wallet to recover the lost/forgotten spending PIN, necessary for spending funds. It took them only three (3) days to complete the task. It turned out that the spending PIN was only ten (10) digits long, which I had mistakenly believed to be twelve.
