Альтсезон: начало или иллюзия?
Июль стал месяцем прорыва для альтернативных криптовалют. Ethereum нарастил темпы благодаря интересу со стороны институционалов и корпоратов, в цене прибавили и другие активы.
Это вызвало споры в сообществе: одни заговорили о наступлении полноценного альтсезона, другие — о краткосрочной эйфории и признаках перегрева. Мы собрали ключевые мнения и цифры, чтобы оценить — действительно ли рынок вступил в новую фазу роста.
Мнения аналитиков
В начале месяца специалисты Santiment со ссылкой на рыночные данные заявили о начале сезона альткоинов. На тот момент биткоин превысил отметку в $118 000, а большинство ведущих цифровых активов превзошли флагман по ценовой динамике.
Эксперты допустили, что альтсезон продолжится, пока первая криптовалюта будет удерживать позиции выше $110 000. По их мнению, в такой ситуации трейдерам комфортно перераспределять прибыль от роста цифрового золота в другие монеты. Однако есть и ложка дегтя — тревожным сигналом в Santiment назвали значение метрики MVRV для биткоина и обратили внимание на риски коррекции в альткоинах. По их данным, опережающее ралли Ethereum вызвало всплеск упоминания криптовалюты в соцсетях. Показатель достиг уровня «чрезвычайной эйфории», сигнализируя о возможной просадке.
При этом крайне оптимистичные настроения в отношении Ethereum в Santiment тоже посчитали подозрительными. Якобы это свидетельствует о приближении краткосрочного пика цены.
Тем не менее вторая по капитализации криптовалюта и некоторые альткоины продолжили демонстрировать позитив. Например, на данные по инфляции в США Ethereum и Solana отреагировали сильнее, чем биткоин: в день публикации отчета цифровое золото выросло на скромные 2%, тогда как его ближайший преследователь — сразу на 7,9%.
Ведущий аналитик BRN Валентин Фурнье заметил, что у инвесторов увеличился аппетит к риску и капитал начал перетекать в альткоины. Главным драйвером он также считает спрос на биржевые фонды, а также интерес со стороны корпоративных игроков. Так, компания SharpLink Gaming стала крупнейшим публичным держателем актива, обогнав Ethereum Foundation.
Индекс альтсезона, учитывающий динамику 75% монет в топ-50 криптовалют по капитализации, достиг максимума с февраля.
О начале сезона альткоинов в середине июля говорил и сторонник теханализа Питер Брандт. На графике он указал на бычий паттерн «Чашка с ручкой», обычно свидетельствующий о возможном продолжении восходящего тренда после фазы консолидации.
Но есть эксперты, которые не согласны с коллегами. Аналитик под псевдонимом LordOfAlts считает, что альтсезон еще не начался — ни один из 30 ключевых индикаторов бычьего рынка не активирован. По его мнению, есть несколько подтверждающих это факторов:
В то же время автор CryptoQuant и ончейн-аналитик Тимо Ойнонен призвал постепенно забывать о массовых сезонах альткоинов. Согласно его прогнозу, инвесторы начнут действовать избирательнее: вместо масштабного ралли всего рынка рост покажут отдельные «премиальные» альткоины с сильными фундаментальными показателями. Вероятно, лидером списка станет Ethereum.
Топливо для эфира
Середина лета стала для второй по капитализации криптовалюты удачной. 17 июля цена актива выросла на 8,9% за сутки, до максимума с середины января — $3452. Драйвером стал рекордный месячный приток в ETH-ETF — фонды привлекли $2,27 млрд.
На фоне продолжающегося роста актива увеличился спрос на колл-опционы. По мнению исследователя Derive.xyz Шона Доусона, участники рынка рынка «агрессивно настроены на быстрое движение к $4000». В свою очередь, аналитик CryptoQuant под ником Crypto Dan указал на премию, возникшую на Coinbase — это указывает на всплеск покупок со стороны американских китов и институционалов. При этом эксперт не увидел перегрева, но предупредил — подобные всплески во второй половине года уже могут быть тревожным знаком.
Тем не менее 28 июля цена Ethereum вплотную подошла к $4000. Рост также поддерживал институциональный и корпоративный интерес.
За месяц курс ETH увеличился на 50%, а после апрельских минимумов отыграл 150% (данные на 22 июля 2025 года). Глава инвестиционного отдела Bitwise Мэтт Хоуган объяснил такую динамику «шоком спроса» и допустил дальнейший рост.
Вслед за главным альткоином потянулся и остальной рынок.
Кому в топ-10 жить хорошо
23 июля котировки BNB превысили отметку в $804 (биржа Binance), тем самым установив ценовой рекорд за семь лет. Вероятно, ралли способствовали два фактора:
Согласно отчету Binance Research, пятинедельный рост цены преимущественно обусловлен спросом на спотовом рынке. BNB превзошел традиционные рыночные индексы и другие крупные криптовалюты по соотношению риск-доходность, заметили аналитики.
На 28 июля актив превысил уровень $850. В рейтинге крупнейших по капитализации криптовалют BNB обошел Solana и занял пятую строчку.
Но Solana не осталась в стороне от ралли — 23 июля котировки монеты приблизились к отметке $200 и ненадолго ее превысили. Росту способствовала новость о покупке 100 000 SOL платформой Upexi — общий объем резервов достиг 1 818 809 SOL ($331 млн на тот момент). На 28 июля актив торгуется выше $190, прибавив за месяц 32,9% (CoinGecko).
