ЕЩЁ ОДИН «ТЫСЯЧЕЛЕТНИЙ ВОПРОС»: ЧТО ТАКОЕ «СОЗНАНИЕ»?
ПОПЫТКА ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ «СОЗНАНИЯ» НА СТЫКЕ ФИЗИКИ И ФИЛОСОФИИ
В этой публикации будет сделано предположение о той последовательности событий, в результате которой в «бесчувственном» Мире могли возникнуть такие явления как сознание и самосознание. И на основе этого предположения будет сделана попытка объяснить некоторые, кажущиеся сейчас таинственными, процессы нашего человеческого организма, такие как: бессознательное, сновидения, условность границ тела, восприятие нами самих себя, вне-телесный опыт, свобода воли, бессмертие.
На мой взгляд, главная ошибка многих исследователей «сознания» в их желании редуцировать его до каких-то объективных физических процессов, то есть найти ему соответствующий коррелят в материальном мире. Но я считаю, что это в полной мере невозможно. А как же тогда можно понять и объяснить «сознание» в наших обычных терминах, если оно не совсем материально?
Важным критерием понимания чего-либо является умение это сделать? Если мы сможем сделать искусственного «субъекта», обладающего «сознанием» и «самосознанием» (или хотя бы предложить принцип его «изготовления») следуя высказанной в данной публикации гипотезе, то это и будет, в какой-то мере, означать, что мы их понимаем.
Замечу, что ответить на вопрос – «что такое сознание?» пытались самые выдающиеся умы на протяжении последних двух тысяч лет. И до сих пор вопрос остаётся открытым. Эта публикация моя скромная попытка поучаствовать в необычайно сложном обсуждении проблемы «сознания».
Аксиомы, без которых не обойтись (более подробно здесь)
Но для начала нам придётся принять в качестве аксиом, то есть без опирающихся на что-то (кроме некоторой очевидности) доказательств, следующее два утверждения:
Аксиома 1: Мир существует независимо от любых субъектов. Он бесконечен, вечен, взаимосвязан и находится в постоянном движении, самообновлении.
Аксиома 2: Мир не однороден, в нём возникают флуктуации плотности «составляющих его частей», каждая из которых отображает на себе Мир своим особенным способом. То есть каждая такая флуктуация – уплотнение становится своего рода условным, уникальным «центром обзора» Мира.
Воспользовавшись этими аксиомами, предположим, что могло бы произойти в Мире, способное привести к появлению «субъектов», «сознания» и «самосознания».
Возникновение «субъектов»
1) Предполагаю, вполне возможно, что между условными «частями» случайного уплотнения (флуктуации) возникнут более сильные связи, чем между этими же «частями» и условно «внешним», по отношению к данной флуктуации, миром.
2) Флуктуация (уплотнение) может какое-то время существовать, если «связи и процессы в ней» и «условия внешнего мира» как-то случайно способствуют этому. Наблюдая за такой флуктуацией, в связи с этим, можно приписать ей условное «стремление к самосохранению».
3) «Внешний мир», воздействуя на случайно возникшее уплотнение, изменяет его, оставляет в нём своеобразные свои «отпечатки». (Под «отпечатками» мы будем понимать любые конечные, ограниченные изменения, возникающие в данном уплотнении при воздействии на него «внешнего мира»).
4) Предположим, что флуктуация может как-то «оперировать внутри себя» этими «отпечатками» и частично «использовать этот процесс» для своего самосохранения в Мире.
5) Такую более-менее устойчивую флуктуацию, уникальным образом отражающую «внешний мир», способную «оперировать внутри себя отпечатками мира» и как-то использовать это для своего самосохранения можно условно назвать «пред-субъектом».
6) Флуктуацию уже можно будет называть «субъектом», когда в ней возникнет некий условный «центр», благодаря которому она в большей степени начнёт «ощущать» свою форму (оболочку) и, используя свою «внутреннюю структуру», станет проявлять большую активность во «внешнем мире» с целью своего самосохранения и самораспространения.
Таким образом, «субъект» - это условная часть Мира, которая как-то выделяет «себя» из остального Мира, определяя его как «внешний» по отношению к себе, «ощущает саму себя» в качестве условного «центра обзора» и «точки отсчёта» для всего остального, воспринимаемого ею в Мире и активно действует в нём, с целью своего самосохранения.
Очень важно то, что и сам «субъект» и воспринимаемый им «внешний мир» это условности, то есть они не абсолютны. Субъект постоянно меняется, также постоянно меняется внешний по отношению к нему мир, и, тем не менее, на основании некоторых условных критериев субъект «ощущает» себя «тем же самым» и внешний мир как «примерно тот же самый».
