Цифровые тройники: есть ли половой смысл? Искусственный интеллект против естественного. MATLAB помогает импортозамещению
Продолжаем истории быдлокодера, который пытается стать миллионером. В данном тексте вас ждет новое слово в науке и технике, а также очередные поучительные истории внедрения инженерного софта в суровых условиях зоны рискованного земледелия среднерусской возвышенности и солнечного ковбойского штата Техас.
Этот текст у меня родился после посещения конференции, где наш заказчик (внезапно для нас) рассказал, как он с помощью нашей библиотеки моделирования теплогидравлических систем и библиотеки нейронных сетей обрабатывает данные, полученные с летательных аппаратов, используя 1D математическую модель системы кондиционирования воздуха.
Рецепт цифрового двойника
Это схема, которую мы уже давно используем и предлагаем клиентам: наша математическая 1D модель уточняется и настраивается по результатам эксперимента или эксплуатации. И таким волшебным образом наша модель легким движением руки специалиста превращается в цифровой двойник. Именно так описывается модель, которая связана данными с «перваком», в западных стандартах:
“A digital twin is set of adaptive models that emulate the behaviour of a physical system in a virtual system getting real time data to update itself along its life cycle. “
Мы занимались этим еще до того, как это стало модно и молодежно. И надо заметить, это не только потому что мы такие умные, а еще и потому, что в атомной отрасли, где я начинал свою карьеру, расчетное моделирование процессов после чернобыльской катастрофы является неотъемлемой частью процесса проектирования. А прежде чем что-то считать в атомном проекте, вы должны доказать, что ваша считалка уже достаточно отросла, и вы по-взрослому можете в расчете отмоделировать реальный объект. Есть специальная олимпиада для атомного моделирующего софта – аттестация программных кодов называется. Мы – уже ветераны этого олимпийского движения и моделируем все что движется. А что не движется, двигаем и тоже моделируем.
В нашей истории есть эпизод, когда наша модель сравнивалась с результатом эксперимента на живом реакторе. Что примечательно, реактор был РБМК, именно тот который взорвался в Чернобыле, и именно в результате эксперимента. (На всякий случай для молодого поколения: Чернобыль взорвался не от другого эксперимента, от наших экспериментов он не взрывался). Поэтому у меня особые чувства вызывает слайд из древней презентации начала двухтысячных, где желтым по синему написано о сравнении результатов моделирования режима АЗ и реакторных экспериментов на 3-м блоке Смоленской АЭС.
Цифровой двойник реактор РБМК
Так что этот «digital twin» мы делали еще в далеком 2004 году, задолго до того, как это стало трендом. И делали мы этот самый дижитал твин, не потому что этому нас научили «добрые белые господа» в пробковых шлемах, а потому что это реально помогало в процессе проектирования, и без всякой цифровой трансформации. В случае РБМК производилась замена аналоговой системы управления на новую, создаваемую на базе контроллеров. Наличие модели, на которой можно проверить работоспособность новой системы, значительно сокращало сроки, стоимость и снижало риски, что для чернобыльского типа реакторов было принципиально.
Так что в этой области балета (цифровые двойники) мы впереди планеты всей.
Цифровые тройники как их готовить
А сейчас наш заказчик на глазах изумленной публики сделал следующий шаг. Как говорил Армстронг: «Этот один маленький шаг для человека, но гигантский скачок для всего человечества» («That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind»).
Крестный отец русских «цифровых двойников» утверждает, что в западное инженерное ПО вложены миллионы долларов и тысячи человеко-лет индусских кодеров, и мы его никогда не догоним. Но вместо того, чтобы догонять нужно сделать «Двойной прыжок лягушки». Это модель, предложенная проректором по цифровой трансформации Санкт-Петербургского политехнического университета Петра Великого (СПбПУ) Алексеем Боровковым.
Я эту модель горячо поддерживаю и целиком разделяю, и стараюсь воплотить в жизнь: обгонять запад не надо - надо его перепрыгнуть! Как поется в одном старом шансоне:
«…рано радуется гад!
А Запад обогнали,
Мы б еще в начале,
Если б не боялись
Показать свой голый зад!»