Криптоаналитик под псевдонимом Christiaan допустил, что Solana «готова к масштабному пампу» и может достичь $400–500 в текущей бычьей фазе. В комментарии для ForkLog главный операционный директор Bitget Вугар Уси Заде отметил, что активность китов за последнюю неделю заметно выросла. При этом инвесторы проявляют интерес как к биткоину, так и к Ethereum с Solana. По его мнению, это отражает растущий институциональный оптимизм в отношении криптоактивов.
«Киты накопили крупные позиции в эфире, включая недавнюю долю SharpLink, в то время как Solana продолжает привлекать интерес благодаря своим процветающим экосистемам DeFi и мем-коинов», — рассказал спикер.
CEO TECHNOBIT Александр Пересичан добавил, что неслучайно рост показывают именно Ethereum и Solana — платформы являются прямыми конкурентами и часто рассматриваются инвесторами как альтернативные решения с сопоставимым потенциалом.
Заметный прорыв продемонстрировал XRP от Ripple — 23 июля токен обошел по капитализации Xiaomi, Uber и BlackRock. Показатель альткоина достиг $198,6 млрд, согласно CoinGecko.
До этого актив обновил исторический максимум на уровне $3,65. Однако к концу месяца немного растерял запал.
Ключевым событием для XRP стало урегулирование многолетнего судебного разбирательства между Ripple и Комиссией по ценным бумагам и биржам США (SEC). Это укрепило доверие инвесторов к монете и позволило установить новый ценовой рекорд. По мнению трейдера под ником Mikybull Crypto, ближайшие цели криптовалюты — $5 или $8.
Однако XRP-сообщество все равно осталось недовольным. Многие сторонники Ripple считают, что конфликт между компанией и SEC «сильно и несправедливо» затормозил рост криптовалюты.
Позднее под удар пользователей попал соучредитель Ripple Крис Ларсен. По данным блокчейн-детектива ZachXBT, он отправил на Coinbase около $140 млн в XRP. Цена токена просела почти на 9%, и сообщество обвинило топ-менеджера в дампе.
Июль принес позитивные новости и для сторонников Dogecoin. Помимо предложения добавить в блокчейн поддержку ZK-доказательств, заметный рост показала сама монета — 22 июля котировки приблизились к шестимесячному максимуму $0,27. Но долго цена на этих отметках не задержалась.
Глава отдела исследований Grayscale Зак Пэндл связал рост с повышением аппетита к риску у трейдеров. По его словам, динамика цены DOGE соответствует общему движению рынка альткоинов и не отражает изменений в фундаментальной ценности проекта.
Руководительница исследований в Arca Кэти Талати заметила, что инвесторы переводят капитал в альткоины после роста биткоина и Ethereum. По ее словам, трейдеры фиксируют прибыль и вкладывают ее в менее крупные активы. На динамику также повлияли корпоративные новости: торгующаяся на Nasdaq майнинговая компания Bit Origin объявила о стратегии пополнения резервов в DOGE на $500 млн.
Кроме этого, несколько компаний подали в SEC заявки на запуск спотовых Dogecoin-ETF. Аналитики Bloomberg оценили вероятность одобрения таких фондов в 90%.
Несмотря на рекордные показатели, однозначного мнения о начале альтсезона пока нет. Тем не менее июль стал отправной точкой для ряда активов, и если тренд сохранится, август может стать решающим месяцем для подтверждения перехода к новой фазе крипторынка.
События месяца
В июле произошло важное событие в сфере крипторегулирования — президент США Дональд Трамп подписал законопроект GENIUS Act. Документ устанавливает правила для стейблкоинов и является первым значимым нормативным актом для индустрии цифровых активов в стране.
Событию предшествовало провальное голосование по этому и еще двум законопроектам в Палате представителей:
После вмешательства Трампа документы получили одобрение конгрессменов. GENIUS Act устанавливает требования полного обеспечения «стабильных монет» ликвидными активами и ежегодного аудита эмитентов с рыночной капитализацией более $50 млрд. Закон запрещает выплачивать держателям стейблкоинов проценты или иной доход, а также определяет руководящие правила для иностранных компаний в сегменте.
Закон вступит в силу через шесть месяцев или через 120 дней после того, как регуляторы выпустят правила его применения.
В комментарии ForkLog экономист-либертарианец Евгений Романенко скептически отнесся к идее превращения какой-либо страны, включая США, в «глобальный центр криптоиндустрии» под эгидой государства и предположил, что истинные мотивы американского истеблишмента связаны с фискальными интересами:
«[…] Криптоиндустрия для любого государства — „дойная корова”, не более, не стоит обольщаться. Тем более для американского в его нынешнем полубанкротном состоянии».
Главный аналитик Bitget Research Райан Ли, хоть и увидел позитив в виде предсказуемой регуляторной среды, предупредил о риске ухода части индустрии в более либеральные юрисдикции. По его словам, выиграет от нововведений Circle, тогда как Tether столкнется с давлением из-за повышения требований к раскрытию информации.
Схожего мнения придерживается CEO TECHNOBIT Александр Пересичан. Он допустил, что GENIUS Act изменит расстановку сил в сегменте стейблкоинов: усилит позиции регулируемых игроков вроде USDC и создаст барьеры для менее прозрачных активов, таких как USDT.
Трейдер и автор Telegram-канала Coen+ Владимир Коэн объяснил значительную поддержку демократов лоббированием со стороны гигантов вроде Coinbase, Circle и Gemini, которые традиционно являются спонсорами Демократической партии.