В связи с этим удобно использовать понятие «Представление», введённое немецким философом Артуром Шопенгауэром. Он считал, что в Мире возникают «Представления» - своеобразные обзоры (срезы) Мира, условно делящиеся на «субъекта» - «центр» Представления и «внешний» для него мир, в котором субъект активно действует. Субъект является критерием существования всех условных форм своего Представления и воспринимает их своими «органами восприятия». При этом он, в той или иной степени, «ощущает» некую свою уникальность, целостность, субъективность.
Возникновение «сознания» и «самосознания» у субъектов
7) Если в таком «субъекте» происходит дальнейшее усложнение и «отпечатки» могут храниться, систематизироваться, причём и сама внешняя активность субъекта также «отпечатывается» в нём самом и вследствие этого возникают «знания» и «опыт», который тоже помогает субъекту самосохраняться в мире и обустраивать его «под себя», то в этом случае можно говорить о появлении того, что мы называем «сознанием» и «самосознанием».
То есть, «сознание» – это один из способов взаимодействия с Миром некоторых субъектов. Оно возникает тогда, когда ощущающий свои границы и какие-то основные свои параметры субъект начинает отражать (воспринимать) не только внешний, по отношению к себе, мир, но также и отражать в себе свою собственную активность во внешнем мире и в той или иной степени успешности оперировать этими отражениями. (Причём этот процесс не всегда может быть доступен другим субъектам в полном объёме). В результате чего возникает условная «память» субъекта о самом себе, его «история проживания» в Мире. Которая тоже используется им для своего самосохранения и самораспространения.
Сознание субъекта и связь с другими субъектами
8) О дальнейшем развитии «сознания» можно говорить тогда, когда появляются другие субъекты, с которыми данному субъекту приходится взаимодействовать и для этого начать применять условные «символы» для обозначения общих в их восприятиях форм мира.
9) Я полагаю, что восприятие каждым субъектом Мира уникально, но ограниченно. Субъект не способен воспринимать Мир всесторонне полно и глубоко, и может воспринимать его только в виде условных, конечных, ограниченных форм, взаимодействующих между собой условным, конечным, ограниченным способом.
10) Общаясь, субъекты начинают соотносить воспринимаемые ими формы между собой. И тогда можно говорить об «исключительно субъективных» («идеальных») формах, которые воспринимаются каждым субъектом индивидуально, и «относительно объективных» формах, которые воспринимаются примерно одинаково несколькими субъектами. Субъекты для общих для них форм начинают применять «символические обозначения», которое также становится частью их внутреннего мира, частью их «сознания».
11) Необходимо отметить, что только самого себя субъект может воспринимать максимально полно, а всех других субъектов он способен воспринимать лишь частично, ограниченно. Но он начинает воспринимать и самого себя и свой собственный мир (как внешний, так и внутренний) через общение с другими субъектами. И поэтому пытается обозначить все формы своего как внешнего, так и внутреннего мира также условными интерсубъективными символами, хотя это может оказаться не так легко сделать. То есть восприятие Мира субъектом во многом опосредовано общением с другими субъектами и «настоящим» признаётся тот мир, который существует одновременно для всех общающихся субъектов.
12) Субъекты «люди» называют общий в их восприятии мир «материальным миром». Они находят его причинно взаимосвязанным и закономерным (и основные закономерности - это сохранение неких условных параметров в условно замкнутых системах). Но такое явление как «сознание» не вписывается полностью в схему материального мира, так как связанные с ним процессы воспринимаются неодинаково самим субъектом и другими субъектами. И в науке возникают гипотезы, стремящиеся либо редуцировать «сознательное» до материального, либо объявить «сознательное» существующим параллельно с материальным (дуализм).
13) Моё же объяснение «сознания человека» вкратце таково – внешний мир отображается субъектом-человеком и как-то «отпечатывается» – производит определённые изменения в его внутренней структуре (в основном в нервной системе). Этот процесс частично материален, так как и внешний исследователь - другой человек может его как-то отследить. Но потом мозг начинает превращать процессы в нервной системе в некие «ощущения», «чувства», «образы», «мысли». Эти превращения и сами «ощущения», «чувства», «образы», «мысли» уже недоступны также для восприятия другими людьми и поэтому могут считаться нематериальными («идеальными»).