И вот вам, пожалуйста, пример двойного прыжка лягушки с переворотом:
Если 1D модель настраивается по данным испытаний, то ее можно использовать для того, чтобы насчитать нужное нам количество режимов для обучения нейронной сети. После этого можно заменить эту модель нейронной сеткой, которая вместо долгого и нудного расчета физических уравнений будет вычислять мгновенно выход по входу, полностью повторяя отклик реальной физической модели (а, значит, и объекта).
Далее мы проводим анализ информации, полученной с объекта, загружая в модель программу полета, и сравниваем с результатами работы нейронной сети. Если есть отклонения больше, чем погрешности измерения датчиков, значит в данном режиме система СКВ работала не так, как должна, и именно этот режим можно анализировать на полной и подробной физической 1D модели. Таким образом, скорость обработки массива данных эксплуатации объекта возрастает кардинально. Именно это и проделали наш заказчик.
Цифровой тройник впервые на арене!
А это ведь новое слово в науке и технике – прорыв которого ждало все прогрессивное человечество – «Цифровой тройник» (почти как у Пьера Вудмана, МЖМ: модель – железо – модель, двойное проникновение или двойной прыжок). Пока все мучают ChatGPT глупыми вопросами, наша компания реально ставит искусственный интеллект на службу авиации и любой другой прогрессивной промышленности, где есть естественный интеллект.
И что интересно, это уже не единичный случай. Практически такой же цифровой тройник у нас получился у другого заказчика с литий-ионными аккумуляторами. Одному институту необходимо было моделировать процесс, в котором участвовали литий-ионные аккумуляторы. Изначально, в качестве моделирующей системы был выбран Siemens Amesim. Но оказалось, что буржуинская модель литий-ионного аккумулятора содержит в себе разрядную характеристику и набор параметров, которые не обеспечивают необходимую точность расчёта. А ученым важна была точность.
У нас модель точнее, но самое главное – наша модель открыта. Пользователь может спокойно поменять расчетную схему модели и править блоки, написанные на встроенном языке программирования. Таким образом любое существующее знание, выраженное в математических формулах расчета процесса, легко и непринужденно упаковывается в модель и используется в 1D схеме.
Модель LI аккумулятора
В процессе исследований выяснилось, что существующие приближения и формулы расчета не обеспечивают достаточную точность моделирования процесса. Отличия достаточно существенны, по крайней мере для целей моделирования научного стенда. Кроме того, одинаковые по заводским характеристикам аккумуляторы ведут себя немного по-разному, но этого «немного» оказалось достаточно, чтобы расчетная модель была негодной для проведения экспериментов.
Теория и практика не совпадают
И тут опять на сцену выходят цифровые тройники. В SimInTech есть библиотека нейронных сетей, и заказчик придумал, как ему победить несоответствие модели аккумуляторной батареи реальности. Далее цитата из методики:
«..Особенностью литий-ионных аккумуляторов является наличие гистерезиса, то есть медленного изменения напряжения при мгновенном изменении тока, что значительно усложняет моделирование. Кроме того, энергия, затраченная на заряд ячейки, больше энергии, отдаваемой ей при разряде при одинаковых токах. Поэтому модель должна учитывать процессы релаксации, а обучающее множество должно быть подобрано соответствующим образом. Одним из вариантов решения этой проблемы является обучение модели на тех точках разрядных кривых, где влияние релаксационных процессов невелико, а учитывать эти процессы можно отдельно. Наиболее подходящей методикой построения модели является разряд, в ходе которого производится ряд замыканий и размыканий цепи. При этом время замыканий и размыканий должно быть подобрано так, чтобы переходные процессы, длительность которых зависит от температуры, устанавливались…”
Цифровой тройник для LI аккумулятора
После этого, погоняв на стендах батарейку, можно получить данные для тренировки нейронной сети. И после этого мы получаем точную модель, которую можно использовать в 1D модели. В итоге точные и быстрые модели получаются на «раз, два, три»:
1) Ставим батарейку на стенд и разряжаем, накапливая данные (железо)
2) Обучаем нейронную сеть на данных по разряду (модель)
3) Вставляем обученную нейросеть в модель 1D (модель)
То есть методика «цифровых тройников» (ж-м-м) не просто теоретическая теория, а практически реализованная уже сегодня технология будущего. Как писал Ленин в статье «Три источника и три составные часть марксизма». Учение о цифровых тройниках всесильно, потому что оно верно!