«У Gemini, например, есть собственный стейблкоин. В их прямых интересах принятие и реализация этого закона, который усиливает позиции „стабильных монет”, эмитированных компаниями из США, и одновременно ослабляет позиции их главного конкурента — USDT», — добавил Коэн.
Согласно CoinGecko, в сегменте стейблкоинов продолжает доминировать USDT от Tether, капитализация которого на момент написания превышает $163 млрд. Показатель USDC от Circle составляет почти $64 млрд. В числе крупнейших «стабильных монет» оказалась и USD1, запущенная DeFi-платформой World Liberty Financial семьи Трампа.
Еще до принятия законопроекта в сегменте стейблкоинов произошло несколько событий. 30 июня стало известно, что Circle подала запрос на получение лицензии национального трастового банка в OCC. Это позволит компании выступать в качестве кастодиана для собственных резервов и хранить криптоактивы от имени институциональных клиентов.
Через два дня в это же агентство обратилась Ripple с заявкой на получение лицензии национального банка. В случае одобрения «стабильная монета» Ripple USD (RLUSD) попадет одновременно в федеральную юрисдикцию и под надзор штата. К слову, 9 июля капитализация RLUSD превысила $500 млн — актив входит в двадцатку крупнейших монет с привязкой к доллару с ежедневным объемом торгов $36,6 млн.
Кроме того, Ripple сообщила о партнерстве с Bank of New York Mellon для хранения наличных долларов США и казначейских векселей, обеспечивающих RLUSD.
Эмитент USDT старается не проиграть конкурентам. CEO Tether Паоло Ардоино заявил о планах получить статус иностранного эмитента стейблкоинов в США согласно требованиям GENIUS Act. По его оценкам, компания выйдет на американский рынок в течение трех лет.
Пока же она активно помогает властям США замораживать USDT, связанные с незаконными операциями. За последний год Tether заблокировала в общей сложности $2,9 млрд в стейблкоине и поддержала 275 агентств в 59 странах.
Помимо США, Tether обращает внимание и на менее развитые страны. В начале месяца эмитент USDT заключил меморандум о взаимопонимании с Управлением электронного правительства Занзибара. Компания должна помочь в организации образовательных программ и интеграции долларового и «золотого» стейблкоинов в государственный платежный шлюз Zanmalipo.
Другим громким событием месяца стал выход акций TRON на биржу Nasdaq — 24 июля Джастин Сан открыл сессию звонком в колокол. Tron Inc. стала публичной благодаря обратному слиянию с уже котирующейся на торговой платформе компанией SRM Entertainment. По состоянию на 29 июля ценные бумаги торгуются на отметках вблизи $11.
В июле прозвучало несколько важных заявлений от сооснователя Ethereum Виталика Бутерина. Вместе с разработчиком Тони Варштеттером он предложил повысить безопасность блокчейна и устойчивость к DoS-атакам, а также поддержал копилефт-лицензии для борьбы с монополиями и увеличение лимита газа в сети.
Позднее команда Ethereum объявила о сроках следующего масштабного обновления — Fusaka развернут в сети в начале ноября. В ходе хардфорка разработчики реализуют 11 предложений по улучшению, в том числе:
В то же время Ethereum Foundation (EF) анонсировала план по интеграции доказательств с нулевым разглашением в основную сеть. Инициатива начнется с опционального клиентского ПО zkEVM для основной сети (L1), которое в будущем может стать обязательным.
К слову, в июле ключевой разработчик Ethereum Зак Коул создал новую организацию Ethereum Community Foundation (ECF). Ее цель — закрыть оставленные EF «пробелы» и сделать то, чего организация «не может или не хочет».

С 2026 года власти РФ планируют ввести штрафы за оплату товаров и услуг криптовалютой: от 100 000 до 200 000 рублей для физических лиц, от 700 000 до 1 млн рублей — для юридических. Использованные для платежей активы намерены конфисковывать.
В комментарии ForkLog основатель GMT Legal Андрей Тугарин пояснил, что в первую очередь новые меры затронут предпринимателей, а обычные пользователи окажутся в более неоднозначной ситуации.
«Если у физлица не будет внятного и понятного ответа на вопрос, откуда появилась криптовалюта, в результате обмена которой у него на расчетном счете появились рубли, то такие лица потенциально могут попадать под штраф», — подчеркнул эксперт.
Получение зарплаты в криптовалюте тоже связано с рисками. По словам Тугарина, оплата труда в России возможна только в рублях.
Адвокат и основатель Cartesius Игнат Лихунов подчеркнул, что штрафы неэффективны на практике, поскольку государство физически не может отследить все P2P-переводы или наличные расчеты.
Основатель BitOK Дмитрий Мачихин уточнил, что волноваться стоит тем, «кто не может данный процесс превратить в легальную систему». Например, без легализации доходов в «стабильной монете» через декларацию или договоры с иностранным работодателем физлицо может столкнуться с проверками и штрафами.
Помимо этого, до конца года Росфинмониторинг планирует полноценное подключение российских банков к своему сервису «Прозрачный блокчейн». Инициатива позволит устанавливать связь клиентов с криптовалютными транзакциями.
С 1 сентября 2026 года в оборот введут цифровой рубль — соответствующий закон подписал президент РФ Владимир Путин. Банки должны будут предоставлять клиентам возможность проводить операции с национальной цифровой валютой. К 1 сентября 2028 года такая функциональность должна быть доступна во всех кредитных организациях, а оплату в активе обязаны принимать все продавцы.