Возникающие «ощущения», «чувства», «образы», «мысли» условны, конечны, ограничены, как и всё в восприятии любого субъекта (здесь действует присущая каждому субъекту способность «превращать» воспринимаемое в условные, конечные, ограниченные формы). Из них создаётся некая «идеальная» (то есть недоступная другим субъектам) картина внешнего мира и самого субъекта в этом мире. «Анализируя» эту картину мира, то есть, выделяя те или иные её участки и акцентируясь на них, субъект посылает определённые сигналы всему организму, которые проявляются в его действиях в материальном мире.
Как сделать искусственного субъекта обладающего «сознанием»?
Если бы нам удалось сделать устройство способное:
1 – «выделять само себя» из окружающего мира и «ощущать» свои условные, с возможностью изменения «границы»;
2 – накапливать и анализировать информацию, получаемую из «внешнего мира», и делать то же самое с информацией о своей активности, то есть приобретать «знания» и «опыт»;
3 – стремиться самосохранить свои основные параметры («границы», «знания», «опыт», «ощущение самого себя») при взаимодействии с миром;
4 – общаться с другими субъектами, присваивая общим для них формам Мира условные символические обозначения и также делать их частью своего «внутреннего мира»;
То, можно было бы, наверное, предположить, что мы создали «субъекта», обладающего «сознанием» и «самосознанием». Причём, как и в случае с человеческим существом, мы имели бы довольно ограниченный доступ к «сознанию» этого «субъекта». То есть никто не мог бы ощущать «внутренний мир» этого «субъекта» более глубоко, чем сам этот «субъект». А значит его «сознание» также было бы частично не материальным. Иначе говоря, со временем этот искусственный субъект стал бы оперировать «внутри себя» некими «идеальными формами» недоступными другим субъектам.
В следующих публикациях мы разберём этот вопрос более подробно, и, в частности, проанализируем современные достижения в этой области, начав с таких программ как SHRDLU и Cyc.
Границы субъекта и «Я» субъекта
В своих публикациях я постоянно продвигаю тезис, что всё воспринимаемое в Мире условно, относительно, субъективно. И тело человека не является исключением. По моему мнению, «тело человека» это условность и находится в процессе постоянного изменения. К примеру, потребляя те или иные вещества из окружающей среды, мы делаем их частью нашего тела.
Но это ещё не всё. Исследования и наша практика показывают, что организм человека некоторым образом может «включать в себя» элементы внешнего мира и другим способом.
Приведём несколько цитат из книги Томаса Метцингера «Туннель Эго» : «Феноменальное включение искусственной руки в модель-самого-себя происходит в результате корреляции тактильных и визуальных входящих раздражений. Как только мозг обнаруживает синхронию в основе этой корреляции, он автоматически формирует новое, когерентное представление. После чего возникает сознательно переживаемое чувство обладания».
«Образ вашего собственного тела удивительно пластичен. Опытные лыжники, к примеру, могут пространственно распространять сознательный образ собственного тела вплоть до кончиков лыж. Водители-гонщики способны расширять образ своего тела, включая в него границы капота автомобиля; им не приходится визуально оценивать, смогут ли они проехать через узкий проезд или избежать столкновения с препятствием — они просто чувствуют это».
«Изучение фантомных конечностей помогло нам понять, как части наших тел могут быть изображены в феноменальной себя-модели, даже если они не существуют или никогда не существовали вообще. Вне-телесный опыт и иллюзии полного тела демонстрируют, как минимальное чувство себя и переживание «глобального обладания» могут возникнуть».
«Для того, чтобы выжить, биологические организмы должны не только успешно предсказывать, что в следующий момент произойдёт, но также должны быть способны точно предсказывать своё собственное поведение и телодвижения в их последовательностях».
«Эго («Я») — это особая часть виртуальной реальности. Создавая внутренний образ организма как целого, он позволяет организму присваивать себе своё аппаратное обеспечение (тело). Это ответ эволюции на потребность объяснения самому себе внутренних и внешних действий, а также на потребность предсказания поведения и наблюдения критических параметров системы. Наконец, оно позволяет системе отобразить изнутри историю своих действий в качестве своей собственной истории».
«Наши исследования сознания сделали очевидным тот факт, что мы никогда не находимся в прямом контакте с нашими физическими телами, но скорее с определенным видом репрезентационного содержимого».
Процессы размножения живых существ также подтверждают, что тело живого организма это условность. Оно, по сути, может состоять из нескольких тел (материнского тела и тел зародышей) выделять из себя другие тела и даже после этого поддерживать с ними определённого рода связь (которую мы называем «материнским чувством»).