В этом месте сторонники традиционных консервативных ценностей могут заявить, что нейронку можно настроить по непосредственным данным с железа, с испытательного стенда или с эксплуатации. И 1D модель здесь, как третий лишний. Но, как говорится, есть нюанс, и третий не лишний, а запасной. Главное условие внедрения – это наличие естественного интеллекта, иначе не полетит. Почему? Объясню на реальных примерах.
Истории провалов, где естесвенный интеллект мешал искусственному.
Сейчас будет пара очередных баек из склепа, две истории с продажей системы моделирования для двух заводов. Один – наш российский, другой – американский. Это будет уже второй кейс с провалами, первый разобран здесь: Как я чуть не стал миллионером, продавая воздух, или почему Россия – не Америка.
Эти две истории произошли в далекой галактике 11 лет назад, когда у нас импортозамещением еще не пахло. А США были наши партнёрами и можно было слетать во Флориду на Майями Бич без пересадок.
В то время продавать отечественный инженерный софт было задачей за гранью фантастики. Главную причину я уже приводил в статье про то, как мы ценность французскому ПО добавляли. В том кейсе эффективные менеджеры предпочли работать напрямую с большой международной компанией, и выкинуть меня, мелкого посредника, за борт в водоем, как Герасим Муму. Хорошо, хоть камень не привязали.
В 90-х мы получили глобальную проблему в управлении предприятиями, когда на верхних позициях эффективных манагеров оказываются не те, кто вырос из инженеров и прошел путь в индустрии и отрасли, и понимает до болта, как работает их предприятие, а финансисты-экономисты, бухгалтеры-юристы и прочие, связанные с финансами кадры. Эффективные манагеры хорошо понимают денежные потоки, вопросы отжима, передела и раздела активов, но в инженерных проблемах сильно плавают, вернее тонут, поскольку ничего не понимают.
Я сам начал работать практически в лихие 90-е. Можете почитать, как американская коррупция из физика-ядерщика сделала быдло кодера. Тогда каждый инженер был сам себе айтишник, и на Горбушке можно было купить диск с любыми программами, а в каждой организации любой толковый инженер мог сам себе собственноручно организовать внедрение любого софта от AutoCAD иMatchCAD, до СATIA, ProE, Matlab и ANSYS всего за каких-то несколько жалких долларов.
В то легендарное время легко можно было встретить в одном кабинете у инженеров реально работающие: кульман, (для зуммеров: это такой аналоговый САПР с карандашом и линейкой), рядом AutoCAD, СATIA, SolidWorck и ProEngieer до кучи. И все это работало и решало реальные производственные задачи. А эффективным манагерам было тогда вообще все равно, в каком там софте инженегры рисуют их непонятные картинки и считают свои непонятные формулы. Есть результат и ладно. Типовые айтишники на предприятии тогда занимались закупками картриджей к принтерам или, если повезло, закупками компьютеров по заказу инженеров. Ну, и хранили кусачки для обжима проводов интернета.
Но потом в Россию пришли западные компании-производители софта и начали приучать пользователей платить. Внезапно выяснилось, что копеечные диски содержат софта на десятки тысяч и сотни тысяч долларов. Подключилась прокуратура, потом ОМОН с маски-шоу, и внезапно стоимость бесплатного софта для предприятий стало настолько заметной, что эффективные менеджеры начали вникать в тему. Ну, как вникать:
- Кто у нас там компьютеры, бумагу и картриджи для принтеров покупает? Вот сделаем ему департамент ИТ, пусть он и софт тоже купит для проектирования.
Так внезапно должность завхоза по бумаге для принтера превратилась в должность ИТ-директора, который стал определять в каком софте рисовать ядерный реактор. И на эти должности часто стали ставить «правильных» людей. Когда на хорошую непыльную должность берут сына или дочь нужного человека, это называется взять “борзыми щенками”. Но поскольку в самих реакторах эти борзые щенки-завхозы слабо понимали, а инженеров они вообще не понимали, то выбирать софт они могли, только ориентируясь на степень надутости щек продавцов западного софта.
- Мы выбираем западное решение, потому что его используют такие компании как Мерседес, Тойота, Боинг и Эйрбас. Там лучшие мировые практики!