В Великобритании с 1 января 2026 года начнут отслеживать информацию о владельцах криптоактивов для расчета и начисления налогов. Любое получение оплаты в токенах за работу, трейдинг, майнинг, стейкинг, размещение ликвидности в DeFi-пулах будет рассматриваться как доход.
Суровые меры решили принять власти Новой Зеландии — там планируют полностью запретить работу криптовалютных банкоматов в стране для борьбы с отмыванием денег. По данным Coin ATM Radar, сейчас в стране работает 221 криптобанкомат.

Второй месяц лета не обошелся без громких атак на криптопроекты. 9 июля неизвестный взломал децентрализованную биржу (DEX) GMX — ущерб составил примерно $42 млн. Однако спустя несколько дней злоумышленник согласился на сделку с командой и вернул все средства, кроме вознаграждения в $5 млн.
Не так позитивно закончилась история со взломом криптобиржи WOO X. 24 июля платформа приостановила вывод средств после похищения $14 млн: в ходе внутреннего расследования выяснилось, что один из сотрудников стал жертвой фишинга.
18 июля хакерской атаке подверглась индийская криптобиржа CoinDCX. По данным ончейн-сыщика ZachXBT, неизвестные вывели активы на сумму ~$44,2 млн. На следующий день команда платформы сообщила о компрометации внутреннего счета, используемого для предоставления ликвидности на сторонней площадке.
CEO Cyvers Дедди Лавид допустил, что кибератака связана с северокорейской группировкой Lazarus Group. Он отметил схожую с предыдущими операциями хакеров схему, например, использование Tornado Cash и кроссчейн-мостов для сокрытия путей движения средств.
В целом за первые шесть месяцев 2025 года убытки Web3-проектов от взломов и мошенничества составили $3,1 млрд. По данным Hacken, сумма уже превысила показатель за весь прошлый год ($2,85 млрд).
Главной причиной потерь стали уязвимости контроля доступа. На них пришлось $1,83 млрд (59%). Еще $594 млн (19%) пользователи и проекты потеряли из-за фишинга и социальной инженерии. На рагпулы и уязвимости смарт-контрактов пришлось $300 млн и $273 млн соответственно.

В начале месяца основатель и CEO биткоин-биржи OKX Стар Сюй принес извинения пользователям за необоснованные блокировки аккаунтов. По его словам, причиной стали «ложные срабатывания» системы контроля соответствия нормативным требованиям.
«Одной из самых больших проблем для глобального соответствия являются “ложные срабатывания”, когда система ошибочно идентифицирует обычных пользователей как рискованных. Даже при наличии самых передовых баз данных и технологий в индустрии все еще сложно со 100% точностью определить, соответствует ли аккаунт требованиям», — отметил Сюй.
CEO Kraken Арджун Сети объявил о дополнительном аирдропе токена PUMP «фабрики мем-коинов» Pump.fun для пользователей, которых затронула техническая неполадка во время токенсейла. Участники столкнулись с задержками в обработке заявок и не смогли получить свои аллокации. Извинения пришлось приносить и бирже Bybit — у нее произошел сбой в обработке запросов API.

В минувшем месяце американская Coinbase оказалась в центре небольшого имиджевого скандала — криптоэксперт Мэтт Уоллес назвал биржу «анонимным источником» Bloomberg в недавней статье о связях Binance со стейблкоином USD1. По его мнению, возвращение конкурента на рынок США может отразиться на прибыли Coinbase.
Главный юрист последней Пол Гревал назвал утверждения Уоллеса «дезинформацией». По его словам, Coinbase не имела отношения к статье и «не атакует конкурентов».
Обанкротившаяся криптовалютная биржа FTX высвободила еще $1,9 млрд для кредиторов и анонсировала третий раунд выплат кредиторам. Он состоится 30 сентября, дата учета требований — 15 августа. Средства смогут получить только те пользователи, чьи заявки были зарегистрированы на указанную дату.

Финансовая перезагрузка или новый кризис
В последние годы финансовая система все чаще сталкивается с неожиданными и трудно прогнозируемыми событиями, подрывающими ее устойчивость. Классические методы поддержки больше не дают нужного эффекта, и в таких условиях разговоры об очередном финансовом кризисе становятся громче.
На этом фоне логично выглядит процесс принятия TradFi технологических новинок — цифровых валют, токенизированных активов, блокчейн-платформ и т. д. С другой стороны, еще тихо, но уже звучат призывы вернуться к старым инструментам. В их числе — монетизация золота. Куда это может привести и как отразится на крипторынке, разбираемся ниже.
Что такое монетизация золота
Монетизация золота — это способ превратить государственный золотой запас в реальные деньги без продажи самого драгметалла. То есть вместо того, чтобы продавать слитки, правительство переоценивает их.
В резервах США золото до сих пор учитывается по $42 за унцию (по стандарту 1973 года), хотя его реальная стоимость сейчас превышает $3000 за унцию.
Под новую цену Казначейство выпускает золотые сертификаты и передает их Федеральной резервной системе (ФРС). Та, в свою очередь, зачисляет доллары на счет Казначейства. Формально деньги обеспечены золотом, но по сути они появились «из воздуха». При этом государству не нужно брать новый долг — наоборот, средства можно направить на его сокращение и выкуп казначейских облигаций.
Прецеденты были раньше: в 1933 году президент Франклин Рузвельт изъял золото у населения и вскоре поднял его цену с $20,67 до $35 за унцию (на ~69%). Этот шаг фактически обесценил доллар и принес Казначейству значительную прибыль, позволившую пополнить Экспортно-стабилизационный фонд и расширить денежную базу. ФРС получила золотые сертификаты по новой цене, что увеличило ее возможности эмиссии: в то время доллар требовал частичного золотого обеспечения.