Недавно было установлено, что оказывается в процессе эволюции в мозгу некоторых животных и Homo sapiens сформировалась область, которая помогает как бы «включать в тело» различные предметы внешнего мира. Именно это позволило живым организмам активно использовать «орудия труда», как некое продолжение собственного тела. Что ещё раз подтверждает, что сам «субъект» и воспринимаемый им «внешний мир» не абсолютны, а всего лишь некие условности. Субъект постоянно меняется, но, тем не менее, на основании некоторых условных критериев ощущает себя «тем же самым».
«Человек» - это самосохраняющаяся условность
Как утверждает физика, большая часть любого атома это, по сути, пустота. И теоретически тело человека можно «упаковать» до размера микроскопической пылинки (такие условия существуют, к примеру, в нейтронных звёздах). А всё человечество могло бы в этом случае уместиться в одном сахарном кубике.
То есть микроскопическая пылинка из 7×1027 атомов раздутая пустотой в триллионы раз - это и есть «мы». Часть из 60 химических элементов, из которых сложено наше тело (например, атомы водорода) являются ровесниками Большого взрыва, а другая часть появилась в нашей Вселенной после вспышек и распада так называемых «сверхновых звёзд».
Я полагаю, что каждого из нас можно рассматривать как некую случайную мировую флуктуацию, которая стремится самосохраниться и самораспространить себя (в виде таких своих условных частей как «гены» и «мемы») в окружающем нас внешнем мире. Большинство клеток нашего тела обновляется каждые 7-15 лет, и «человека» лишь условно можно считать неким стабильным образованием. По большому счёту мы лишь условная часть Мира – некая форма, стремящаяся как-то сохранить свои условные «основные параметры» при взаимодействии с окружающим нас, также условным «внешним миром».
Эволюция и сознание
Под «эволюцией жизни» на планете Земля мы в основном понимаем закрепление у видов живых организмов в процессе естественного отбора некоторых случайно (в результате генетических мутаций) приобретённых признаков, позволяющих им лучше адаптироваться к окружающей среде и оставлять больше потомства. Мы считаем, что именно эволюция привела к значительному усложнению живых организмов (Но есть большие сомнения в том, что это сделало их «счастливее». От Будды до Шопенгауэра, существует продолжительная философская традиция, позиционирующая, что жизнь не стоит того, чтобы жить).
Этапами эволюции можно назвать кооперацию белковых молекул, образование оболочек, а потом и неких центров у живых существ с разветвлённой системой связи со всем организмом в целом. На очередном этапе эволюции появляются живые существа не просто реагирующие на внешние воздействия, но и как-то «запоминающие» их и «оперирующие их отпечатками в себе». Причём «запоминалась» также и сама активность организма во внешнем мире. И, наконец, появились существа способные преобразовывать часть внутренних процессов организма в некие «идеальные формы», и выстраивать из них «картинки-образы» мира и «внутренний образ» самого этого существа в мире.
Вот как описывает этот процесс Томас Метцингер в своей книге «Туннель Эго»: «Глубочайшей формой внутренней перспективы было создание внутренней границы себя/мира. В эволюции, этот процесс начинался физически, с развитием клеточных мембран и иммунной системы, чтобы определить, с какими клетками в своём теле нужно обходиться, как со своими собственными, а какие считать нарушителями границы. Миллиарды лет спустя, нервные системы оказались способны репрезентировать это различение себя/мира на более высоком уровне, например — в качестве границ тела, очерченных интегрированной, но ещё и бессознательной, схемой тела. Сознательное переживание тогда подняло эту фундаментальную стратегию разделения действительности на прежде недосягаемый уровень сложности и разумности. Родилась феноменальная самость и постепенно возникло сознательное переживание бытия кем-то. Себя-модель, внутренний образ организма, как целого, оказался встроен в модель-мир — именно таким образом развилась сознательно переживаемая перспектива от первого лица.
Если существо вроде Homo sapiens развивает дополнительную способность запускать оффлайновые симуляции в своём уме, тогда оно может представлять возможные миры — миры, которые не переживаются, как настоящие. У этого биологического вида может быть эпизодическая память. Он может развить способность к планированию».
Я считаю сам процесс эволюции вполне материальным, так как его можно исследовать и описывать нашими стандартными научными методами. Но этот материальный процесс привёл к тому, что субъекты-живые существа смогли начать более активно оперировать «внутри себя» некими недоступными остальным субъектам формами и использовать эту новую открывшуюся возможность для своего существования в мире.
Зачем человеку мозг?