Любые возражения инженеров отметались на корню.
- Не работает? Да это у вас руки кривые, не умеете. Мы уже миллионы потратили на мировое решение. Идите и учитесь.
Именно поэтому, как правильно заметил в дискуссии под предыдущим кейсом уважаемый nadoelo , замену одного софта на другой эффективные манагеры осуществляют быстро и просто. Пришли продавцы западного ПО, надули щеки, про то какие они мировые лидеры, и, вуаля, бюджет на внедрение осваивается.
…. Ровно наоборот, у меня есть опыт внедрения и сопровождения инженерного ПО для автоматизации процессов капитального строительства в 9 странах. В России как нигде пересаживание происходит регулярно и простыми решениями руководства. В развитых странах умеют считать экономику процесса в долгую и понимают риски от смены ПО. В России экономический расчет заканчивается на этапе закупки простым сравнением цены
И в этих условиях продажа отечественного инженерного софта тогда была задачей Мюнхгаузена: вытащить самого себя за волосы из болота вместо с лошадью. Объяснить завхозу-директору по ИТ про дифференциальные уравнения в общих производных невозможно. А тем более невозможно объяснить, что такое жесткие задачи, и почему мы считаем быстрее и лучше, чем западные аналоги. Потому что он вообще не понимает, что и зачем мы считаем. Предметно можно разговаривать со специалистами-инженерами, но это совсем не гарантия результата.
Даже если вы убедили инженеров в том, что вы крутой, как вареное яйцо или крепкий орешек, и они искренне вас полюбили и готовы использовать ваш софт, нужно идти к ИТ-завхозу и убеждать его. А ходить и общаться с таким руководством инженерам, как правило, не хочется. Кто в здравом уме захочет получить лишнюю порцию унижений? Поэтому все наши первые заказы в те далекие времена появлялись только тогда, когда надутые щеки продавцов MATLAB сдувались при столкновении с реальными задачами, и у инженеров хватало железа в яйцах, чтобы прийти к менеджеру и сказать ему, что MATLAB здесь вообще не работает. Понятно, что такое сочетание сложной задачи и крепких орешков инженегров достаточно редкое в дикой природе.
Первые проекты у нас были вообще не с продажей ПО, а с выполнением расчетов и созданием моделей «под ключ». А хотелось продавать лицензии на софт, чтобы заказчик сам, используя наш продукт, решал свои задачи.
Но для этого нужны настоящие специалисты на руководящих местах, которых тогда было очень мало, а когда они встречались, случалась радость, переходящая в дикий восторг, затмевающий глаза и мешающий взглянуть на реальную картину маслом.
Провал в России
Однажды у нас появился потенциальны заказчик – Завод, с редким тогда типом руководителя, который, мало того, что сам кандидат технических наук, мало того, что занимался системами как инженер, так еще и диссертацию писал и защищал по расчетному моделированию теплообмена. Но вишенка на торте – он сам лично программировал расчеты! После толпы эффективных манагеров и борзых щенков в те темные времена такой руководитель был как луч света в темном царстве.
Такое совпадение — это же полный флэш-рояль. Мы считали, что сейчас ему покажем, как мы моделируем его испытательную установку, и он, как специалист и бывший программист, оценит гениальность нашего ПО и насыпет нам денег, и внедрит полноценный процесс модельно-ориентированного проектирования на своем заводе.
Дополнительной уверенности на придавало, то, что для хитрого теплообменного оборудования у нас уже был опыт. Мы делали экспериментальную модель и разрабатывали методику моделирования 1D https://habr.com/ru/articles/466215/ Мы специально заказывали эксперимент в одном техническом ВУЗе и работали с результатами эксперимента, разрабатывая методику моделирования.
Все карты совпали, идем ва-банк, тут точно должны заработать.
Сейчас-то я понимаю, что были конечно намеки, что не все так просто и однозначно. Например, один из старых специалистов завода высказал сомнения в возможности моделирования:
- У нас оборудование получается с разными характеристиками, которые мы сами только на экспериментальном стенде можем снять. Как вы сможете смоделировать то, что даже мы не знаем, это как «поди туда – не знаю куда, принеси то – не знаю что».