В 1971 году президент Ричард Никсон отменил привязку доллара к драгметаллу, фактически девальвировав его. Затем официальную цену повысили: в 1972 году — до $38, а в 1973 — до $42,22 за унцию. В те годы Казначейство применило механизм монетизации — выпустило золотые сертификаты по $38 и передало их ФРС. Та зачислила разницу на счет ведомства. Не продав ни унции золота, правительство пополнило бюджет примерно на $800 млн и направило их в экономику.
В результате таких действий доверие к доллару пошатнулось: стало очевидно, что США готовы прибегать к скрытой эмиссии, если потребуется срочно закрыть бюджетную дыру.
История повторяется?
В феврале 2025 года Financial Times отметила, что дискуссия о монетизации золота ведется на высоком уровне. По мнению макростратега Люка Громена, переоценка до $20 000 за унцию сделает возможным выпуск до $5 трлн. Это позволит снизить соотношение госдолга к ВВП с ~122% до ~70%, согласно его подсчетам.
При этом Громен указал, что такой шаг — «реальная опция, прямо прописанная в документах Федрезерва», и привел в качестве подтверждения отрывок:
«Секретарь Казначейства уполномочен выпускать золотые сертификаты федеральным резервным банкам для монетизации золота, принадлежащего Казначейству».
В феврале спекуляции подогрел глава Минфина Скотт Бессент. По его словам, правительство собирается «монетизировать часть активов баланса США для американского народа». 10 июля на такую возможность обратил внимание инвестор Джордж Гаммон. В своем подкасте он предположил, что на фоне макроэкономической нестабильности и политики президента США Дональда Трампа вероятность переоценки актива до рыночных уровней растет с каждым днем.
Ряд экспертов считают переоценку не лучшим способом решить проблему. По мнению экс-министра финансов США Роберта Рубина, единственное реальное решение долговой проблемы — существенное повышение налогов. Среди сторонников манипуляций с золотыми сертификатами оказались и те, кто поддерживает криптоиндустрию.
До чего доведут биткоин
В июле прошлого года стало известно, что в черновом варианте «Закона о биткоине 2024 года» Синтия Ламмис предлагала создать стратегический резерв на базе первой криптовалюты за счет переоценки золотых сертификатов. Предполагалось, что это позволит избежать дополнительных расходов для налогоплательщиков.
Идею поддержали в окружении Трампа: его советник по цифровым активам Бо Хайнс назвал получение разницы между старой и новой ценой золотых сертификатов «лучшим способом» сформировать резерв:
«Если мы действительно получим прибыль от [этих активов], это будет бюджетно-нейтральный способ приобрести больше биткоинов».

Динамика основных активов
Капитализация криптовалютного рынка в июле увеличилась с $3,4 трлн до $3,95 трлн — более чем на 16%, согласно CoinGecko. За последние 30 дней биткоин показал рост на 10,6%, Ethereum — на 56,9%.
14 июля котировки первой криптовалюты обновили ATH на отметках выше $123 000. Драйверами стали устойчивый интерес институциональных инвесторов через спотовые ETF, благоприятная макроэкономическая ситуация и тренд по включению актива в корпоративные резервы.
Рыночная капитализация биткоина на тот момент достигла $2,4 трлн. Показатель превысил ВВП стран вроде Канады ($2,2 трлн) и Бразилии ($2,1 трлн). Совокупная стоимость всего крипторынка оценивалась в $3,8 трлн.
По состоянию на 31 июля цифровое золото удерживается выше уровня $118 000. Актив практически не отреагировал на решение Федрезерва США от 30 июля сохранить ключевую ставку в диапазоне 4,25-4,5%.
Вторая по капитализации криптовалюта продемонстрировала заметное оживление в течение всего месяца. По состоянию на 31 июля цена актива составляет $3860.
По данным на конец месяца индекс доминирования BTC составил 59,6%, ETH — 11,8%. Криптовалютный индекс страха и жадности указывает на бычьи настроения на рынке.
На 31 июля монеты из топ-10 по капитализации демонстрируют разнонаправленную динамику. Самый заметный рост за последние 30 дней у XRP (41,3%) и DOGE (37,1%).
DeFi
Общий объем заблокированной стоимости (TVL) в DeFi-протоколах заметно вырос — с $111,2 млрд до $141,4 млрд. Показатель в Ethereum-приложениях подскочил c $61,9 млрд до $84,5 млрд.
В рейтинге протоколов Aave ($34,7 млрд) продолжает опережать Lido ($34,6 млрд) в борьбе за первое место. Третью строчку занимает EigenLayer с показателем $18,6 млрд.
Объем торгов на децентрализованных биржах (DEX) за последние 30 дней составил $456,8 млрд. На 31 июля доля PancakeSwap в показателе составила 55,5% объема торгов, Uniswap — 26,2%. В сети Solana доминировала PumpSwap с 74,7%.
ETF
В июне общий месячный приток в BTC-ETF составил $6,13 млрд. Совокупные поступления с момента одобрения продуктов достигли $55,1 млрд. Общая чистая стоимость активов — $151,4 млрд.
На IBIT от BlackRock приходится $86,2 млрд, следом идут FBTC от Fidelity ($23,9 млрд) и GBTC от Grayscale ($21,2 млрд).