Мозг человека весит в среднем 1,5 килограмма, но потребляет до 20% производимой человеком энергии, несмотря на всю свою эффективность и экономичность по сравнению с современными компьютерами (мощность мозга бодрствующего взрослого человека всего около 20 ватт — сравнима с мощностью небольшой тусклой лампочки). Химический состав мозга довольно прост: это 78% воды, 15% жира, 7% - белки, гидрат калия и соль. Однако в нашей Вселенной нет ничего более сложного, чем мозг. Половина наших генов описывает структуру мозга, в то время, как вторая половина описывает организацию остальных 98% тела.
Человек, обладающий таким довольно тяжёлым, сложным и потребляющим так много нашей энергии органом как мозг, в общем способен неплохо адаптироваться к внешнему миру и проживанию в социуме. А это значит, что мозг тоже каким-то способом позволяет ему это делать. Если бы это было не так, то эволюция признала бы мозг бесполезным рудиментом и со временем удалила бы его из нашего организма. Так каковы же функции нашего мозга?
Большинство исследователей полагают, что мозг не только активно участвует в большинстве процессов нашей нервной системы, но и способен создавать некую общую, более-менее целостную картину мира и быстро в ней ориентироваться. Также он позволяет нам иметь определённые знания, приобретать опыт и осуществлять краткосрочное и долгосрочное планирование. Важнейшая функция мозга это возможность общения с другими людьми и операции, в связи с этим, абстрактными символами.
Закроем на минутку глаза и сосредоточимся на том, что происходит в это время в нашей голове. Скорее всего, вы ощутите некое мельтешение мыслей, образов, чувств. Я полагаю, что таким способом наш мозг пытается превратить идущие в нём электрические и химические процессы в более ясно оформленную и доступную вам, как целому организму, картину. Но это мельтешение мыслей, образов, чувств ещё нельзя назвать «сознанием». Сознание включается тогда, когда вы как неким фонариком начинаете «высвечивать» те или иные идеальные формы, создаваемые вашим мозгом, концентрироваться на отдельных мыслях, образах, чувствах и пытаться ими оперировать (то есть «осознавать»).
Попробую привести некую аналогию этому процессу. Представьте, что вы уткнулись в огромный экран телевизора и видите только мерцающие перед глазами цветные точки-пиксели. Это, в некоторой степени, может быть похоже на нейронные импульсы в нашем мозге. Но если вы отодвиньтесь от экрана телевизора, то уже сможете увидеть некие вполне оформленные образы. Примерно также, по моему мнению, мозг из множества одновременно «отстреливающих» нейронов создаёт образы и в нашем мозге которые «видны» только нам и никому более.
Пойдём в нашей аналогии дальше - в медицинской практике для общения с парализованными людьми используется устройство, которое следит за движением глаз обездвиженного человека по демонстрируемой перед ним картинке, и на основании этого врачи догадываются о его желаниях. Примерно также и наш мозг «следит» за тем, на какие создаваемые им формы - «образы», «мысли», «чувства» мы обращаем наше внутреннее внимание, и активирует их нейронную (нервную) составляющую, которая потом воздействует и на остальную часть организма. То есть мозг как бы «прокручивает нам видеоряд, слайд-шоу образов, мыслей, чувств» или создаёт удобный для нас «интерфейс» и пытается уловить на что мы «кликнем» нашим вниманием при его «просмотре». В этом и заключается процесс «сознания».
Но необходимо отметить, что большинство функций нашего организма и мозга в частности осуществляются, в общем, неосознанно. Дыхание, кровообращение, питание, большая часть наших механических движений происходят как бы автоматически и мы не привлекаем к этому наше сознание. Сознание это, по сути, управление нашими нервными процессами через сформированную мозгом некую «общую картину». Включая сознание, мы через этот «интерфейс» активируем те или иные области мозга, которые потом влияют и на остальную нервную систему организма. Когда мы обучаемся чему-либо, сознание вовсю работает, но потом мы начинаем применять выученное автоматически и сознание в этом процессе уже практически не участвует. Сознание позволяет нам совершенствоваться, накапливать знания и опыт, и скорее всего, существа не обладающие сознанием, не обучаемы в принципе.
Почему сознание можно лишь частично считать материальным?
Многие философы и исследователи мозга в 21 веке полагают, что редуцировать сознательные явления до известных науке физических процессов так и не удалось. Например, Дэвид Чалмерс в своей, ставшей культовой среди когнитивистов книге «Сознающий ум. В поисках фундаментальной теории» пишет:
«Проблема сознания может оказаться такой научной проблемой, которая требует использования философских методов истолкования, предшествующих ее рассмотрению. … Многие, в том числе и я сам в прошлом, полагали, что можно относиться всерьез к сознанию и одновременно оставаться материалистом. В этой книге я доказывал, что это невозможно. … Одна лишь эволюция не может объяснить, почему в ходе эволюционного процесса возникли сознательные существа, а не зомби».
