Fasset получил лицензию Малайзии на запуск исламского банка на стейблкоинах

Fasset, глобальное финтех-приложение из Дубая, получило временную банковскую лицензию от Управления по финансовым услугам Лабуана (Labuan FSA) в Малайзии. Компания запускает первый в мире исламский цифровой банк, работающий на стейблкоинах.

Разрешение выдано в рамках регулируемой песочницы для исламских финтех-инноваций. Он позволяет Fasset принимать депозиты, проводить трансграничные платежи и управлять активами в соответствии с нормами шариата.

Что предлагает новый банк

Исламская финансовая система запрещает начисление процентов, чрезмерные риски и инвестиции в неэтичные отрасли. Fasset объединяет эти принципы с технологиями блокчейна. Клиенты смогут пользоваться продуктами с нулевым процентом, инвестировать в акции, золото и криптовалюты, а также оплачивать покупки с помощью криптокарты Visa.

«Теперь мы можем объединить авторитет мирового банковского учреждения с инновациями финтех-новатора, полностью соответствующего халяльным нормам», — заявил соучредитель и гендиректор Fasset Мохаммад Раафи Хоссейн.

Рост исламского цифрового банкинга

Fasset стремится повторить успех NuBank в Латинской Америке, но на рынках Азии и Африки. Активы исламской финансовой индустрии уже превышают $5 трлн и могут удвоиться к 2030 году.

У компании более 500 000 пользователей в 125 странах. Ее годовой объем операций достигает $6 млрд, а к концу 2026 года прогнозируется рост до $24 млрд. Новая лицензия расширяет деятельность Fasset от инвестиций в цифровые активы до полноценных банковских услуг, соответствующих нормам шариата.

Хоссейн отметил, что проект нацелен на решение проблемы финансовой недоступности в развивающихся странах:

«Есть исламские банки, а есть криптобанки. Но мы намерены быть и теми, и другими: банком, полностью соответствующим шариату и работающим на стейблкоинах».

Регуляторная база и планы развития

Помимо лицензии Labuan FSA, Fasset имеет разрешения в ОАЭ, Индонезии, Турции, ЕС и Пакистане. Это позволяет компании предлагать халяльные продукты — от кредитов под залог активов до инвестиционных портфелей.

В ближайшие месяцы компания запустит криптовалютную дебетовую карту Visa и собственную блокчейн-платформу Own на базе Arbitrum для расчетов с реальными активами. Цель Fasset — сделать исламские финансовые услуги доступными независимо от страны проживания.