Приток в ETH-ETF составил $5,4 млрд. С момента запуска инструменты аккумулировали $9,6 млрд. Общая чистая стоимость активов — $21,4 млрд.
Лидерами по привлеченным средствам выступают ETHA от BlackRock ($11,3 млрд) и ETHE от Grayscale ($4,25 млрд).
«Биткоин — не икона, а программируемый актив»
На фоне растущего рынка не стоит забывать о рисках, которые могут застать врасплох. О состоянии индустрии цифровых активов и важных для ее динамики факторах рассказал автор Telegram-канала Coen+ Владимир Коэн.
ForkLog: В чем отличие текущего бычьего цикла от прошлых?
Владимир Коэн: Ключевое отличие — объем предложения. Предыдущие четырехлетние циклы отталкивались от снижения награды майнерам, что теоретически вдвое сокращало предложение новых биткоинов. Однако ключевое отличие этого ралли, начавшегося в январе 2023 года на новостях об одобрении ETF, в том, что к тому моменту было добыто более 90% BTC.
Количество монет, получаемых майнерами, уже не так влияет на рынок. Раньше метрики вроде себестоимости добычи и энергозатрат играли огромную роль. Сейчас это встречается все реже и не имеет значения, поскольку теперь цена биткоина формируется спросом и предложением.
Кроме того, теперь главную роль играют не ритейл-инвесторы, а институционалы через ETF. Биржевые фонды накопили уже 6,5% общего предложения первой криптовалюты и продолжают накапливать. Майнеры покупают, продают, но это небольшие объемы.
Прошлые расчеты биткоин-циклов нерелевантны, поскольку сейчас рынком рулят корпорации. Связь с «фондой» США все сильнее.
Также ключевое значение сейчас имеют как раз те биткоины, которые находятся у холдеров, особенно у «спящих». Как раз монеты эпохи Сатоши Накамото могут оказать серьезное давление, а их там несколько миллионов, купленных по цене ниже $10.
ForkLog: Получается, классические четырехлетние циклы на основе халвинга уйдут на задний план?
Владимир: Я с 2020 года критикую их. Неправильно экстраполировать на будущее закономерность, которая сработала всего два раза между 2012–2016 годами и частично в 2020. Шансы ее повторной отработки около 40–50%. Это не может быть методикой расчета с точки зрения статистики.
Модель Stock-to-Flow от PlanB дала сбой в 2021 году и потеряла популярность. Он тогда на время закрыл свой аккаунт.
Сейчас китайские трейдеры даже лунные циклы используют, и данный индикатор есть на TradingView. При этом работают они при анализе цены биткоина лучше стандартных циклов, поскольку периодически совпадают с притоком и оттоком денег у людей в начале и конце месяца.
ForkLog: Насколько стабилен текущий крипторынок?
Владимир: Нужно понимать, что биткоин растет уже более двух лет — с $16 000 до $116 000. Стоимость актива увеличилась практически в восемь раз. Можно считать, что достаточно высоко забрался.
Вероятно, сейчас мы находимся у промежуточного пика. Основной признак: просыпаются старые кошельки и начинают продавать. Кроме того, август и сентябрь сезонно слабые месяцы из-за снижения ликвидности на фоне отпусков и фиксаций прибыли управляющими компаниями.
Новый импульс роста осенью возможен при снижении ставки ФРС. Если начнутся оттоки из биткоин-ETF, рынок войдет в коррекцию.
ForkLog: Как объясняется слабая реакция рынка на позитивные новости и достаточно резкая — на негативные?
Владимир: Это особенность любого бычьего цикла. Для отслеживания локально можно использовать индекс страха и жадности. Даже при учете всех стандартных метрик и математическом анализе рынок двигает настроение инвесторов.
В бычьем цикле есть стандартная парадигма — просадки быстро выкупаются, поскольку народ верит в будущий рост. Во времена рецессии и медвежьих циклов позитивные новости игнорируются, а негативные воспринимаются острее и приводят к быстрому снижению. Так что у нас остается бычий настрой.
ForkLog: Почему криптовалюта так боится глобальных конфликтов?
Владимир: Потому что крипторынок является частью глобальной финансовой системы. Серьезные негативные новости приводят к снижению рисковых активов. Инвесторы переходят в защитные активы — золото, доллар, гособлигации.
Пока биткоин считается рисковым активом с малым количеством защитных механизмов, поэтому подвержен распродажам во время кризисов. Теоретически, хотелось бы, чтобы BTC и ETH стали защитными активами, но интеграция в мировую систему пока низкая.
ForkLog: Может ли биткоин упасть до нуля в ядерном сценарии?
Владимир: Нет. У него есть устойчивое сообщество максималистов, он стал инвестиционным активом с ценностью. При любом снижении его будут откупать.
Кроме того, мгновенное обрушение до нуля технически невозможно из-за децентрализованной сети. Тем более на биржах есть множество ордеров на выкуп всего саплая биткоина по $10. Что, конечно, тоже невозможно в силу ограниченной ликвидности.
Просто это уже определенная религия у биткоин-максималистов. Нюанс заключается в том, что все-таки биткоин это программируемый актив. Первая криптовалюта — не икона. Это не тот актив, который будет всегда расти.
Главная угроза сейчас — программная. Если спецслужбы или ведущие разработчики вроде Питера Гюля, Мэтта Коррала, Грегори Максвелла, которые в большинстве живут в США, внесут изменения в код биткоина, он может обесцениться.
ForkLog: Регулирование стало сильнее влиять на рынок?