То есть Чалмерс, как и многие другие исследователи сознания, полагает, что описать сознание в рамках известных нам физических, материалистических законов не получается. И в своей книге он пытается дать обоснование неким принципам и правилам, по которым в будущем могла бы быть построена фундаментальная теория сознания, в чём-то похожая на фундаментальную теорию физического мира, которая даёт вполне хорошие практические результаты (но «сознание» объяснить, тем не менее, до конца не способна).
В книге Чалмерса много интереснейших рассуждений, но я считаю, что он, как и большинство исследователей сознания, начинает с неверной предпосылки, полагая, что материальные законы должны объяснять и «сознание» тоже (и в своих последующих рассуждениях Чалмерс как раз и приходит к тому, что это, скорее всего, не так). Я же утверждаю, что материальное (и физические законы) это лишь часть субъективного восприятия Мира субъектом-человеком, общая с другими субъектами-людьми. И полагать, что законы частного могут быть без проблем применимы к более общему неправильно.
Каждый субъект-человек воспринимает Мир своим уникальным способом и это его восприятие лишь частично пересекается с восприятием других субъектов-людей, образуя так называемый «материальный мир». И это общее для них восприятие Мира – «материальный мир» очень удачно и удобно описывается физическими законами, действительными для всех субъектов-людей даже по определению. Но это вовсе не означает, что другая часть восприятия Мира уникальным субъектом-человеком (не общая с остальными субъектами-людьми) должна описываться теми же законами. По моему мнению, она может описываться лишь вероятностными законами, наподобие законов квантовой механики (и в последующих публикациях мы обсудим это).
То есть я полагаю, что «субъективное» первично и более широко, а «относительно объективное» (в частности – «материальное») вторично и более узко, и поэтому законы «относительно объективного» («материального») не обязательно должны применяться ко всей области субъективного (в том числе к «сознательным процессам»).
Образы, возникающие в субъекте-человеке, являющиеся частью сознательного процесса и действительные для него, не воспринимаются именно также другими людьми и поэтому считаются мною «идеальными», нематериальными. Причём эти идеальные образы не могут и напрямую влиять на материальный мир. Это нарушало бы принципы каузальности (причинности) материального мира. Но они как-то влияют на субъекта-человека, а он уже оказывает влияние на окружающий его физический мир.
Итак, «идеальное» - это нечто, безусловно существующее в Мире, но способное воздействовать на Мир только через посредство субъектов. К примеру некие идеи, запечатлённые на страницах книги или в какой-то картине не могут сами по себе напрямую влиять на Мир, а только будучи преломленными через того или иного субъекта, осознаны им.
Полностью ли мы контролируем наш мозг? Что такое «сны»?
Как мы уже предположили ранее, мозг (нервная система) человека, воспринимает сам себя (то есть одни части нервной системы отображают происходящее в других её частях) и преобразует свою активность в образы, мысли, чувства (создаёт удобный для использования «интерфейс»). Что позволяет человеку, анализируя этот «интерфейс» - образы, мысли, чувства и отдавая тем или иным из них приоритет, как-то влиять и на свою активность в мире и лучше в нём ориентироваться, адаптироваться, строить планы. То есть происходит некая вторичная переработка внешней и внутренней информации, которую мы и называем «сознанием».
Но, по всей видимости, человек далеко не полностью контролирует свою мозговую деятельность, и она, можно так сказать, живёт своей жизнью. И если во время бодрствования человек производит определённую корреляцию между активностью мозга и сигналами извне, то во время сна такая корреляция отсутствует и мозг «выдаёт» нам «картинки» и «видео» по «своему усмотрению».
При этом он «выдаёт» нам и образ нас самих в несколько упрощённом виде. Обычно «мы» лишены в наших снах части наших обычных эмоций и почти никогда не способны принимать «осмысленных» решений. Во время сновидений активируются те же самые области мозга, отвечающие за зрительные ощущения, как и во время бодрствования (так называемая фаза «быстрого движения глаз») только сигналы к ним приходят как бы с другой, внутренней, а не внешней стороны.
Но мы не только во сне не способны контролировать часть наших мозговых процессов. Зигмунд Фрейд открыл в мозге человека так называемое «бессознательное» - безусловно влияющее на нас, но не осознаваемое нами также как обычные наши мозговые процессы, то есть не включаемое в наш «стандартный мозговой интерфейс».