- Но законы физики-то ваше оборудование не нарушает? А значит, его поведение подчиняется понятным уравнения, а всякие уточняющие коэффициенты можно со стенда и взять. И будет все точно, как в аптеке. И наша модель будет точна, как швейцарские часы.
Мы сделали первый вариант модели стенда и получили отличное совпадение с результатом испытаний. Отправляем отчет и ждем, когда нас будут хвалить. Каково же удивление, когда на мой звонок в проектный отдел, мне отвечают
- У вас же ничего не получилось там ничего не совпадает.
-???!!!????
- Вот, у меня заключения по вашим результатам: 70% погрешности!
Результаты моделирования представляли собой набор табличек с параметрами различных точек стенда, работающего в различных режимам примерно такого содержания:

Откуда появилась погрешность в 70%? Все просто: разница в градусах Цельсия между результатом расчета и показанием на стенде была отнесена к показаниям реального стенда. На мой вопрос «а если бы на выходе было 0 градусов, какая была бы погрешность?» инженер, принимающий отчет, ответить не смог.
Идем к руководителю, показываем отчет и говорим, что все вообще совпадает. На перепаде в 300 градусов с тремя теплообменниками и турбиной мы попали в точку, а если учесть еще и погрешность термопар в 2,5 градуса, то точнее вообще посчитать нельзя. Еще раз убеждаемся, что нам повезло с технически грамотным руководителем, он согласен с нашим аргументами, и работа продолжается.
Продолжение работ уже с динамическими режимами. Нам выдают результаты и тут мы видим, что у нас реально не получается. Реальный процесс идет даже по направлению не так, как рассчитано. Температура должна падать, а она растет. К счастью, отклонения оказываются настолько не физическими, в процессе появляются лишние килограммы воздуха.
Приезжаем к заказчику, начинаем разбираться. Тыкаем в нос несоответствия, нас ведут к оператору стенда. И он, нимало не смущаясь, заявляет:
— Вот тут температура уже к 0 идет, и чтобы не было изморози, я кран с теплым воздухом на линии подмеса открываю руками, так на глаз. Сколько там воздуха теплого появляется, хрен его знает, там нет никаких измерений.
До слез! Мы настраиваем нашу модель по параметрам испытаний и тут выясняется, что эти испытания идут, как бог на душу положит оператору стенда. Что мы вообще считаем?
В этом месте мне хочется еще раз подчеркнуть важное преимущество нашего «цифрового тройника». Какой результат получится, если обучить нейронную сеть на данных с экспериментального стенда, где оператор крутит краны, как ему бог на душу положит? Правильно! Получится полная тень от листьев хрена. Но если экспериментатора дополнить 1D моделью, в которой честно решаются уравнения физики, то нейронка будет работать верно. А все манипуляции оператора можно будет вытащить на свет и учесть в модели. Но для это нужно уравнения физики все-таки знать. Это могут не только лишь все.
Так что без естественного интеллекта искусственный не полетит! И только наш исконно посконный православный «цифровой тройник» с 1D – реальный путь к успеху.
Вернемся к нашей истории. Руководитель, который сам когда-то рассчитывал теплообменники, вынужден был согласиться с нашими аргументами и подтвердить реальную причину отклонений модели от эксперимента. Включить «эффективного менегера» он не смог, образование ему не позволяло. В итоге, нам удалось настроить модель и получить полное совпадения модели и расчетов.
Но в процессе выполнения работы я потихоньку начал подозревать, что при таком подходе Заводу наше моделирование вообще никуда не упиралось. Завод производил свои изделия как получалось, потом, как придется, испытывал на стенде и отправлял, как заплатят, по всей стране. Ни цифровые двойники, ни тем более цифровые тройники заводу не нужны. Он печет себе «перваки», как пирожки, и ничего его не парит. Ни отставание от прогресса, ни цифровая трансформация, ни прыжки лягушки в попытках обогнать запад. Кстати, а что там на диком западе?