Владимир: Да, это еще одно принципиальное отличие цикла — принятие на государственном уровне, особенно в США. Законодательные изменения открывают новые потоки ликвидности.
Крипторынок мал — всего $4 трлн — по сравнению с фондовым на более чем $100 трлн. Даже небольшой ручеек ликвидности оттуда сильно накачивает криптоактивы. Важна и ясность для институционалов: как учитывать актив, как платить налоги.
В качестве примера приведу Strategy. У них огромная нереализованная прибыль по биткоинам, купленных по средней цене $72 000. По новому законодательству в США они должны платить налог с нереализованной прибыли при подаче отчетности, а для них это около $4–5 млрд.
Теперь у Strategy дилемма: продать часть монет или брать новые долги через выпуск ценных бумаг. Если цена упадет ниже их средней закупочной, компания может стать банкротом, что станет триггером обвала, как в случае с FTX. Поэтому законодательные изменения и квартальные отчетности корпораций сейчас важнее циклов халвинга.
ForkLog: Получается, главный риск сейчас — фиксация прибыли крупными держателями. Стоит ждать конца бычьей фазы при распродаже?
Владимир: Не думаю, но у меня нет иллюзий спустя восемь лет на рынке. Рынок манипулируется крупными игроками. Риск в августе – период фиксации прибыли управляющими фондами (BlackRock, Fidelity, Galaxy Digital и т. д.). Они хорошо заработали, хотят получить премии, отдыхать, поэтому намерены продавать базовые активы.
Приток в биткоин-ETF снизился. Уже не $200–500 млн в день, а меньше $100 млн. Когда начнутся оттоки, это увеличит предложение на рынке. Однако спрос ритейла низок. Если корпораты начнут продавать, фиксация прибыли выглядит закономерной. По ончейн-метрикам идет реализация долгосрочными холдерами.
ForkLog: А какие ончейн-показатели работают в 2025 году?
Владимир: Некоторые по-прежнему работают. Преимущество крипторынка в прозрачности блокчейна. Но по биткоину от них мало пользы. Увеличение сетевой активности, новых кошельков сейчас неважно, первую криптовалюту мало используют для расчетов. Важны метрики накопления и распределения по крупным кошелькам. Однако крупные игроки скрывают активность, рассеивая моенты по адресам.
Ончейн-показатели Ethereum полезней из-за механизма сжигания комиссий. Чем выше активность, тем дефляционнее ETH. Главное — следить за аккумуляцией и распределением крупных кошельков.
Сейчас происходит накопление на новых адресах и слив со старых (холдеры более года), что закономерно при стабилизации биткоина у исторических максимумов. Но нужно помнить, что пробуждение кошельков эры Сатоши вызовет панику.
ForkLog: Сколько еще продлится текущий бычий цикл и что может стать триггером конца?
Владимир: Цикл длится и устойчив, признаков разворота нет. Главный показатель для меня — сила фондового рынка США. Крипторынок является технологическим сектором и растет на ожиданиях и избытке ликвидности, напечатанной в COVID.
Триггерами конца могут могут служить: скептицизм к BTC и ETH как слишком рискованным активам, ужесточение регуляторных требований, запрет применения в экономике. Тогда институционалы начнут продавать.
Рецессия в США тоже риск. Экономика может скатиться из-за высоких ставок и долговой нагрузки, особенно если ФРС не смягчит политику. Пока центробанки ослабляют хватку, глобальная ликвидность растет, рисковые активы покупаются.
Опасность представляют также рыночная механика и паника. Если убедить людей, что цикл закончился, начнутся массовые продажи. Так, весной 2024 года появлялись прогнозы о падении BTC до $10 000 и ETH до $500. Крупные игроки выкупят просадки, но уровень зависит от их стратегии.
Нельзя исключать шоки: банкротство крупного игрока или все та же активность старых кошельков.
Пока фондовый рынок США растет, криптоактивы популярны. BlackRock выгоден позитив, поскольку они получают комиссии с ETF. Я оптимистично смотрю на следующие полгода-год. Краткосрочные коррекции возможны и даже полезны для нового импульса — как падение ETH до $1500 весной и последующий рост на 160%.
Я считаю, что мы все еще находимся в бычьем цикле. Крипторынок растет с точки зрения капитализации, технологий и реального применения. Но важно учитывать, что рисков много, поэтому аккуратней с маржинальной торговлей. Соблюдайте риск-менеджмент. Удачных вам сделок и прибыльных инвестиций.
В июле сложность майнинга биткоина достигла рекордной отметки в 127,62 Т. В середине месяца показатель прибавил почти 8%, компенсировав примерно аналогичную просадку в конце июня. Рост всего на 1,07% в результате очередного перерасчета 26 июня позволил параметру обновить исторический максимум.
В этот же день хешрейт (7 DMA) достиг отметки в 943,4 EH/s, вплотную приблизившись к зафиксированному в мае ATH. В ходе последующей коррекции показатель снизился до ~896 EH/s.
Доля публичных компаний индустрии в совокупной вычислительной мощности сети составила 37,5%, согласно Bitcoin Mining Stock.
В июле о достижении установленного хешрейта в 50 EH/s отчиталась Cango. Ранее эту отметку преодолели MARA, CleanSpark и IREN. В результате на эти четыре компании с листингом в США пришлось ~20% от совокупного показателя.
Хешпрайс в середине месяца подскочил к отметкам в районе $64 за PH/s в сутки. После роста сложности сети 12 июля метрика доходности майнинга обвалилась к ~$58.