Общий вывод, по видимому, можно сделать такой - на определённом этапе эволюции (то есть случайно) живые существа «научились» не только реагировать на внешние воздействия своей нервной системой, но и перевоплощать электрические и химические процессы в ней в некий «интерфейс» (недоступный для других субъектов). И оперируя им, по-своему адаптироваться в окружающем мире. Но этот процесс далеко не так прост и часть нервных процессов всё равно нами не особенно контролируется. Поэтому мы и говорим об «осознанных» наших решениях и решениях «не осознанных».
Иллюзия выхода из тела
«Вне-телесный опыт — это широко известный класс состояний, во время которых индивид переживает очень реалистичную иллюзию покидания собственного физического тела (обычно в форме эфирного двойника) и передвигается вне последнего. Большинство вне-телесных переживаний происходят спонтанно, во время засыпания или хирургических операций, или несчастных случаев.
Четыре основных класса это: Автоскопическая галлюцинация, геаутоскопия, вне-телесный опыт и «чувство присутствия». Во время автоскопической галлюцинации и геавтоскопии, пациенты, видят своё тело извне, при этом, они не идентифицируются с ним и не чувствуют, что они находятся «в» этом иллюзорном теле. Однако, в случаях геавтоскопии, всё может быть несколько иначе и пациент может не знать, в каком из тел он сейчас находится. Все четыре типа переживаний имеют чисто нейрологическую подоплёку (см. светлые участки); Опухоль мозга и эпилепсия — в числе наиболее характерных причин геавтоскопии.
Психолог Susan J. Blackmore вынесла на обсуждение редукционистскую теорию вне-телесного опыта, в которой опыт выхода из тела описан как модель действительности, создаваемая мозгом в условии отрезанности последнего от входных данных от органов чувств, что может иметь место во время стрессовых ситуаций; в таком положении, мозг вынужден опираться на внутренние источники информации. Она привлекла внимание к тому замечательному факту, что визуальные когнитивные карты, реконструируемые по памяти, чаще всего построены с перспективы высоты птичьего полёта. Закройте глаза и вспомните, как вы в последний раз гуляли вдоль пляжа. Действительно ли ваша зрительная память строит картинку с видом из ваших глаз? Или, возможно, вы наблюдаете себя, идущим вдоль берега, откуда-то сверху? У большинства людей наблюдается именно последнее.
Blackmore предположила, что во время вне-телесных опытов, мы передвигаемся дискретными сдвигами, от одной пространственной точки на нашей когнитивной карте к другой. Перемещения происходят во внутренней модели нашей окружающей среды, во внутренней симуляции (причём, не самого высокого разрешения) ландшафтов, с которыми мы уже знакомы. Её основная идея заключалась в том, что вне-телесный опыт представляет собой сознательную симуляцию мира, пространственно организованную из перспективы от третьего лица и включающую в себя реалистичную репрезентацию собственного тела; и эта репрезентация действительно очень правдоподобна потому, что мы не распознаём в ней симуляцию.» - так описывается явление «вне-телесного опыта» в книге Томаса Метцингера «Туннель Эго».
С точки зрения нашей концепции «сознание» субъекта означает выстраивание в нём «идеальной» картинки Мира и самого себя в мире. То есть человек воспринимает самого себя двояко – в виде материального тела через призму общения с другими субъектами-людьми и в виде некоего идеального образа, действующего в его идеальном мире. Как правило, эти два образа совпадают. Но в стрессовых ситуациях может происходить иллюзия «выхода из тела» (при этом внешние наблюдатели никакого «выхода из тела» конечно не наблюдают).
Возможно также, что наше физическое тело только некая условная часть «нас самих» как гораздо более объёмной части Мира и «квази-мы» лишь условно находимся в нашем физическом теле. Но эту тему я здесь развивать не буду, вернёмся к ней позже.
Обладает ли человек свободой воли?
Очень важный вопрос - обладает ли «человек» свободой воли? Или он, будучи неотъемлемой частью Мира и включённым во все его глобальные и непознаваемые, по большому счёту, «квази-процессы» просто с неизбежностью следует, подчиняется им, не имея возможности что-либо изменить?
На мой взгляд - да, «человек» (и «субъект» вообще) обладает «свободой воли». Ведь любой субъект лишь условно цельное существо, а на «самом деле» состоит из условных частей, которые как-то взаимосвязаны и взаимодействуют друг с другом и с внешним миром. И в зависимости от состояния и взаимодействия этих внутренних частей субъект-человек так или иначе действует в окружающем его мире как «некое целое». Это и есть проявление его «воли». То есть не все действия человека однозначно определяются внешними условиями. Его реакция на одни и те же внешние воздействия может быть различной, в зависимости от его внутреннего состояния в данный момент. В этом и проявляется его «воля».