Провал в Техасе
Отмотаем немного назад. Тогда я, совсем юный мамкин стартапер, в Хьюстоне продаю свое русское моделирующее ПО. Меня познакомили с потенциальным клиентом – производителем нефтяного оборудования, в штате Техас https://www.agarcorp.com/ Хозяин завода – простой американский миллионер, построивший бизнес с нуля на своих знаниях процессов. Миллионер-дедушка, божий одуванчик, он продавал за какой-то безумный прайс нефтяникам устройство, которое определяло сколько в потоке нефти, сколько газа и сколько воды идёт из скважины. Цена была такая астрономическая, что это устройство даже не на каждую скважину ставят, ибо дорого даже для нефтяников, а переключают потоки из нескольких скважин для переодических измерений. Я побывал на производстве. Там, в небольшом ангаре, члены БЛМ собирали устройство, в котором несколько расходомеров, ультразвуковой датчик, микроволновый датчик, датчики давления, температуры. Нефть из скважины проходила через агрегат, и система определяла расход, сколько нефти, сколько газа, а сколько воды. Причем состав оборудования совсем не секретный, по внешнему виду – ничего сложного, не сложнее системы отопления коттеджа, описанной в этой статье про ядерные погремушки в каждой избушке. На производстве были открытые корпуса электронного блока, где в качестве вычислителя был Intel 386 процессор (я специально посмотрел). На мой вопрос:
— А как вы настраиваете эти все датчики, их же нужно каждый тарировать, чтобы потом точно пересчитать показания в параметры сырой нефти?
Был ответ:
— Это очень сложная математика, наше главное ноу-хау и никто повторить его не может.
У меня уже в голове возникла гениальная идея. Если там реально сложные вычисления матрицы, то скорее всего используют MATLAB, а, значит, я их сейчас смогу повторить в нашей моделирующий программе и этот миллионер увидит, что мы считаем быстрее и лучше, и еще ему сгенерируем код Си для контроллера на базе древнего 386. А если он все пишет на фортране, то я ему предложу перенести в нашу структурную среду и покажу, как просто и легко настраивать модель в графическом виде. И американский дедушка-миллионер растрогается и купит наш софт, и я тоже смогу купить себе ранчо в Техасе рядом с Бушем. Деньги у меня уже практически были в кармане.
Скорее всего, этот миллионер нашел какого-то хорошего математика, который все это ноу-хау придумал, запрограммировал и даже в i386 умудрился запихнуть. А значит, мы точно найдем общий язык.
Так я думал ровно до того момента, когда мы прошли через весь ангар и вышли на участок финального тестирования, упаковки и отгрузки. И тут я увидел все ноу-хау.
Ноу-хау состояло из двух больших бочек с водой и нефтью. Каждая измерительная установка проливалась смесью с различным соотношение воды и нефти. Измерения проливок фиксировались, а потом в настройки забивались таблицы с нужными коэффициентами. Другими словами, вместо того, чтобы проверять каждый датчик по отдельности, и выполнять сложные вычисления зависимостей для разных составов нефти, техасские ковбои шли от обратного, мешали нефть с водой и воздухом, проливали установку, снимали характеристики уже собранной установки и заполняли таблицы настроек в программе. Все гениально просто.
Расходомер от техаский ковбоев
Тут я понял, что ковбоям Техаса я свою программу для моделирования не продам, у них и так все хорошо без всякого сложного инженерного моделирования и цифровых двойников, а цифровые тройники мы тогда еще не изобрели.
Ситуация полностью повторяется на нашем заводе: там хоть и не ковбои, но моделирование им также вообще не нужно, когда есть испытательный стенд.
Кто нам мешает тот нам поможет!
На этом месте возникла интрига с заводом и его руководством. А зачем тогда нам платят деньги и зачем мы делаем сравнение 1D модели с экспериментами? Чья это невидимая рука рынка заставляет завод заказывать у нас, в общем-то странные работы. Оказалось, что это враги, продавцы западного ПО, вынуждают завод платить нам деньги. Вот это поворот. Кто нам мешает, тот нам поможет, даже если не хочет.
Схема завоевания западным софтом наших эффективных манагеров была следующая: как только западное инженерное моделирующее ПО попадало на предприятие, то сразу у всех его субподрядчиков появлялось в технических заданиях требование о предоставлении математической модели в формате западного ПО, которое поставили эффективным менегерам заказчику. ПО начинает распространяться как зараза половым путем при контактах без предохранения – в контрактах везде пытаются воткнуть требования моделирования в MATLAB или Siemens. Именно это и произошло с нашим клиентом. Заводу эта модель вообще никуда не намоталась, он делал железные изделия испытывал их на стендах и в гробу видал любое моделирование. Но в договоре есть модель значит надо делать.