В районе этой отметки хешпрайс остался в конце месяца, несмотря на восстановление котировок биткоина к $118 000.
На фоне давления параметров сети на доходность добычи цифрового золота аналитики JPMorgan присвоили акциям MARA и CleanSpark рейтинг «выше рынка».
Обе компании не последовали популярному тренду диверсификации деятельности в более маржинальную сферу ИИ-вычислений. Кроме того MARA придерживается стратегии сохранения 100% добытых биткоинов. По оценке экспертов, ценные бумаги обеих компаний предоставляют лучшее соотношение «цены и качества».
Для сравнения, акции таких крупных майнеров, как IREN и Riot Platforms, активно развивающих направление HPC, получили нейтральный статус. В JPMorgan отметили, что подобные фирмы сталкиваются с неопределенностью касательно затрат на диверсификацию мощностей и неясными перспективами возможной прибыли.
В начале месяца Core Scientific подписала окончательное соглашение о поглощении со стороны поставщика ИИ-инфраструктуры CoreWeave. Оценка биткоин-майнера составила $9 млрд. Стороны развивали сотрудничество с июня 2024 года.
В CoreWeave не исключили, что в среднесрочной перспективе полностью выведут Core, оперирующую хешрейтом в ~18 EH/s, из майнингового бизнеса.
Согласно данным Glassnode, наибольшую по численности (но не по генерируемой вычислительной мощности) долю парка майнеров по-прежнему составляют установки линейки Antminer S9 от Bitmain.
Модель дебютировала еще в 2016 году. Это открывает перед производителями оборудования перспективы спроса на ASIC-майнеры последних поколений с гораздо более высокой энергоэффективностью и рентабельностью. Учитывая важность американского рынка и неопределенную ситуацию с таможенными пошлинами, компании продолжили реализацию планов по локализации выпуска оборудования в США.
В Canaan заявили о масштабировании уже запущенного производства в Соединенных Штатах. По словам представителей Bitmain, анонсированный ранее американский филиал начнет работу в третьем квартале в Техасе или Флориде. Полноценный выпуск майнеров предприятием ожидается в начале следующего года.
Доминирование США в глобальном хешрейте биткоина не препятствует расширению географии поддержки сети. Группа компаний KULR Technology нарастила вычислительные мощности в Парагвае, который уже относительно давно стал одним из мировых центров майнинга цифрового золота.
Эмитент стейблкоинов Tether, ранее анонсировавший планы стать к концу года крупнейшим майнером первой криптовалюты, намерен начать ее добычу в Бразилии. Доля страны в хешрейте пока составляет 0,33%.
По оценкам экспертов, Эфиопия локализовала около 2,5% вычислительных мощностей блокчейна биткоина. Однако на фоне бума майнинга власти страны решили повысить для участников индустрии тариф примерно в четыре раза. Меру обосновали опасениями касательно растущей нагрузки на энергосети.
Во Франции группа парламентариев предложила использовать избытки электроэнергии для добычи цифрового золота. Несмотря на негативное в целом отношение к PoW-майнингу в Европе, подобный подход практикуют в Исландии, Норвегии и Швеции.
Война — двигатель прогресса
Множество современных технологий, которые сегодня воспринимаются как обыденные, вышли из военной сферы — были разработаны для армии, разведки или оборонной промышленности, а позже адаптированы для гражданского применения.
Интернет, GPS, цифровая фотография, видеонаблюдение, ядерная энергия, дроны, компьютерные технологии, тепловизоры, а теперь и искусственный интеллект — эти и многие другие решения создавались или активно финансировались и продолжают поддерживаться военными структурами разных стран.
И это лишь начало…
США
В конце июля Пентагон заключил контракт на $50 млн со швейцарской компанией Auterion на поставку для Украины оснащенных искусственным интеллектом 33 000 «ударных комплектов» Auterion для беспилотников. Они работают на базе технологии Skynode и превращают управляемые вручную дроны в автономные оружейные системы с ИИ-наведением.
После активации БПЛА становятся устойчивыми к радиопомехам и способны надежно отслеживать и поражать движущиеся цели на расстоянии до одного километра.
Ранее Министерство обороны США выделило контракты на сумму до $200 млн компаниям Anthropic, Google, OpenAI и xAI на разработку решений на базе искусственного интеллекта в сфере безопасности.
Главное управление цифровых и ИИ-технологий ведомства заявило, что средства помогут ускорить внедрение передовых возможностей технологии в инструменты национальной безопасности. Компании займутся разработкой агентных систем для различных направлений деятельности Министерства.

15 июля правительство запустило цифровые удостоверения личности для использования в интернете, передавая ответственность за онлайн-идентификацию граждан от частных компаний государству.
Согласно новой схеме, пользователи отправляют полиции через приложение личную информацию и сканируют лицо. Затем они получают возможность заходить на различные ресурсы через уникальный идентификатор.
В долгосрочной перспективе цифровые ID являются частью гораздо более масштабной инициативы по жесткому централизованному контролю над огромными потоками данных. Отчасти это обусловлено соображениями национальной безопасности. В неправильных руках, например, иностранных шпионов персональные сведения могут применяться для проведения кампаний по дезинформации, кибератак или обучения ИИ-моделей для получения данных о населении.
Централизованные потоки информации могут значительно ускорить развитие инициатив Китая в области искусственного интеллекта. Хотя компаниям из КНР запрещено покупать разработанные в США передовые чипы для ИИ, они все еще могут попытаться найти конкурентное преимущество, обучая свои алгоритмы на данных более высокого качества.