Если бы мы были способны, проанализировав окружающую субъекта-человека обстановку, всегда точно предсказывать его реакцию, то тогда имели бы право говорить, что «свободы воли» у него нет. Но мы не можем этого сделать, и поэтому говорим, что человек обладает некоторой (конечно весьма ограниченной) но свободой воли. Мы довольно справедливо применяем к некоторым людям определение «безвольный» если его действия полностью определены только внешними обстоятельствами и поэтому совершенно предсказуемы.
Таким образом, внутри условного субъекта-человека происходят некие процессы и это оказывает влияние на его взаимодействие с внешним миром. В этом и проявляется его, так называемая, «воля». А у самого человека возникает ощущение, что он в определённые моменты поступает свободно. Мы называем это «ощущением свободы воли» (хотя конечно важно понимать, что все наши определения условны и придуманы нами самими.)
Бессмертие
Исходя из вышесказанного согласимся, что личность, «Я» человека, скорее всего зашифрована неким образом в его нейронной структуре. Она постепенно формируется с момента рождения (а возможно и раньше) и к определённому возрасту может считаться вполне сложившейся. Со своим опытом, знаниями и самоощущением. И если научиться её некоторым образом сохранять, то человек может существовать в Мире неограниченно долго. Все остальные органы могут быть либо как-то приращены, либо заменены на механические.
Я не очень верю, что в обозримом будущем «Я» человека может быть перенесено в компьютер. Более вероятным я полагаю перенесение «Я» на новую белковую, нейронную основу, то есть сохранение той части нейронной структуры мозга, которая отвечает за самоощущение «Я» человека и большую часть его памяти. (У меня уже была публикация на эту тему и в ближайшее время я планирую опубликовать вторую её часть).
Резюме
В данной публикации я продвигаю следующую философскую концепцию:
- Вечный, бесконечный Мир существует независимо от субъектов и в нём случайным образом возникают флуктуации плотности «составляющих его частей», каждая из которых становится уникальной «точкой обзора» Мира;
- Но никакая «точка обзора» не может отражать («воспринимать») Мир всесторонне полно и глубоко и «воспринимает» Мир в виде условных, ограниченных, конечных «форм», взаимодействующих между собой условным, конечным, ограниченным способом;
- Можно сказать, что для каждой такой «точки обзора» существует своя «Вселенная» и поэтому уникальных «Вселенных» в Мире бесконечное множество. Каждая «Вселенная» будет характеризоваться неким набором условных параметров, которые зависят, в том числе, от уникальных способностей восприятия «точки обзора».
- Существование таких «Вселенных» заключается в некотором сохранении ими особых (условных) своих параметров, что «точкой обзора» воспринимается в виде «законов сохранения», а также в виде «законов, объясняющих само возникновение данной «точки обзора» в этой «Вселенной» (некий аналог «антропного принципа»);
- Некоторые «точки обзора» можно считать «субъектами». «Субъект» это условная часть Мира, которая делит Мир на условного «себя» и условно «внешний, по отношению к себе, мир» и пытается активно самосохраняться (и даже самораспространяться) в этом мире;
- Каждый субъект («точка обзора») воспринимает Мир своим уникальным способом. Но некоторые субъекты отражают не только внешний мир, но отражают «в себе» и «свою активность» в мире. Сохранение этих отражений, систематизация их и использование для своего самосохранения в Мире мы называем «сознанием» и «самосознанием»;
- Различные субъекты могут общаться между собой и, так или иначе, обозначать примерно одинаковые в их восприятии формы Мира. В таком случае можно говорить об «относительной объективности» этих форм и некой общей для этих субъектов «Вселенной».
- Общую и наиболее доступную в восприятии субъектов-людей часть Мира люди обозначают как «материальный мир». Они находят его причинно взаимосвязанным и «закономерным».
- Но большую часть Мира «субъект-человечество» (как некое единое целое) практически не воспринимает, и люди, в общении между собой, обозначают это как «поле», «вакуум», «тёмная материя», «тёмная энергия» и «сознание». А для определения воздействия этих частей Мира на «материальный мир» используют в основном вероятностные законы.
- Максимально полно субъект воспринимает только самого себя и не может полностью воспринимать других субъектов. Поэтому, к примеру, субъекта-человека лишь частично можно считать «материальным». Но и самого себя любой субъект воспринимает только в ограниченном, условном варианте.