Завод обращается в университет за созданием модели. А поскольку моделированием на заводе никто никогда не занимался, опыта такого нет, то заводу в голову не пришло в договор с университетом вписать обязательное требования формата MATLAB или Siemens AmeSim. Судя по всему, тогда на заводе вообще никто не понимал, что такое MATLAB или SimInTech, человек или лошадь.
А университет, уж так получилось, сотрудничает с нами и делает модель в SimInTech. Причем мы на стендах завода убеждаемся, что модель отлично совпадает с данными эксперимента. Казалось бы – бинго. Но не совсем. Для завода все совсем наоборот. Если бы данные испытательного стенда не совпадали с моделью в SimInTech, можно было бы предъявить это Университету и не платить за модель, созданную в неправильном софте, и потребовать переделать на MATLAB, но модель-то совпадает!
А те, кто зарядил в договор с заводом MATLAB или Simiens AmeSim, не просто изумляются такому повороту сюжета, он вообще в ахуе. По планам было продать еще немного MATLAB, или AmeSim, а тут, откуда ни возьмись, «Превед Медвед»-SimInTech и модель проверена на стенде. А главная подлость – модель совпадает с экспериментом на стенде, чего никогда не было раньше, и никто такого вообще не ожидал, поскольку никогда не делал, покупал ПО и ставил на полку.
Но договор есть договор, и у завода требуют модель в заданном формате. Университет выполнил все условия договора и сделал модель в SimInTech, у них-то в договоре нет требований к формату. В результате завод стоит на растяжке. Ему за работу университета надо платить, поскольку модель, созданная в SimInTech полностью советует договору. Сравнение с испытанием на заводе показывают, что SimInTech отлично моделирует процессы и модель совпадает с экспериментом. Послать университет на органы нет никаких юридических причин. Но сдать эту модель своему заказчику завод не может, потому что формат созданной модели не соответствует заданному в договоре (напомню импортозамещением тогда еще не пахло, поэтому записывать в договор западный софт было легально).
Руководитель завода обращается к нам за помощью. Мы в полной уверенности, что помогаем будущему клиенту и закладываем основу большого сотрудничества, быстро делаем интеграцию MATLAB–SimInTech. Теперь можно открыть модель MATLAB Simulink, в модели стоит блок SimInTech, который и запускает модель, созданную университетом. Формально требования ТЗ к формату модели выполнены! Мы молодцы.

Завод решил свои проблемы с договором, где сидела модель в формате MATALB.
После этого нас попросили покинуть завод и больше не беспокоить уважаемых людей со своими цифровыми девиациями, двойниками и тройниками.
Вот так мы тогда заработали немного денег, предназначенных для MATLAB или Siemens.

В истории с ковбойским заводом нефтяного измерительного оборудования можно сказать, что в принципе эту конструкцию нефтяного расходомера скорее всего можно было бы повторить в любом гараже России, где ремонтировали немецкие б/у машины. Но в те далекие времена эффективные манегеры говорили так:

Сейчас на такие заявления легко отвечать, что после введения санкций ваши корпоративные стандарты автоматизации — это пьяные бабы-роботы.
На той же конференции одна газонефтяная компания показала, как математическая модель помогает управлять скважинами с проблемным дебитом. Это когда из скважины идет то газ, то вода, то нефть, а иногда и хрен пойми что. Управляется скважина контроллерами Сименс, режимы управления нужно быстро переключать, когда газ появляется, а хитрые и дорогущие расходомеры больше не продают. Да даже когда продавали, их ставили не на каждую скважину. А тут и вовсе нефтянка осталась голой, а значит включается русская смекалка. Есть, конечно, у нас в стране товарищи, которые не совсем товарищи, а совсем наоборот – продажные наймиты мировой буржуазии, и прыгать пока отказываются, поскольку у них все еще работают лицензии западного ПО, полученные до санкций. On January 16, 2023, INTELLIGENCE CYBER WIZARD successfully hacked my Langerhans.DAT Android DOGECOIN wallet to recover the lost/forgotten spending PIN, necessary for spending funds.
